The rooms are not well maintained, there are no charging points, the toilet fittings are not up to the mark, the Console for electric system is cumbersome to use, had expected better facilities, food is overpriced, servings are large resulting in wastage, you may please endeavour to improve.

Beautiful resort and great service.

They are very unprofessional, they do not have proper accounts team to process refunds and Do not book through their website directly, they have technical issue and gets debited twice and never refunds money even if it's a month inspite of following up through phone, emails.

We had Cluny 95 reunion at Ocean Spray and it was definitely a memorable one. The food spread for lunch and dinner was awesome and they had lot of varieties. It's worth the money. The staff were very helpful and a special thanks to Mr Vinobha for helping me to organise it. The pool was very clean and even the security guard in the beach door gate was very nice to us.

Its a nice place. Liked the stay. I felt service could be improved. Rooms are good. Ferns, cascade rooms are almost same except for the view, fern in ground floor ans cascade 1st floor. 2nd floor has Jacuzzi rooms. Resort is little far from Pondicherry main town. Good for a family get away.

Excellent rooms. Very spacious and very comfortable. The pro is that, all the room has a good view. A lake view. They maintain is well and regularly. They have a cafe and a restaurant. Food is pretty good. It's very calm and peaceful within their premises. Lovely for a nice walk around the property. They have a huge hall with lawn area for events and functions. They claim the beach is private but you have to exit the property and walk down through a fishermen residential area. And not very safe after 6pm. Otherwise it's a great place within. High compounds and good sports and activities and recreational facilities.

Good one. Make sure you get the lake view room/villa. I'm already thinking to comeback with my spouse! Good food. Nothing to complain. You get to see scenic beauty. Farm look with country hen and white goose!

Excellent place to just lay back and relax. Great activities and very respectful staff. The place was beautiful with a very relaxing atmosphere. There's a lake around which the suites lie and every suite along the lake has a private pier. The access to the beach could be better without the need to walk through the nearby village. All in all an excellent place if you want to have a relaxing stay.

One of the most expensive and lavish resorts in puducherry. Located at the outskirts on ECR this place boasts of extravagant swimming pools and pool side villas. They have a large option of rooms to chose from based on your budget. They do not have a private beach but it is located close to a public beach which is accessible from the hotel. Rooms are lavish with good views. Food is delicious and staff is courteous. Amazing for a weekend getaway.

One of the best resorts! We stayed at Heavens sky jacuzzi room. It was awesome! Something different! My kids who are crazy of water enjoyed a lot. Lovely swimming pool. Had a great time! Beautiful scenery wherever we look around! And about the food. Excellent! Right from starters to the dessert every dish was mind blowin’ I will recommend this place for everyone who wants to spend a relaxed weekend:)

Best resort to celebrate with your loved ones. We had chosen open Jacuzzi type accommodation. Room was superb. Interior was well designed. My kid enjoyed both bath tub and jacuzzi. Swimming pool was very big in size and well maintained. Play area was big when compare to other resorts. Complementary cakes will be provided if we ask. Food taste was awesome. You will love the complementary breakfast. Staffs were polite and friendly. Service was good. Check-in, Check-out was done in few mins. Only drawback that the resorts not connected to the beach like other resorts.

Good place for relaxation and chill out. Rooms are nice. Swimming pool is damn well maintained. But food is a drawback… Taste is less than normal with exorbitant price. Staffs are decent and well behaved except the security ones who are pretty annoying.

Great ambience and lots of activity. They have an excellent customer service to start with and respond for customer needs. Rooms were clean and neat. Their gourmet coffee for breakfast was excellent and the carrot bread.

Stayed her for 4 nights and what started off on a bad note ended up being a pleasant stay thanks to the combined efforts of a few people. Was totally disappointed with duty manager Basha who I spoke to pre arrival but took my call too lightly. After a long check in process due to issues with the room house keeping manager Vijay was very professional and ensured the rest of our stay went well. The food we ordered daily from room service was delicious except for the sea food marie rose where the squid and prawns were over cooked, Gokul was of great assistance while placing orders. Special thanks to Geetha, Mugilan and Varutharaj from house keeping, Both the Nikita's, Payal and Girija from the restaurants who always had a smile and made sure all our requests were met.

