We had booked the room through Make My Trip, after we saw the pictures of the room. We reached around midnight. We were welcomed by nice gesture but the room offered was different from what my friend had booked as per pictures. Further, we found that the hotel offered a Deluxe room to a customer who was fulfilling the formalities just before us but we were offered Standard room. On our query, we got an answer that both are same. We took the snap of sheet where all bookings were noted and found against some of the names it was written as Deluxe but against our name it was Standard. The room offered was ordinary. It was after few minutes that we received a call from the desk that in case we were not happy they will shift us. When we were shifted we found it was the same room which my friend had booked, after seeing the pictures. The room was good but the quality of pillows was not upto the mark. Even the AC was not working properly. Of course, the same was rectified. We had a lovely buffet breakfast. The property is very well located. It is also within walking distance from the Metro well connected to the Airport.

Good location … Food is okay… The staff are cordial and warm… But the rooms are very dim and gloomy… Not worth the price… There are cockroaches in the rooms as well… The walls have cracks… Rooms are very cramped… Bathrooms are tiny… And they're equipped with unnecessary facilities such as hair dryer, shaving mirror, which most people are unlikely to use… Overall the stay was not good at all… Would not recommend this place for staying… There are much better places available for much cheaper in Chennai… The lighting in the rooms is too showy and in places that are not needed… (Like under the table…) STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED…

One great hotel ro stay, the view from my room was breathtaking, good lighting, very good food, housekeeping, everything was great. Only one "not good" part, Mine was a corporate stay, and the hotel staff was unaware of whether the dinner was included in my package or not, which later I got to know that it was included and just because of hotel staff, I ended up eating outside, since the prices were a bit on the higher side in the hotel's restaurant. Other than this, it was a great stay, I loved the experience. Would definitely go again, if I visit Chennai.

I think star value 4 is more. Awesome well maintained hotel. With spa and gym, dinner per person950 RS plus tax but quantity and quality and staff is very awesome. Try top floor open resrtra view is awesome. U will love the live singing here also. 4&half star.

Worst service. It was recommended by one of my co-worker as this hotel is near to my office location. Soon after I entered in the room, I realized why the hotel rooms were cheap. First you wont really feel that you are in hotel room. Your AC may or may not work properly, you may end up getting old towels that may or may not be washed properly, forget about mini-bar (this will remain empty forever). On the name of tea and coffee you will get only one or max 2 tea bags and on asking room service they may send one or two bags extra. Room service is worst as they have only one guy during night to take care of entire hotel. Room service wont take your request as priority they will send the person as when they want and not as when you want something. You will end up noticing that basic toiletries are missing. It's worth paying 500-1000 extra and stay in a hotel where staff knows how to provide good service to the customer rather staying in this hotel.

Stay was comfortable. Food is a tad bit bland (i prefer spicy), but they will match your expectations if you clearly define them. Just one small disappointment is that the room cleaning services were not responsive. Stayed there for three days, would have approached thrice to clean the room and it was done for just once.

Very good 24hrs coffeeshop. Great full menu food options till 11pm and sandwiches later. Very good service.

The hotel is located next to Nehru Park Metro Station. Ample parking space available. Customer care is excellent. Food served is delicious and yummy. Rooms and conference halls are neat and clean. Usually reservation is required for booking rooms. Swimming pool is available.

Hotel location is good but the Hospitality is below par specially the FRONT OFFICE guyz. He gave us the Invalid card during our initial check in time and that happened most of the times during our stay of 3 days. Bathrooms are very compact. Food Quality is good!

Nice place in the heart of the city. Opted rooms for wedding. Management is quiet co-operative and helps in Check in of guests. All in all pleasant experience for stay.

The location is good, and rooms are comfortable. However, I found the Management to be a bit rude. The working staff, on the other hand, are really helpful.

As usual my stay in Pride was marvelous. So helpful staff whether it's front desk, or f&b or housekeeping. Good food little bit on higher side but quality is very good.

The ambience is really great. It's quiet and peaceful and pleasant. But I feel the food could've been better.

Got free upgrade to suite room. Buffet didnt have much items and the swimming pool is very small. Located in the crowded area which makes the commute a bit difficult. To sum up: not worth the money.

We celebrated the 2018 new year in this hotel. Good ambience, nice staff and a vibrant party environment are the salient features of this hotel.

I visited the pride hotel in Kilpauk for an interview session. Hotel is much better than it looks from the outside. Can't comment about the rooms, but the halls, senate etc were very good. Workers were neat and professional.

Hotel location is Great. House keeping staff is very cooperative. Room Service staff is very good. Hotel is very clean. Food quality & test is below average. Overall it's good experience.

I was for one day in this hotel and it was far enough. Once installed in my room the reception asked me to change because or maintenance problem. I was surprised as they checked the room before. In fact, the groom told me the room was given to other customers! Unbelievable! The groom told me that to apologise the full basket of nuts and biscuits was free. And when I checked out, the reception made me paid for it. Unbelievable! No concern of the customers, no word. It is not what it can be expected fron a 4 stars hotel.

It was a wonderful experience and the service was too good. The rooms, the buffet and the maintainance everything was upto the mark… One of the best places for stay in Chennai.

Room facility and services are good. Variety of foods. Everythg is ok. During peak hrs it take more than half an hr to reach railway station. So plan accordingly.

Rooms are normal not much clean. There is no basic needs in room like toothbrush/toothpaste/ hair dryer / etc. To get the final bill everyone waited more than hour. Behind me 8 people with families waiting to get same. If you ask any printout they will take min 30 min that too you will not get your work done. Person of the hotel will run to 3rd floor nd 1st floor to get the print. No greeting no response looks like fish market in reception. And seems some fight happen when they started their day. Worst experience in my life after paying this rent for room.

Delayed service at the roof top restaurant. They swiped my card for less amount than bill and then kept following up for the balance payment when I had left Chennai.

Ask nothing to eat out of hours. What you get is a ridiculous and expensive Yves Sawich. It's far from everything.

Rooms are ok, but not great. Breakfast buffet spread is decent and taste is average to good. Staff is courteous.

Worst series of pride I have been to. Very very poor service. Uncoperative staff and room are smely. Even lift need to be cleaned.

Pathetic hotel. Alloted me a room in which someone else was staying. I was shocked to see someone else garments when I opened the room. Food is below par. Service is very unprofessional. Internet never works. Will never visit this hotel and will never recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is clean, the reception is nice, the food is good but does not vary much, the SPA is still not available.
Pay attention to your clothes because the laundry service leaves a desire at the level of the Internet connection, it is of poor quality and very expensive.
Still, probably the best hotel in the area.
