Great place to stay. Excellent customer service.

An absolutely beautiful setting for a hotel. I was on a tour with Citrus holidays with a group. The rooms were clean and spacious, the views were stunning and staff were fabulous. Food was delicious and I hope to return with my daughters when it is possible to travel again. We were taken on a tour of the tea plantation which was really interesting and informative.

Peaceful place. Good hospitality. We had a good time for our honeymoon.

This hotel has lots of positives and I would say stay here for the great food and positive attitudes of the staff with fantastic views but not on the 3rd floor unless you have ear plugs and expect less than great with your Wi-Fi, the hotel just needs a bit of extra to make it great such as the seating area upstairs being barren and the ice cream on the menu two nights running not being available, you know what I mean?

Mind breaking place. Very bad experience. Behavior of staff is very bad. Food quality is very worst.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. No proper room service. No hot water in bathroom. Webs all over the rooms. Dirty towels. And list goes on. Food is simply pathetic. Manager sleeps on the reception. No one picks up the call and when we went down at 8:30pm to place order personally the manager took the order and then we went back to our room. After 45mins when we called to know the status no order was placed and they said the kitchen is closed now and chef is gone. We had to sleep on an empty stomach after a tiring day. As the hotel is far way from town no option of getting anything. Staff is rude saying we don’t anything and can’t help you in anyway now! Don’t spoil your stay living in this shithole place! It looks good on goibibo but will spoil your trip and experience.

A nice peaceful property in the middle of tea plantations and cardamom plants. Neat and clean place. It's away from the crowded places of munnar. Hotel have a friendly staff, rooms are big and with all modern amenities and branded fittings. The restaurant at the roof top also provides good food. However room service take a bit delay. There is a bit problem with some mobile networks too.

This is absuaabsol a heaven for the people who like peaceful and calm full of nature. They will feel they are on lap of mother nature. Everywhere birds chirping. Tea garden and lot of flura n fauna … the property is mantinance is execllent will all required amenties would recomment.

A hotel in between tea gardens. Heart taking view. Rooms r also spacious with all amenties … there is no local resturants near by so one have to go to munnar town or have to take it from hotel resturant. The morning view of tea gardens from hotel balcony r just fabolous no words for its beauty … the staff was good … so I recomended it for beauty nd nature lovers …

The hotel is good but the road to the hotel is an off road. Not have a perfect parking area. Only bath room (toilet) facility for drivers. They provide brekefast for drivers but it is like gave to beggers. Theire is a restaurent but they not allowed drivers theire and I was sitting near the kitchen side and eat brakefast. Theire was a wash basin filled with wast water… and the staffs and management is not a friendly mentalitty peoples… and my guest told me that. As per the charges and compairing with facilities and hospittalitty. The MARRIOT hotel is cheeper than this hotel.

Not only u did they take care of me while I had a high fever the first night, they brought hot soup to my room when they normally do not offer room service. The entire experience other than the illness was quite spectacular. Walking the tea plantation, enjoying a balcony overlooking a cardamom filled valley, watching clouds roll over the mountains while enjoying morning Chai and well, feeling isolated from the busyness of the tourist town that is Munnar.

Very good location in the middle of tea estate, try their chichen chopsey. Peaceful place to stay and neat and clean comfortable rooms.

Beautiful resort & all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms was tastefully decorated and spacious with a great view. Food was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Surrounding and service was gud rooms were clean and washrooms were fantastics… inside a tea estate finding it was a bit difficult… but a good stay… only the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark by quality wise… but no of varieties was gud.

Now I don’t call a trip to munnar, I call it a trip to resort tea-harvester munnar. I just simply loved being there, this is exactly in TEA GARDENS as said & shown in the pictures of the website. I love tea Gardens & YES! Munnar is all about tea Gardens. Then this is the only place to stay. The hospitality & love they shown to us is incredible. The building, rooms, restaurant, front office & the lobbies are too cleaned & too tidy. Every single minute spent there is worth noting in your diaries, the food served in restaurant is such delicious & appropriate in all aspects of spiced & other ingredients. The team of tea harvester greeted & welcomed us a family & truly we felt like we are in heavenly home. Thank you so much for all the love & all the care you took for us to stay happily.

Good view, good room, normal service, relatively nice breakfast, no ac as not required.

Good Location. Take out for plantation walk which is a highlight. With respect to food quality was fine but they did not have variety and forget order at times. Front desk closes at 10 AM which I could not find while booking. Overall it was little expensive considering the facilities. But the view was good and my stay was peaceful.

I stayed here for my honeymoon trip. Beautiful location, amazing stay. Little over priced maybe, but it's worth it once you step out to the balcony :)

The environment in the heart of the tea plantations is beautiful. The large house of colonial style is a little illusion and does not stand up to the statement of a doubtful cleanliness of the rooms, a bathroom and a little comfortable, and a restoration of quality, very average. Good home, like almost everywhere.

This stay is right in the middle of the tea estate and one can have best view of the entire tea estate. They have some 30min morning session of taking around the tea estate. Service and food is good.

This cozy hotel is a perfect way to enjoy Munnar. The view was fantastic and the place is very serene. The food was delicious. Our room was comfortable and clean. The daily tour of the estate was very informative and we enjoyed our stroll through the gardens.

A boutique hotel right in the middle of tea garden. Tastefully done rooms and courteous service. Sound of nature all around. For anybody wanting to enjoy peace and quite it is an ideal place. Off road Jeep rides, amusement park and cultural center near by.

FANTASTIC! Amazing atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff! Especially the manager, Tony Anthony, who went out of his way to make sure I had the most wonderfully relaxing time in Munnar! Tony not only met guests with a smile and cup of house tea, he also organised a tour, massage, evening show, and transport to the airport in Kochi. Without a doubt the best visit I've had in India!

A nice relaxing place to spend 2-3 days completely in lap of tea garden! No one to trouble you. Completely away from all sorts of annoyance a typical tourist town offer this place is Devine! Nice property good rooms and clean toilets.

Major issues with food quality and staff. Except mr Tony who is GM OF hotel other staff lacks basic communication skills required for any hotel staff. Food is not at all good. Even basic items like TEA is not served properly.
Restaurant is on third floor and kitchen being on ground floor service is a major challenge.

I loved the cuisine, not so sure why not all, share my experience. The Kerala dishes were delicious, especially the Kerala fish fry prepared in King fish — irrestible!
Brilliant hospitality, I wish the organisation good luck and hope they maintain the niche that they are out to carve!

This review is about food. It's not good to be honest and could have been a lot better what we had on new year's Eve. We paid 1000/ — per person for the buffet dinner but very less number of dishes and only soup and ice cream was ok. Don't have food there.

Beautiful property! One of the only hotels in Munnar that is actually it's own working tea plantation. It's a newer place, so they are still working out the kinks, but everyone was pleasant and friendly. Be sure to take the day long Jeep tour up to the "highest tea plantation in the world", but make sure that you get a driver for this excursion that speaks your language. We loved the journey but felt that we couldn't really ask any question due to the lanquage barrier. If you don't have your own car or driver, you are stuck there, as there is not much around. The food we had was great, but there aren't too many options.

Stay in this hotel made my trip much more memorable and wonderful, such a place to stay filled with tea gardens, hills, nature beauties. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable, which look beautiful from outside as well as from inside. This is the best place in munnar to stay here. Staff is very cooperative and the food. The food was also very nice. We enjoyed here so much…