Nice resort. The beach is 400 metres from resort. Between 7 and 8 am the fishing boats return from fishing and you can witness live auction, it was worth watching. The fishing folks go out to fish at 3 am and return by daybreak. If you interested to check out this type of activity. Dont miss when you are here.

Awesome place to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Placed in a very calm and serene location. Pondicherry being a place to indulge in some yummy food and cuisine. This does not fit there. I wish it had a private beach. But overall nice stay if you are planning a relaxing holiday with family. For office outings also it's very good.

The resort is around 15km away from the main city. The place is amazing. They have a huge swimming pool. Rooms with Jacuzzi & beautiful view are the main highlights. The food is great. The service is amazing. Pleasant environment. And there's a local beach beside the resort (just 500mts away). They have play arena (which is small and okay. ) One suggestion is to train the staffs to be a little more professional. Although they weren't bad. Tweak it a little it will be great.

A nice resort to unwind, we were upgraded to the villas free of charge as there was a huge rush for the rooms because of some office function. The food was excellent, and there were some activities planned in the evenings to keep the children occupied. However I felt it's better to spend the evenings in the city itself. The equipments in the resort especially for the children's play area could have been maintained in a better way. Lack of maintenance and deterioration was visible. However if u plan to stay here just to relax, then this is the place for you. Enjoy the great food, take rest, there's lots of place for games like cricket, football, badminton and volleyball.

Amazingly marvelous place. We had our company's all hands meet and success party here and we stayed over too. Absolute bliss is what I can just describe the place. The food is great too. It was an awesome stay and I would definitely love to come back.

One of the good resorts on ECR for a weekend getaway. The property will be on your left on the way to Pondicherry from Chennai on ECR. Big swimming pool and well equipped rooms are its plus. What needs a big time improvement is maintenance, especially the artificial lake is extremely dirty with lot of insects. The front desk people could also be more attentive. It is not a beach resort but has an access to a road that takes you to the beach.

Welcoming with shell chain was unexpected for me. They have one of the best swimming pool with proper chlorine mix and clean & clear water. Morning Breakfast was good and tasty. They don't have access to beach directly. Overall me and my family had a good stay.

Awesome location. Love at first sight. No confusion to reach beside the main road. Rooms neat and clean. Individual rooms are best to stay with water surrounded lan make you feel amazing. Food varieties are more but the taste need to be improved (vary from person to person). Access to beach evening time would be perfect to visit. Night lights are good. Smoking zone available with relaxed mode. Ambiance was good. Infrastructure was best here. Came for office outing enjoyed at best.

Really awesome place. I thought it was better physically than how it looked in pictures. A beautifully maintained resort with a large man made lake surrounded by cottages/villas. The buffet lunch and dinner was great with a lot of items to suite everyone's pallets. The swimming pool and the wet bar were highlights of this place. There were quite a lot of other activities like sports, quad bikes, night club with discotheque, Spa, etc. That can keep the visitors engaged all the time.

The rooms were very nice. The resort was beautiful and had many activities. It is located 16 kilometers from Pondicherry. The food and service could have been better. But overall it was a lovely place.

The Best we found for our Anniversary! There was everything we asked for! My kid enjoyed because of the flora and fauna there. 5 min walk to beach, but we stayed inside the resort all the time. We took a Sky Jacuzzi room and every penny was worth it!

It is a beautiful property which has villas and rooms by the side of the artificial lake. We were greeted with a welcome drink. The room we stayed in was Cascade room which was well equipped and spacious with a balcony facing the lake. The only disappointing thing in the room was presence of lizards and cockroaches in the room. The breakfast was also not that great. There menu had variety but the taste of the food was not that great. Overall, it was a good stay.

I was here for honeymoon with my Canadian wife, this place needs more security and attention. I booked it thinking it's a high class resort but not really. People watch you in swimming pool area and take pictures. Strict privacy policy should be implemented. Management has good intentions but that should reflect in quality.

