Not so business friendly. No morning newspaper unless, ths guests prompts. Room service could be improved. No cars on their own to hire. Depends on 3rd party to provide airport shutting. Could be improved. Restaurants is good with varities.

Excellent location and hospitality… We checked in late at night and checked out very early in the morning but both check in and check out were really smooth… Great location and view from the rooms is something to look for. Breakfast spread was sumptous and service was excellent…

Located ideally at the center of the city and is easily accessible to all the prime locations/malls/restaurants of Hyderabad city. The rooms are beautiful and afford a wonderful experience of privacy. Spacious and elegant, luxury in decor and amenities that are bound to make you feel pampered. Really its a quite a nice hotel. Service & quality of the staff is very good. Food quality also good.

My 1st visit to Hyderabad and its an amazing experience me and my team had. Stay was very comfortable, the food menu was outstanding. The support staff was always available at any given time. Overall a 5 star rating from ISBF.

The location of the hotel is quite central and easy to get find. The check in process was quite smooth and easy. A welcome drink was offered too. The hotel offers smoking and non smoking rooms. The non smoking room I got had a very musky smell as if it had not been used in a long time. Also, the TV box was faulty and had to be replaced by the technician who was quick to respond and fix it. The facilities available in the room we're quite basic. The request for an iron board took about 45 min.

I visited this place to give my IELTS speaking exam. The security guards guided me well to the exam room in the building. Hotel was very very neat. The washrooms were neat and clean. The people at the IELTS centre too responded pretty well to whatever the queries I had. The test was taken in one of the rooms. The room was tidy and the view from the room was good.

Good Hotel at Banjara hills. Little improvement is required in Room service. But otherwise its good location to stay. Good Food Quality they maintain.

Placed at Banjara Hills. From Accor Hotels family. A little bit simpler than Novotel. No swimming pool.

Luxurious hotel for people who want to pay more money for staying at luxurious hotel and yeah we can find so many facilities and the condition was very good it is best for business meeting we can find more options it food section… Cost of the food items was very high by compared to other hotel and restaurant. Total environment and interior decoration was very well and furniture also very good. It looks very clear and neatly clean areas with good hospitality teams more over maintenance was very good.

Visited as part of Abbot Medicine promotions along with my doctor friend. Had buffet. Both veg and non veg items available as part of buffet. Non veg starters are good. As I'm Non veg, had mostly chicken and fish items only. Fish items were really nice in taste. You can find ample desert items with lot of varieties. Ambience and staff behavior is also good and more attentive staff.

Nice hotel. The facilities are good. Especially the shower which comes from the ceiling, that was lovely. Air conditioning worked great in the room. The buffet food was very nice and had local traditional food while having international food for the guests.

Excellent place to stay and dine. The CAYENNE breakfast staff service is brilliant. Buffet breakfast has good choices, layout is well presented, special meal request is catered. Mercure knows how to look after their customers. Thanks team will surely visit again.

It is a 12 floors four star Luxury hotel building cum complex. Has No Swimming pool that is indeed very sad and disappointing! It has a safe facility in almost all its rooms. Has either a King-size bed that's in one full piece or even 2 Separate beds are provided on request /in some rooms. Has 3 elevators or lifts which are highly beneficial, fast in traveling speed up and down and modernized. There's a Gymnasium open from 5am till 10pm which is great to learn! Security is provided here on a 24 X 7 basis, so it's safe to bring along kids and ladies. The reception staff, watchmen, cleaning staff and bellboys etc are charming and helpful. Architecture is amazing! We went in Christmas season so it was very decorated with a Christmas tree and other decorations around it and surrounding this Christmas tree which looked wow. Has huge and very well maintained marble flooring at the reception area as well as in most of the rooms over here in this Mercure Hyderabad Hotel. Worth giving it 4 stars. Food served here is very expensive but of utmost great quality to the customers full satisfaction. Very well kept and a very decent hotel. This hotel mainly accepts on the spot payments which is a bit rude I believe!

5 stars for hospitality, location, services offered, room conditions. Breakfast is a huge let down. Fruits, juices, pastry needs to improve quality and variety wise. Rooms are very clean, spacious, with nice views. So are the bathrooms.

Quaint place with great restaurant, good view of the city from room as well as balconies. Good bar with great menu and happy hour offers.

The best place for a stay. Beautiful rooms that are aesthetically done with glass for a full wall. Spot clean rooms and rest rooms. The best part is the huge breakfast spread!

One of the best places to host official and corporate events that too in the center of the city. The ambience of the place, tasty food, spacious halls, peaceful atmosphere are the advantages. They need to provide good offers and discounts especially for office parties and corporate events.

Very good hotel, located at prime location on main road. Nice room offers excellent view of Hussain Sagar Lake from few rooms on the top floors. Offers good food and very nice staff. Note: IF you are a Smoker, ask for smoking rooms only.

This has a unique cuisines, kids will enjoy. But you can't ask for more starters. They are serving in a less quantity. You can't​ ask for more like in other restaurants. Veg starters are unique taste and good. Over all — OK if you go with a coupon. I don't recommend if you don't have any discount coupon.

Workers pay attention to detail… -reception, dinning, security, and house keeping were so efficient, friendly and very helpful. When they promise to attend to you in 5 minutes then 5 minutes it is. The food is just fantastic and dinning, kitchen staff are wonderful… The IT guy was very responsive too… The hotel is sparkling clean thanks to Direnda and team — linen and towels are always fresh and nothing broken in the room. — whatever management does to get this level of committed staff is commendable…

Nice hotel… The banquet halls are good too. But the max capacity each hall can hold is only 300 The food is good. Very tasty.

The hospitality is awesome. The rooms are relatively small but are cozy. Food served is too good, hats off to the chef. Mainly a business hotel, the staff is really helpful. Has a 24×7 gym but no swimming pool. Overall: Will recommend it to others definitely.
