Good property, very near to airport. Nearby you will get a big bazar and similar type of shopping areas. Very nice and clean rooms. Poor hospitality.

Good location if you want to be near the airport. Markets and restaurants are also available nearby. Rooms are new and well furnished, and the lobby is also impressive. However the rooms are somewhat small hence feels a little congested, and our bedcovers were quite dusty! Staff were friendly.

The place has a nice ambience and friendly staff. But the food quality is not up to the mark.

A great value hotel near the Kolkata Airport. We had a nice and comfy stay. The staff is very courteous and professional and the hotel is clean and well decorated and maintained. The Buffet breakfast in the morning is sumptous and tasteful. The rooms and linens are also clean and service is also prompt. The Hotel not only beautiful designed from outside but is also very well decorated from inside. One of the best value hotels to stay in the Airport Vicinity. Overall very much worth the value that you pay for. Hoping to stay again next time around.

I am a regular visitor of this hotel for last five years. In last 5 years, twice I faced the problem with the room but it was immediately sorted out. The entire staff right from the front office, restaurant, room service and housekeeping are very good at their work. The hospitality is very good. The service is quick, food quality is good. They need to bring more variety in their breakfast. My best wishes are with them and I request them to keep doing this type of good work as the customer like me who are the extensive traveller for them hotel is a second home.

Celesta is a nice hotel having good hospitality nearby airport as per my search celesta is one of the best hotel in 3 star category on this VIP road near airport in the reasonable price on online booking we get a good discount and a good price on this hotel I stay there twice and I have good experience in this hotel as it is just 10 minutes away from the airport, once again I tell celeste is a good one hotel fo stay.

Its a 3 star hotel having more than 50 rooms including single and double bedded arrangements with in reasonable price. Service quality is very good, staff are very sincere and responsible. As its near to airport its very convenient to reach and book accomodation for any visitor at Kolkata.

Very bad service. The manager is very slow. Had booked the place for marriage. We asked them to remove the bar. They removed everything. All toiletries were removed. The manager was reluctant to replace the toiletries even after repeated requests. There was nothing in the room. Don't even get me started on room service. Pathetic service!

Place for vehicle so called high security number plate. You will find queue and long wait if you have registered a new vehicle. For a swift and speedy work visit the place before 9am except Sundays.

Stayed at Celesta because all hotels are completely full. Rooms really need renovation and good maintenance. Internet and safe box was not working and no hot shower.

Very few people know about this place I guess! well I had a very good experience eating out there. Ambience was good so as the food quality. Even the crowd was sophisticated. Not loud. Serving people were also friendly. Lastly the price which is budget friendly not too high (standard). You might feel looking at its infrastructure from outside it is of high pricing bt its not certainly. Recommended.

Location of the restaurant is very easy to find, located just besides the V. I. P road and can b easily visible through the main road… The interior of the restaurant is awesome, the food quality is second to none as well as the service is also extremely good.

We have organised a b'day party in Runway Banquet of this hotel all the services are average & AC was not working properly all the time but the manager was very good & co-operative however one staff who claims himself as assistant manager of this hotel who is very disgusting talking in a rude behaviour with us all time because of his evasive behaviour which turned our mood off & spoil our party mood rated 1 star will never recommend this hotel to anyone for any of the progra…mmes & later disputing on kids food by asking extra money as kids eaten food from their mom's plate was really surprised & shocking but again thanks to the manager Mr Utkal who managed the issue by guiding that disgusting asst manager not to interfere on such unethical issues … Just one suggestion don't organise any party if such so called asst manager is there who is really spoil your party by his comments.

This is a very good hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. All room are well furnished with LCD Sony TV, tea coffee maker, safe locker, mini bar with fridger, hair dryer etc. Room service quality is also very good. They serve you water, ice in your room 24*7. Buffet breakfast quality is very good. Hotel has their own multi Chinese restaurant as well as you can find so many restaurants in near by area. It very near to airport. And the most important hotel staff are very well behaved.

The hotel is neat and clean. The staffs are friendly. The room that I stayed was spacious with big bathroom. The hotel is standing on the main road and is quite easy to find.

Had to stay here because I had a flight the next day. This was the only decent place (most other hotels have dance bars/night clubs). Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable even when I checked in late at night. Over all the best hotel in the area, if you have to catch a flight or stay close to new town. They free Wi-Fi also.
