Did not like the place. Food was not very good. Options were less. And service is okay sort of. Ambience is good. Since they have live pasta pizza counter so have a humid and hot environment.

Food taste was not very good. Service was okay. Ambience is good. Buffet had multi cuisine. Live pizza pasta counter was present. Main course was good number of options. Dessert was good. Loved the almond cashew honey combi dessert.

Great buffet. One of the best buffet spreads in Kolkata. Desserts are the highlight. Every single one of their desserts were on point. Main course was also pretty decent. Not much variety in starters though. They try to make up for that with their spread of salads. Great ambience. Courteous staff. Overall a great place to dine out at.

Average overall experience. Have been there for corporate meetings. The banquet halls in the basement are spacious. However, the food in terms of taste and quality is not up to the mark at all. Hassles during check-in are a regular sight at the hotel reception. It needs to be managed a lot better. The only advantage for people travelling from other states is that it is a 15-min drive from the airport. However, its far from the major train stations like Howrah and Sealdah.

It's a nice hotel overall. However attention to detail is lacking. The bar was closed for a Private function and they wouldn't honor happy hour in the restaurant. Plus so many blocked TV channels that it's impossible to browse. Refrigerator in the room was not working and never got fixed even though I called twice about it. I moved to swissotel the next day.

This is nice hotel. All staff are talking very politely. Rooms are well cleared. Swimming pool is also in this hotel. All services are very nice. Breakfast is so tasty. Rooms are well created. And they are very comfortable. Gym is also in this hotel so you can't go out for workout. I like this hotel.

Reception staff is very courteous and polite and efficient, rooms are spacious and the dining menu in the room has loads of options, buffet has a good spread however it is just above average and not that great. Location is close to the airport, so it's convenient to get to the airport, basic essentials are within walking distance. Overall a good hotel for the price.

A very new Hotel in the Business. It's made by the Jain Group. The experience was no where below the standard of any other star rated hotels of Kolkata. The wedlock of technology and hospitality is found in this Hotel. Just as you enter the lobby of the hotel, you are greeted to the live music being sung at the cafe which is at the very end of the rectangular shaped structure of the hotel. The lift is not accessible without the room key or the permission of the hotel staff as it requires you to place the card to go the requested floor. The rooms on the third floor where we stayed were of excellent quality. (5 / 5) The room service was average. (2 / 5) The food at the banquet was good. (3 / 5) The hotel has a roof top pool also which overlooks the Airport. The total experience of the short stay could be rated as 4 / 5.

Ambience was good. Staff are also very polite and helpful. But the main thing food was extremely tasteless. Not a single one of the buffet menu has some taste. I taste all items and found just aaaahhhh! After wasting my money over here, I visit a resturant again to fulfill my lunch. Very poor taste of food. Totally waste of money…

Warm and cozy little place. The place is situated close to airport. Takes less than 10 minutes. Ideal for transit while traveling through Kolkata. Besides food is excellent and staff very courteous and helpful.

The best thing of this hotel is location. It's very close to Kolkata Airport. The accommodation was very good. Stuffs are also very nice. But need some more tasty food.

The 6 Floor, 136 rooms hotel boasts its professionalism. The roof top pool side restaurant “The Runway” is a must visit. You can actually see the aeroplanes landing on the runway. The bar is awesome and so is the food. There is a Underground Banquet Hall, Gymnasium and a Social Kitchen Restaurant. Valet parking is available.

I visited yesterday night for dinner. To my first surprise the take about 6-8 min to provide us menu card, secondly handed over Breakfast menu card. I overlooked it as a simple human error. The most disgusting thing was we billed for Rs. 1211.00. I handed over Rs. 2000 note. They returned me 750.00 instead of 789 mentioned in bill, a short amount by RS. 39. When I asked the waiter for this, I got the answer… CHANGE NOT AVAILABLE … hence return short amount. I my 50 year of life I have seen first time such attitude and even after requesting them to return me full amount, they failed. I asked for complain book, that's also not provide. The management should look after it.

Nice location. Good food and very nice breakfast. Gym, swimming pool, bar and other amenities included. Bit cramped entrance making it difficult to park car. Nice and supportive staff. Overall, valur for money hotel and anytime above average.

We ordered the buffet spread. The starters are too good. Main course is also very good. Desserts delectable. Please improve the driveway towards your inn from Spencer's. Its just unbearable.

Standard holiday Inn property — is close to the airport. Rooms are big and well done up. Doesn't have a 24 hour coffee shop (only room service after 2330hrs).

Globally recognized for it's brand name, you can get quality and comfortable vibes all the way. Make sure to make early reservation of the tables if you just want to eat out. The interiors are majestical and they offer the best kind of food. I have heard the guests who stayed they had a great time there.

Nice ambience. Good food. Buffet is the main target though we can't have this due to late arrival. A-la-carte menu is costly obviously because it belongs to a hotel. Next time we must go for having buffet.

One of the closest star rated hotels from the airport. Very cozy ambience and the staff are amazing. Loved the Indian food totally. The must haves are the Dal Makhani and the Chicken Tikka.

Close to the aiport. Room decoration ok Restaurant staff always ready to help but almost same buffet every day. Five stars for the staff at the front desk Anuradha, Najib, Yabom despite all the trouble with air conditioning, humidity and maintenance. Swimming pool on the roof is nice but shade or umbrella to stay there under the sun.

Part of the same group that owns the Crowne Plaza chain of hotels across India. Location is on Chinar Park. Close to Kolkata Airport and CC2. We had our Annual Meeting here. Food quality was very good. Banquet hall arrangement and service was good. Highly recommended for events. Haven't stayed here so can't comment on the rooms.

It's a decent place with basic facilities. Don't expect much here. I would say it's a Holiday Inn property but in a small way. Everything here is small or mini, for example, the rooms, gym, swimming pool or the coffee shop. It's very basic but yes close to the airport. That's the only advantage of this place. So if you're in transit then it's a good option.

Main course is fantastic. Chicken biryani was really authentic. Prawn, chicken was also very good. Fish was ok. Salads were also fantastic. But the welcome drink was not good. I went with nearbuy vouchers where it was specified that it had unlimited mocktails. But this not reality. Only 1 mocktail of apple n cucumber. Not that good. For the deserts, there's no ice cream. Desert also not up to the mark.

This is a really nice hotel, with good attendents whi are 24×7 available for ur service. Location is prime as this is located in one of the busiest and important road in kolkata. Rooms are pretty large and the bed and towel quality is good. The bathroom is well furnished with guiser and 24×7 electricity and mineral water available. Further, this bang for the buck you are paying. Thnx a lott holiday inn.

Went for dinner @Social Kitchen. The buffet spread is awesome. The starters are freshly prepared and served at the table. The dishes are just fantastic.

I was an extended stay guest and coming back here after a long day at work was just fantastic. The staff is friendly and very pleasant interact with. Highly recommend it!
