I will staying 2night Nov 2, 3rd amazing places and very relaxing and comfortable friendly staff near by munnar town and very easy to go the all places near by waterfalls is amazing, I will visit again.

Small rooms with marks on the walls. Mini bar was not stocked and room service had little food available from their menu. If your staying you need book the suite.

A peaceful getaway nestled among Eucalyptus trees and picturesque mountains. High quality service met with smiling faces of staff. A genuinely relaxing atmosphere to rejuvenate. Very highly recommended!

View from the hotel was divine. We woke up on melody of chirping of birds it was loud and divine, never get to experience this all in cities. It’s on a hill so surrounding view is spectacular.

Peaceful surroundings, Great Location. The place has got excellent valley view, food is amazing and reasonably priced compared to several other places. Really enjoyed the misty dawn and dusk. Check in was very smooth and the room was ready in a blink, the reception has a big area that overlooks the amazing valley giving some fabulous views.

Had there been an option below one star I definitely would have chosen that for Devinshire. The management has been extremely unethical in misguiding us by claiming that Munnar is safe from landslides and is safe to visit. We were stranded just a few kilometres away from Devonshire as heavy rains continued to pour in that area. They mislead us by saying that the roads are clear whereas the road ahead was declared Red alert area and the Police constables strictly warned and asked us to deviate back to Cochin. We were 30 odd people including 11 couples and flew down deom Mumbai and Bangalore. My worry and rage towards Devonshire Management is why did they even give us false information when they themselves were aware about the current scenario then. Highly laibback attitude and absence of empathy towards it's tourists. I would definitely not recommend this property for their unprofessional and rigid behaviour and I Seek for my REFUND at the earliest.

Nice hotels. Rooms are good. Cozy. But their location is a disappointment. Location wise its good. But none of the rooms have good views. Only thing visible from rooms is trees and jungle look. No view of tea gardens or valley is there except from reception n lawn.

There were bed bugs in the room and when the hotel staff changed the room, it was not even clean and the senior management was rude to us. In the middle of the night we again had to change the room. My friend has got skin allergies on her body because of the bed bugs. I was elated to see the calm and serene environment with such an amazing view but this whole experience has been really bad. Mr Sajith who was the night manager was the most rude person I have come in so many hotels I have stayed in.

Location was good and near to Munnar city. Room is nice with all facilities. There is only one problem with food. You must to eat what restaurant make if you request I want to eat this food they can not make. No one care you if you like or not our food or any modifications in food.

The best place to stay in Munnar if you are looking for a holistic experience. Good staff, good food, good rooms and amazing views.

The view from this hotel cannot be put into words. Its just stunning. The room service, restaurant everything functions as expected. The staff are extremely pleasant and genuinely helps you out. If it fits your budget then just go for this hotel, there doesn't need to be any second thoughts. And it's very close to Attukad waterfalls. In my opinion its a way too underrated waterfalls with stunning views of Tea gardens along the way. Enjoy your stay at Munnar. Cheers!

Awesome experience, very well mannered staff, very nice hospitality, I will recommend this hotel to all my friends, food was very tasty. They provided us Five star services. Very clean room, was happy to see fridge full of water cold drinks.

It was an amazing place and a very good staff. Loved the stay here. It's on a hill which is the best part. We get the most beautiful scenery from the balcony of room. A night here is worth. Situated in the valley in pallivasal it gives most of the natures best view and makes us feel refreshing.

This hotel is hidden in the valley of Munnar with a beautiful view of the valley looking up. The rooms were very small and not having all the amenities in the room. The room phone was not working. The food was good for the breakfast and dinner. Lots of items were at the buffet station and also they prepared few items upon request. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The front lobby area was huge and clean. The furniture in the lobby was very comfortable. We were in room 403 the first night. The restaurant was up above the room. The movement of the chairs was creating lots of noise. Had to change the room next day. This hotels is being considered as five star but I did not see it that way. According to our driver there were few other hotels better than this in town.

