Very very Worst rooms Conditions, you can better stay at railway platforms, Never been such type hotel stay in my life. Please don't try this Hotel. Not even bother to hear, they collect money INR 1800. During check in, so that you have to stay. Very next day I booked another hotel through Gobibo just paid INR 1415. AC, / Double bedroom.

The worst place I ever stayed outside my country. Everything seems like very bad. The room is small like grave, washroom is dirty hell, cockroaches are moving around and other insects on the bed. I would ask peoples not to stay there with the excuse of budget. If you don't have money, its better to elsewhere. Even room service people are also not good and seems asks money.

Not a good place to make a stay… Stinky place, uncleaned Bedsheets n Dirty washrooms gonna make u vomit. Rather go for other better options available.

The hotel is a Horror. Starting with the treatment of people Q is very bad, we follow with a tip: the rooms with AC and without AC are the same, the difference is they turn on the AC if you pay more. Don't let them rip you off!
The room was small, dirty, the bed dirty, the bathroom very dirty without hot water. There were cockroaches. I left alone one night and I left, the area is full of hotels.

Very unique place… Highly recommended if you are researching cockroaches — we have eliminated 4 of them in 2 days, each of separate species (including different sizes, the ones with and without wings). Small unidentified insects from the blanket can make you famous in case if nobody has discovered that species before.

This place is for short temporary stay for shopping as new market, sri leather and some good shops are very close by. Don't expect any luxury, cleanliness and comfort.

Affordable rooms but dont expect to be neat and tidy. Just stay and do your jobs.

A budget (rather cheap) hotel in a posh area. Not bad for long time or regular stay. For cleanliness, the photos will say. Immersion heater for hot water. Avoid room service, a 5 rupees cup of tea which is available outside the gate will cost you minimum 20 rupees.

Its a horrible place, rooms nd bathrums are very very dirty too high price to fit those rooms and staff peoples are very rude no manners at all, its just a waste!

Manager and staffs are sucks, they are asking for extra money for 30mins early check in, they are bitches. I booked early may 2017, I reached there around 11:00 and my check in was 12pm, but they didnt allow me for check in specially d two old manager guys, they are pimps like seat over there, they said u booked from online by makemytrip so we will not get anything, if u pay 300 we can allow u to enter, even they didnt allow me to use restroom in urgent condition. If god is looked on to that situation they never stands by there legs for sure. The workers/boys over there looks like criminal, they will treat u like that only, apart that they will ask u for tip with out helping u, even I complained the same to makemytrip regarding but no response from them, I booked a good room but I got a 100 rupees room where I could sleep well, I complained to manager but they are too bad. Overall if anyone ask me can I stay capital guest house, kolkata I suggest never, its better to sleep outside but never go such horrible place.

If u want to stay very close to new market or dharmatala area then this is a very good option. And u can stay here at very affordable rate. Though most of the room is smaller than usual and sanitation system is not good at all.

They don't have hand shower in high commode toilet. Dirtiest toilet ever. Have bugs in bed. Bugs blood spotted on pillow. Have ac but have no remote. There is no slippr in toilet. Bad stuff behavior.

Totally disgusting. One of most dirty, non defined rate. Toilet,,, uffff it's very dirty. I will suggest not to visit this hotel instead you can go for Times Guest house.

Budget wise this guest house is OKAY, cleaning is an issue here. Toilet DIRTY Sept 22 painting is going. Guest house staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hope next time rooms will be cleaner as well as toilets.

Hotel location is good. Rooms are clean but main thing is they should be improved their bathroom. In high comode they have no hand shower. It's very wired.

Place is okay only according to kolkata. Otherwise these hotels are costlier.

Its a low quality guest house. Don't have any regular room rent policy. They charge very high when they get chance, specially in rush times. And without a minimum service quality. Behavior is rude and no room service after 10 PM.

1. Room services is very poor. 2. Bed sheet, blanket not wash properly, there are so many hair. 3. Bathroom is so dirty, I call many time for bathroom wash but no one come. 4. TV DTH not working properly. 5. Water mix huge iron this cause damage hair and skin. So please please please dont stay here.

The location was good. And they are wash the blanket every check out time. But I did watch cockroach twice times during 4 days! One is at hallway, and one is in my bathroom. And my room was too much dusty espetially chairs and tables.

Worst experience. Stayed 3 days single bed ac room. Rooms not as shown. Toilets too small. Buckets mugs not cleaned for months. Taps not working. No jet on toilet. Bedsheet towel not changed, toilet room not cleaned once in three days. Staff keep demanding tip specially dubey. Not recommended.

This is the worse guest house in Kolkata. Management does not know how to behave with customers. Specially they misbehave with Bangladeshi guest.

Very filthy rooms. Room service big zero star. After staying for 5 days I was told that the checkout time was 7 am. Shit.