Great place for a chilled out holiday. The swimming pool is just huge and quiet amazing! Breakfast buffet is good… But a little repititive on day three or four. Also the main restaurant didn't serve alcohol. But the staff is courteous and overall food is good.

Spent a weekend there. The place is very well spread and definitely worth the visit. Had good greenery, maintained swimming pool and the highlight is the buffet. One of the best buffet I have had in resorts around Chennai. We took 3 buffet meal a day package and that's how spent a good amount of time. One thing we couldn't bear is obviously the heat. I wish this property was somewhere in a hill station. That's the reason I don't enjoy a resort in Chennai. Be prepared to be tanned.

I choose this resort based on user reviews, but made a wrong choice. Need improve hospitality. I have informed the resort that I need the rooms at 12 pm a day before, but they kept us waiting for the more than an hour. Also Water stopped at 11 pm in bathroom, need to call the plumber to fix it late in the night. Pathetic experience. Resort looks to be very old, may be need a repainting. One good thing is the large swimming pool. Post that whatever indoor activities you late the take they are charging too much. I will never choose this resort again and won't recommend. Better choose some good one.

Swimming pool is very neat and big. Game room is available especially video/ motion games and kids will like this. More space to play outdoor games. Few rooms are constructed inside of big artificial lake.

Nice and aesthetically designed. There are cottages with balcony toward lake view. There are cottages with private swimming pools. Restaurant serves good delicious food.

Excellent place for the family stay. Children's enjoyed a lot. Swimming pool is well maintained and only nylon dress allowed. Quality of food is good & taste needs to be improved (not bad more variety available). 13 adults with kids were there for a day, everyone felt good about the property. A complete stress relief.

Lovely resort to spend your holidays. The luxurious rooms are very comfortable and the pool adds to its beauty and value. There is a dirty bike and car which the children shall enjoy. The property is idyllic and we spent a lovely time there.

The location is outside Pondicherry territory. Nice and peaceful location. Amenities provided by the resort are very good. The food at restaurant is expensive and you have to drive for a bit to get to good restaurants.

Swimming pool is clean & good. Man made lake is a treat to watch. Open sky jaccuzi in Havens room are awesome & you should experience it. Rooms are clean & neat. Staffs are so kind & polite. The food quality is of ok type. Not so many items for complimentary breakfast. Due to frequent power cuts, there is a lack of room temperature. All kinds of credit & debit cards are accepted including Amex card.

Good location, just off the ECR highway. Easy access. The rooms (Deluxe & Executive) are functional. Clean. The cottages are a better option (surrounded by a small water bodies. The centrally located swimming pool is good. Access to the sea is a limitation as the resort does not have its own beach side. One needs to walk across a small hamlet to reach the sea. (the only downside). The buffet spread is okay. Not lavish but a limited spread. Staff courteous.

Good property! Lack of a beach may be a put down for some, also be warned that the property is in Tamil Nadu not Pondicherry. Guss thats a problem for choice of beer you get.

Rooms and service was very nice. Nearly every Villa had an outdoor sit area. There was rust and unclean chairs. Would be better if this would be taken care of. The outside lawn and garden were nicely maintained. The Activity Room had Billiards and Table tennis which was very nice. There was space to play badminton but was not able to play it due the heavy breeze. Would recommend the place!

A nice place with big playground, swimming pool, and an artificial lake within. Good for a weekend stay for a family. Although sea Beach is close but cannot be accessed from the resort.

This is a great property with wonderful ambiance, food is absolutely amazing, F&B service is also very good. We were a group of 32 ppl for an offsite meetings, thoroughly enjoyed. Swimming pool is clean and neat. Staff are very humble and hospitable. I would definitely recommend group and corporate for their meetings and get-together It's a awesome place for the couples and children will love the ponds and fishes in it!

Great place — Man-made lake et al. Rooms are well-appointed and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, food ranges from mediocre to poor — Dessert was far better than the offered main courses and the complimentary breakfast was so so. They advertised an activity center but this wasn't manned properly. There is access to the beach but this isn't great.

