A good service apartment to stay. Well maintained and rooms are big. Close to the main market area, yet inside a quite alley. The service complimentary breakfast and dinner which is of very good quality and taste. Very good for families and safe.

This is a service apartment located very close to Gandhipuram Bus stand. Staff is friendly and breakfast is very good. In every apartment they have 2 or 3 rooms with separate lock facility and rooms are big.

Easy access. Very near to Bus stand and Railway Station. Convenient location for shopping. Good accommodation. Well maintained apartment. Complimentary breakfast and dinner with tasty menus. Hospitality by both lodging and restaurant crew are very nice.

Main pros! Location of the hotel. High quality rooms, prompt room service! Decent coffee No cons yet! Parking provision is there. Management is quite friendly. Rooms display a quality that would normally fetch a much higher fee if in hotels. Spacious. The two bedroom suite can house two families and there is a nice living space, apart from balconies and kitchen. Kitchen has vessels and induction stove which is thoughtful.

Excellent service, courteous staff, very well maintained (most of the points go for maintenance), good breakfast and dinner, very easily accessible from main road, huge parking space, lot of convenience/petty shops nearby.

Wonderful hospitality, very clean rooms, affordable price and a great location. Had stayed there with my family for two days and it was a very home like feeling. The complimentary buffet for breakfast and dinner felt like home cooked. There were not much choices but whatever was there on the table was delicious and easy on the system. Great stay. Highly recommended.

This is my third time stay in M K Residency. Good option to stay within the city. This time stayed in 2 BHK flat. When compared to their other building, this flat could have been better in many ways. TV position, maintenance, cloth hangers, kitchen options like microwave oven… needs to be improved. They just need to replicate what they have done in the new building.

Worth of Money… Only pbm is they hvnt provided Wi-Fi for us. Nowadays in Small hotels providing 24hrs Wi-Fi. This has been embarrassed us 2much.

Good Location, Well hospitality staff Mrs Nancy as receptionist, Superb large room feel like are in home, but they are forgot to keep bathroom amenities when we check in to rooms I had stay 2 times am faced the same.
