Awesome location right in the middle of tea gardens. Although a bit overpriced for the facilities offered. Only positive is the location and tasty home cooked like food. Room does not have AC, water kettle, refrigerator, iron. Food is prepared upon prior orders which take time and is cooked fresh. Service is satisfactory, since house keeping and other staff are limited. In total there are only 5 rooms, all have more or less the same view. This is on Tata plantation land, leased out to the hotel. To summarise it is a nice cosy and classy place, which should offer more amenities for the price demanded.

A really Nice getaway place. The property has only 5 rooms which are very clean and well maintained. There is restuarant which offers decent food. It sits right in the middle of tea gardens with a great view through the big windows. The staff is courteous and responsive. English, Tamil, Malayalam, hindi is understood.

An experience made memorable thanks to a very warm and hospitable staff which is their biggest USP. The property is located inside a plantation which makes it very calm and beautiful. The views in the morning are a bliss. Good for couples. It’s a 15-20 mins drive from the city center. The food menu is small but each preparation is very tasteful. All rooms are very clean and have balcony with a view. Highly recommended.

In the middle of the tea plantation, a place to linger, very expert hiking guide. Pure Tranquility, restaurant exclusive for the guests, rooms with a view on tea plantation (best 207 book), absolutely recommended.

Beautiful little place among the woods. Throughly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms have beautiful view. They provide spice treck for free. Food is great. Service is nice. Very happy. Great for couples.

The best hotel to get the feel of Munnar. I stayed here for 2 days and it was an amazing experience. Its located in the middle of a tea plantation. Hotel is small with maximum of 5 rooms. But their services are really good and also neatly maintained.

Great location, middle of tea plantation, amazing view from room and food is very good. Nice staff, very cooperative, cool n calm. Nice local tour with sujith (guide) he is very knowledgeable. Must stay at least 3 nights.

Quaint place in the middle of a tea plantation. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a view from the windows that would make you never want to leave. The staff is courteous and helpful (they greet you with a lovely cup of tea at check-in). It is about 10km away from Munnar town. But if you want to relax and stay away from the bustle and noise, this is a perfect retreat.

At the rate paid you can avail better hotels… but the location is unbeatable. Staff is cordial but rates not at all competitive. An innovative terrace dining arrangement can add a much needed class to the property. Very casual… very homestay like.

Stayed here on 29/09/17 when we arrived we were welcomed by a group of about 5 young men. We were shown to our room, which was cramped dirty and unwelcoming. Our bedding had a horrible smell about it so my wife sprayed it with perfume, whilst I dealt with a cockroach on the floor. At meal time they tried to serve food in our room, which we thought very strange. We went upstairs to see some dirty tables, which were immediately covered with a table cloth. Munnar is very nice but unfortunately it was raining during our stay, but that cannot be helped. We only stayed for one night, when we had oringinally booked two. I have nothing against this hotel, I visited as a guest from England, but I would not recommend this home stay to anyone.

I like the quiteness, the location and the amazing view from the balcony. Though there is not much activities available other than trekking and cycling. You will fall in love with doing nothing and just sit in the balcony to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in hand. You can hear nothing but the water splashing sound from near by stream. Close the windo. Completely quite… Would have been better if the staffs were more qualified and professional.

It is an oasis. Amazing homestay at an overly amazing location. You will not feel to leave this property once you stay. The view from the rooms at first and second floor is mesmerizing. Hotel staff is very courteous and the food is also amazing. Definitely value for money.

Located in the midst of a tea plantation, this place is awesome. You should go for rooms on second floor and you will enjoy tea plantation on one side and mountain on the other. We stayed on 207 and loved the view from the room.

This place offers the best view from the upper floors. Very good service and really friendly and helpful people. The food is great too, they occasionally offer delicious Kallappam during breakfast. They also offer cycles to ride through the tea plantations. They also offer complementary trekking in the morning. This place is far from the city, hence is very peaceful.

Scenery was great. Surrounded by greenry and extremely quite. But it ain't perfect. At sane time doesn't deter ur stay.
