A four star hotel with antique looking reception area. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. Has pool, gym and other facilities a traveler would look for in such a hotel. It is located right in the heart of the city. A multi speciality hospital is just a couple of blocks away. For those who love shopping, two malls are hardly at a distance of a stone's throw.

I had visited Taj Krishna multiple times to attend professional gatherings of my company. This one is Centrally located and is much near to our company location. Had parties of varying styles and all had been decent. Nothing extra ordinary to match the more happening places that have sprung up in newer parts of the city. But still a good enough place.

The upkeep & hygiene is low. Toilets are stinky, unclean. Actually yuck…! The corridors have a putrid smell. Don't go anywhere in the public places if you're hungry or well fed. You'll throw up…! Staff is untrained; they don't guide to locations properly. There's an alround indifference…!

Taj krishna is one of the oldest Star hotels in Hyderabad. It is located at Road No. 1 Banjara hills Hyderabad. Very nice hotel with good views and ample parking space. It's a 5 Star hotel. It's very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and very well maintained. Banquets are also available. Food is also awesome.

5 star hotel located in the hearth of the city. Attended a wedding ceremony here. The grand ball room is an amazing delight and the decor is just outstanding. The food was very good and the staff was courteous enough to accomodate any requests. Overall visiting the place was a very pleasant experience.

'Taj' name says everything. It is situated in well known place in Banjara hills. When it comes to luxury it is best in Hyderabad. We can host a social events here. Management is good. Very convenient place for professional as well social parties. Food taste is good here. Ambience is good.

Overall experience is good. The rooms need to be upgraded to what other hotels offer. The property is maintained well and the staff is helpful. The food is decent. But one will have a lot more choices for food as there are good restaurants in the vicinity. The pool is maintained well.

Our dinner was hairs and stones! Experience was was a disaster! For namesake it's a 5 star property but amenities and food was below the standards of a decent regular restaurant. We would have had better hygiene standards on the road side food trucks /vendors. The toilets did not have toilet paper or water! God knows what will happen in case of a personal emergency! Coming to the food The soup was served cold! The salads and few other items were ok! In the main course vegetarian curries were a disaster couldn't even eat after the first bite. They had absolute no taste. There was sand and stones in the Biryani. Then moving on to dessert we found Hair in the desert! When questioned the answer we got was it happens as there are people around. My mother fell sick in the stomach after the dinner. I sincerely suggest you spend some time and money for maintaining the standards and quality of the food.

Well known n old star hotel in the city of Hyderabad. I have visited here many times for some business conferences. So I don't have any idea about rooms n their services. But location is very accessible. Located in the Heart of the city. Very near to malls, theatres, restaurants n hospitals. Food is really good.

The interior of the hotel was excellent like how a 5 star hotel would be. The food was amazing top class service by the restaurant. Loved it.

Nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Only thing they are lacking is service of Housekeeping. But you will not find that much problem. Staff are polite, aisles are decorated with vintage collections of art. Restaurants will give u a touch of royalty. And you don't have to go out for shopping even… bcuz they have a floor full of clothing brands including pearl jewelry.

They have authentic luxury goods shops with prices less than the same shops in Europe. The coffee shop near Burberry store has the most delicious pastries and cookies ever! Their chocolate truffle is so delicious! Lovely, polite staff especially at the breakfast hall. Elegant hotel lobby and hallways, lovely gardens with lots of trees and plants. Nice clean rooms, there are some old bathroom fixtures though. Nice location. There are plenty of celebrations/events. Room service was also very tasty. Will recommend this hotel.

The king sized rooms are great, I had a pool side viewing room. People are good. Hospitality is great. People are always smiling and happy to help. The food though is not of good quality. Had American choupsey which was awful taste. That has to change.

I loved Taj Krishna cause of Taj Krishna is a better place for staying room's, there are all services are very good, all staff's are very happy, helpful and always smiling face, I think this is a better luxurious place for staying and enjoying with there restaurant's and bar's, you got all kinds of dishes and any other food items for serve.

Place is quaint. Tries to give old world charm. Restaurant is small not too many tables during meal time. Buffets are excellent and wide variety of choice. If you ask them to make tossed or chopped salad you might get disappointed.