I simply loved this place, the staff here is quite friendly specially this concierge named sabhita. The hotel is superb and beyond my expectations… the food too is superb … but the only sour thing is that the restaurant is toooo expensive… keeping that aside this is a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation or your holiday with your family …

Valley view rooms were out standing with outrageous. And marvellous Attitude of all staff including manager and restaurant manager Mr manish. Highly recommend this hotel.

This resort is a very good option for stay in the valley which gives wonderful views in the morning and evening from the balcony. This resort is slightly away from the main market and therefore own vehicle is a mandatory requirement for moving around in the hill station. The entrance of the resort is very impressive and the speciality is that you enter on the top floor and elevator carries you to the ground floor to your rooms. It is having all types of amenities like restaurant live music Game Room play room and outside sit outs. With the beautiful location and amenities and luxury it may be considered as reasonably priced.

Amazing location Hotel is on a slope of the valley Our room looked into the valley That also meant that apart from the hotel no amenities near by, not even a chemist for that important run Food was amazing, oh I still remember the silken tender coconut soufle, amazing breakfast and dinner buffet spread They did go over the top, gave us a candle light dinner impromptu, ended up charging for it (just the settings not food) and then reimbursing after realizing that it was their compliment.

Spectacular views, beautiful resort, all the rooms are situated facing the cliffs so they get an amazing view and there is a lot of food all the time, food served is also brilliant in the alacart menu the buffet wasn't great be it breakfast lunch or dinner, if there would be an ac it would be the best though, lot of games conducted everyday though.

The property on which the Hotel stands is the most beautiful among the hill stations of Kerala. Surrounded by Tea Estates, Terraced Landscape, Coniferous trees it makes for serene views.
Coupled with a very helpful staff and amazing food makes it a great getaway.

The place was located a little far from the centre We visited this place for dinner, I guess we were the 1st guests to walk in only for the restaurant and not for the rooms, because of the confused questions everyone (from the security to the receptionist to the waiters etc) had in their head. We kept getting asked WHY AREN'T YOU STAYING HERE! :P Anyways it was a beautiful place perched on the slopes of a hill in a very secluded place Restaurant was brilliant for Munnar standards, had a dinner buffet with a tiny BBQ kiosk running.

One of the best hotel that I have stayed in munnar. The facilities provided are really excellent and the staff here are really supportive to all the guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to spend some quality time in Munnar.

The resort is located in a hill slope in the midst of a vast tea plantation, a little away from the hustle and bustle of Munnar town. There is a beautiful waterfall nearby at its foothill. The resort is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway — enjoy the joy of nature amidst the cool climes.

Nice rooms with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. Short walk to a waterfall. The food was good.

Gave us ground zero rooms with no view. Plus shower had a missing sliding door. The TV didn't work. The floor had broken wooden planks. Management told me that no one else complained about the room. My response is because they are stupid. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel but slightly below a 2 star.

Property has beautiful location and the view from the rooms are amazing… perfect place for break n refresh yourself… Good service n all staff r polite n quite responsive.

We spend our Xmas day in this beautiful resort, the scenery around is mesmerizing. The Food and service were excellent. Thank you very much devonshire staff for making our vacation a pleasant one.

We loved our stay at Devonshire Greens… We booked our honeymoon trip with Kerala Holiday Mart who along with the Hotel coordinated and had our valley view room decorated beautifully. As soon as we entered the room, it was so lovely to see this beautiful sight with roses, balloons. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and our balcony opened up to these luscious green tea estates. Nothing beats the view! Simply breathtaking! The food at DG is average… The breakfast and dinner menu has a relatively decent spread. However, predominantly veg with dishes from North India. This could be an area of improvement. Being Kerala I really expected more of the traditional karimeen curry and fry. But we loved how they experimented with the dinner menu… Pumpkin soup and Rasam pineapple combination was truly lovely… Besides this Devonshire Greens offers guests a lovely time, the staff is very warm and friendly, always eager to assist with absolutely anything. They have a lovely bon fire setup to enjoy the Munnar weather in the true sense. And for those who wanna shake a leg, they turn their conference room into a complete disc in the evenings and mind you they can really surprise you with some really good music…