We stayed for 2 nights in villas its very good, food is good, location super, maintaining is very good.

Great place. Just a little away from any major shops and pharmacy. Had a small accident with my eye and needed eye drops and the reception need at of coaxing to go and get the medication for me. Also, no high chairs for kids. But otherwise it's a wonderful place for a family vacation, reunions or even a romantic getaway.

Wonderful experience! If you are looking for a quiet break from a busy routine life. Then this is a best choice! The place looks beautiful and serene. There's always people working towards making the area look even more cleaner. Even during the hot weather in April. The whole place had a cool fresh feeling. Food was amazing, although there was not much choice on the menu, the kitchen staff were more than happy to customise dishes according to our preference. The very friendly team were always at our service. We had some issues with our room, but the Resident Manager Ms Kaur sorted everything to make our stay even more pleasant and memorable. We had a great time! We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a difference from a regular hotel vacation! Awesome! I have shared some of our photos too.

Disappointed. I took the Groupon voucher for 2 nights and although I had expected tvat the hotel wouldnt be as grand as it looked jn tbe pics, I was indeed disappointed. The complex although grand, could sure take some maintenance attention. The food wad average, the water bodies although large were dirty. The pool too was under maintenance for 2 days id stayed there and the cherry on top is they didnt even have the courtesy to communicate it in advance or try tk make up for it as usually good hotels do. The service was abysmal. I had to teach the room service staff that when the 'clean my room' is put up by the guest it means you have to do this this and that (the whole list of what ought to be done). Frequent power cuts added to the plight. 'Consideration' is something I found absolutely missing. I had paid for the package in advance but I had to leave after just 1 night, tbey didnt even waive off the petty extra bed charges. Something I was expecting would be done out of courtesy. since trip advisor gave this hotel the same rating as Taj Fisherman's Cove!. Lmao. (id gone there as well and man oh man, thats like comparing black and White). All in all. A 4000rs a night would be worth it. Anything nore than that and youve got plenty of better option'.

The five-star rating that I have given for this resort speak volumes about the wonderful experiences I had while being there. We booked three cottages and I managed to spent quality time with my loved ones. However, there were a few minor issues. The main doors to the cottages took a lot of tries to open. They have this card-swiping mechanism and we had to insert the cards multiple times (more than 15 times) for the door to open. This is not an isolated case with a single cottage; but for all the cottages allocated to us. The second issue we faced were with the guy who stood by the swimming pool. He was adamant about us wearing synthetic shorts while entering the pool. We were all wearing synthetic shorts; but he refused to heed our words. I think this is just a move from his end to make us buy the shorts from the resort for 650/ — (per piece). Rest assured; we had a very delightful experience while staying over here. Go ahead and reserve your rooms; you are never going to regret that decision.

This place is lovely for kids and family. We stayed for 2 nights and our kids liked it. All the staffs in the resorts are quite good and helpful. Resorts looks amazing especially in the night. Breakfast is very nice with wide spread compared to Dinner. Quite scenic place.

We two and our Kid had a beautiful two days in tranquility at this place. Its big and spacious in all aspects. Nice and friendly people around enchanting "Happy evening "and "Happy Morning" every time we meet them while our walk around and taking care of us all time. Foods are on the expensive side but shows its class. Nothing comes free in this world but worth it. Awesome place.

The food and the ambience were great! But unfortunately the guy taking our orders didn't have enough knowledge about the food in the menu! He said the veg sizzler comes with only tandoor veggies but no rice or fries to accompany! Whereas the non vegetarian sizzler had it. Being a vegetarian, I didn't like this bias at all. He didn't know saffron pilaf was rice in the ratatouille. Anyway, we enjoyed what we finally ordered. But the dessert was a big disappointment. My friends n I ordered a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, specifically mentioning it to the guy to heat the brownie and put the ice cream on top of it. This can't be rocket science. We got a cold block of brownie with ice cream in another bowl, and all this after a good 20 min wait. Period.