A wonderful place to stay. In the city, it's a perfect venue for luxury and leisure for the one who is visiting Hyderabad or Secundrabad for any reason. Most of the places of heritage and importance, local market and institutions are almost within 5 km radius. The hotel has a very good level of security and safety. The rooms are neat, tidy and clean so as the corridors on floors. Rooms has facilities with a little variation however, mostly all the rooms have locker, mini bar, working desk, TV, hot water mug and alike. News papers are delivered here in the room. The staff is polite and welcoming.

The stay at Taj Krishna was a delightful one! It boasts a very prime location in Hyderabad with easy access to almost all the things in Hyderabad. The Secunderabad pearls market being just around 2 miles from here. Everything during my stay here was top notch whether it be the service or the food at their restaurant. If someone is looking for a good hotel to stay do give this one a visit!

Wonderful property and one of the better Taj properties. Great staff and a wonderful place for both leisure and business travel. Also good for conferences. The location is great as are the facilities and people. It also has a small set of high end shops.

The Taj, one word for the grand spectacle it provides. I love their ball rooms and the chandeliers. Food in any of the restaurants is awesome. We had an office after-party here and there was food from all over India. Each dish was cooked perfectly, presented very well and tasted great.

You must appreciate everything about this hotel. Wonderful staff, very courteous. You get the food you wish. Live music in restaurant. It's a great place to stay without second thought.

A fabulous hotel right in the centre of the city. Great food options, a Taj property. Very well maintained garden and ball rooms. For the IT zone though, situated very far off. They are better off staying at the West corridor of the town.

I have been there for launching of yono app by SBI at gardenia. I wonder to see such a spacious open place in hotel. Food was too good. The people who serve during the function also very polite and humble. Snacks and drinks were too good.

Taj Krishna is all that Taj stands for — opulance, grandiose and excellent service. Although the size of the rooms might be small for some, the in room facilities and amenities near the mark of distinction associated with all Taj hotels. The staff is very helpful and nice and you are taken care of very well during your stay. The Taj Krishna also has an excellent locational advantage situated bang in the middle of Hyderabad. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

A sprawling hotel furnished and maintained like a European noble manor at the turn of the century, compete with marble statues and classical-style paintings in elaborate frames. Expect the usual Taj-level high-end five star treatment and pricing!

A very grand hotel for rich class. Food though is not as good as a 3 star hotel. But the hallways and rooms are decorated with amazing paintings and sculptures. It's in a prime location close to malls and food joints. Banquet halls are top notch.

The Taj is absolutely worthy of it's 5 star rating. Service is phenomenal and very quick. Locations is pretty good as well with plenty of walkability. Nice views too! Updated to include that the Internet is pretty crummy. You have to pay a very steep premium price to get the speed enough to stream a video at a very low quality.

Best in Hyderabad for hospitality. I attended three day conference in Taj Krishna and had a great experience with respective to food, rooms and hospitality.

I've stayed in this hotel several times. Contrary to my requests upon arrival, I'm always given a large room at the very end of the hallway where the Internet does not work. The only solution is to come to the Lobby. Furthermore, I arrive very early after traveling throughout the night. When I do get into the room I'm exhausted, yet still have to hunt to find all of the light switches in order to get to sleep. They seem to like having a lot of complicated light switches cleverly hidden throughout the room. My preference would be a small room near the lifts with few switches and Internet access, but the staff refuse to grant my requests. The only food choices are Indian and the only restaurant requires that you share your table with a flurry of small annoying fruit flies and mosquitos which buzz around constantly. The very few items that are non-Indian, really are Indian. The Buffett is Indian only, so if you're not a fan of spicy Indian food, you need to venture out of the hotel. The beverage prices are staggering. A bottle of Australian, US or European quality wine — which would cost 15-20 USD in any other part of the world is nearly 100 USD here. A bottle of local wine (sweetened vinegar) is an atrocious 50 USD. It was mentioned in a previous review that there are lots of shops. That's true, but this is supposed to be a hotel, not a shopping mall, so I consider those comments irrelevant. My biggest gripe is that the staff refuse to accept the customers wishes.

Nice hotel, pretty much the 2nd best Taj Hotel in Hyderabad after Taj Falaknuma Palace. Interiors are styled more traditional than business like and free Wi-Fi speed isn't all that great. However we liked the food and as always the unbeatable Taj hospitality.

The Taj is consistently good. They made our infants super comfortable. And in the process us! Whether it was sterilizing the baby bottles or food made light. They got it right. The room was fresh, well sized and equipped though the toilet was a teeny bit cramped. Its in the heart of the city. So getting around is a breeze. But yes traffic sounds do permeate into the room.
