It's located at the Rajarhat region inside a complex. May not look like a proper hotel from outside but the rooms are big clean and equipped with all the amenities. The stuffs are helpful and always greets you whenever they meet. Overall quite a nice experience.

Nice budget hotel with good rooms n good food.

Treebo Orion West Willows. OMG what a waste hotel this is. I was with my colleague and we booked a room worth Rs 3304 per night. Well we reached early in the morning arround 6:00 AM and when asked for early check-in the manager replied that there's no room available. We tried reaching out Treebo and finally after multiple times of trying one knowledgeable guy from Treebo changed the booking to previous day and closed the ticket. Now the question is if there was room available why didn't they let us do early check-in. Secondly, just after entering the room we really felt that it was too small to charge that much. Thirdly we were tired and wanted to take a nap asap, soon after going to bed my colleague found out a Bed Bug in that premium room and caught it alive, we took the bug to the reception and the manager dienied to change the room. It was a nightmare for us, we tried reaching Treebo customer care and they were also kinda helpless and kept in saying it premium that should not happen and we're sorry about it. Me being a customer now sitting on the floor (as I don't wanna carry those creature back home) trying to convince the manager and the bell boy to change the room but in vain. Later we clicked few photos of the bugs that were clearly visible and showed the bell boy who came with a Room Fresher one hour later. Finally they decided to change the room and took us to a much smaller room this time but without bugs must say so we compromised.

Very good hotel and support staff. Easily approachable. Neatly maintained rooms and good facilities. After airport, reached late to hotel when dinner was closed. But staff were very helpful to provide number to order outside food and help.

Bit costly with respect to the location and amenities… Room size is too small but interiors are good. Neat and clean hotel. Resturent is not part of the hotel yet. But breakfast buffet was there with limited choice. Treebo customer care is excellent.

Though rooms are small, they are clean and have elegance of 4-5 *****hotels. Only disappointment is the hotel is in a not so good location, surrounded by garages and automobile show rooms including of TATA. Yet once you're inside the hotel it is nice and cosy. Another disappointment is their vegetarian breakfast in their restaurant ' Fork & Knife'… there is no scope for both as they don't serve even eggs for breakfast.

Chic. In a lane (Moccha). Updated rooms. Clean. Good service. Slow lift. Good staff. Few rooms are small, do ask for options before selecting a room.

Hotel location is so bad… you can't find this from main road until u ask someone or Google map… hotel premises are well maintained all services are available too but foods are unreasonably higher price & main drawback is when I went washroom I found expired hair conditioner. We took 3person room they have charged extra but we got only two complimentary 500ml water bottles and only 1soap.

It was a great hotel hen we checking they have given a good hospitality. They had very warm welcome to the guest. The breakfast was very good. All the food that I had tasted was very delicious.

Decent place. Hotel is fine. But they tried to cheat hiring private vehicle through the hotel.

Rooms are good. Clean Rooms & lobby area. They need to have some more variety in the breakfast options. Very limited options were there in the breakfast. Overall "Good to Go".

New hotel. Rooms are clean but small. Room setcice has to improved.

Although we stayed for single night but the hotel was awsome in my point of view, staff was cooperative and the rooms were very clean and well furnished. Every day to day needs were fulfilled.

Hotel is in a central location and easy to locate. It is neat and clean. The staff are polite and courteous. I am not commenting on the rooms as I didn't stay here but attended a meeting in their Cedar banquet. It was well managed and food was reasonably good. The staff served the starters at the meeting table, and that was somewhat distracting, coz they kept coming and going. But overall experience was ok…

It is a pretty decent professionally managed Hotel. I had the opportunity to visit it recently for one of our BNI Kolkata Training session. Neat, clean, spic and span, seemed to be appropriate for small group of functions up to 50 people. The staff and their service was excellent. The food served was also excellent. Yes, I would surely recommend it to my contacts.

The hotel is located at a very congested and dirty street. The food was tasteless and experience. The staff response was ok and the room condition was good. Housekeeping response was not good.

Modern decor, large rooms, very clean by Indian standards. Polite staff with good English. Location is reasonably central to major transport hubs and attractions. Can be noisy at night time from traffic and dogs barking. Was surprised to find a bar fridge and toiletries. The included breakfast isn't anything great but does the job. Written communication is terrible/nonexistent​ and it's expensive but worth paying for if you feel like something a bit fancier.

Pls don't visit this hotel room service very poor and reception not give satisfactory answer if you ask something they inform to your family.

The hotel is in a convenient location, staff are very friendly & cooperative, room service is nice. Food is awesome, restaurant mainly serves vegetarian food, yet non-veg items may be served at rooms. The rooms are also budget friendly. The environment of the hotel is cozy & healthy. I recommend this hotel for tourists. But, please carry your own bath towels.

Stayed here for about 5 days in November 2016. Located centrally in the city. Was an excellent experience. The hotel rooms felt new and spanking clean. Staff is cordial and helpful. Decent breakfast menu. Great value for the price. No wonder they have so many international guests as well.

Clean well maintained hassle free. Great value. At heart of city. Food could be better but still totally worth it.

Treebo Orion West Willow is a nice place. Excellent service. Food is vegetarian. Close to road. In heart of the city Kolkata.

New property, convineint location, fair price, attached veg hotel, compact rooms but very neat, supportive staff.

We had booked the hotel for our guests to stay at. The hotel is relatively new so it seemed good initially but the service was really really bad. And the staff were horrible to deal with. Most things that were promised by the hotel proprietor, Amit Bajoria, were not provided. The communication between the staff and management was either Zero or purposely bad as for every event, instead of helping they caused more confusion. We even had to move an event out of the banquet at the last moment. Out of all the rooms we booked only a few were cleaned on a daily basis after check in. The breakfast was not always hot or even warm. Most days even though breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 it wasn't ready till later. We even had some rooms with dirty sheets. The worst part was that we had international guests visiting and they were made to wait two hours after a request for toilet paper. And when they did finally provide a roll, it had dead insects on it. Please see photo. We had the worst experience at Orion and will never do any business with them again.
