Absolutely fantastic staff and overall ambience. If you plan to host any party for 50-150 people the hall there is very good. And management is very helpful. Negotiate well. Service and quality wise this place will not disappoint you.

This luxury hotel offers an unbeatable excellent Service and Care for the guests making you feel like a king at home. Restaurants SPA and kindness of personel are of extreme high level. A special thanks to Janakie who made my stay very comfortable. I'll be there next time in Bangalore.

Very nice hotel. Service is top notch. Food was good. Rooms were luxurious. The view from swimming pool is ecstatic.

It was a great stay in Zuri. The reception desk was really exciting. He walked me through all services I can get from hotel. They arranged a take away breakfast, as I was leaving before breakfast timing. Room were near and spacious.

I was skeptical at first because of food rating but still went ahead and to my surprise the taste of food was excellent! Staff was very courteous and friendly. Nice airy and big place to enjoy the meal.

I have stayed in Zuri atleast 5 times now during my business trips to Bangalore. The front desk and the housekeeping are always very adept at their work. The rooms are well maintained with all possible amenities. Gym is open 24 hours. The best part is the morning breakfast which always delights with delicious food. I will continue to choose Zuri as my preferred hotel whenever I go to Bangalore in the future.

Food is good. We went for buffet during lunch time. They have variety and veg good is good. I don't know any non veg.

Great place to stay service excellent good gym and facilities. Three restaurants to choose from and a roof top bar. The staff make a hotel and the staff here are excellent friendly and make you feel at home.

A great hotel with a great hospitality. The staff is just awesome. I happened to attend a wedding ceremony. The entire duration of my stay was cherished with the great hospitality and good food at the hotel. The banquet area was pretty huge and well decorated as well. The number of food items being served was pretty large and each of them was as tasty as they could be. Had an awesome stay and will recommend it to one and all.

It's one of the best hotel. Interior is awesome. I went only once for my office party. Staff is very friendly and comfortable. For me food is not that good. I like to eat spicy. Food is not so tasty it's my point of view. Parking structure is there. It's easy to notice from traffic its beside to main road.

Well, I went to zuri yesterday for office party and the arrangement was good, music was good too. But the food is worst like anything. Like in the buffet only one non veg item and rest 4-5 are only veg. Disgusting. Though the whole arrangement was quite expensive. I believe the managers those are appointed here are only concentrating on company profit, rest food quality, customer satisfaction — go to hell. Who cares. Afterall money is coming to you. Anyway at least me as a person will not try to come again and neither recommend anyone to come here and waste their hard earned money.

We organized my Uncle's reception here. Loved their service. And they broke the myth that 5 star food. Is bad. Their food is brilliant. The staff are super friendly and where super responsive and served our guest really well.

Great Hotel with some real good luxurious interiors. We had an annual event here with lunch and Dinner, the food was really good and hi tea was above average. Totally a great place to hold big conferences.

We went here for a corporate full-day event. The hotel is extremely well-maintained. The banquet services were on-spot and the food was delicious. It has encouraged me to try out their restaurants in the future.

Beautiful hotel. Medium in size but has pretty much everything. Bling disco is great to hangout. Restaurants are very expensive.

Food was good. Kudos to the chefs. I got my power bank stolen from the training rooms, and the hotel was so irresponsible about it. So this deserves no more than 2 stars from me.

Tried buffet in Karibu. The ambience is really good. Lot of variety in non-veg dishes, I didn't like the Salads but rest were good and also they have lot of options in desserts. My friends had veg, they didn't like it that much. So, I would say its good for non-veg.

Tried the new Utaa restaurant, this place is a must visit for authentic Karnataka Food. As being a North Indian, I was a but hesitant, but when I tried the food, it took my experience to a whole new level. I tried more than 8 dishes, each with different species having its own identity. Of u haven't tried South Indian Karnataka food yet, Try it.! You won't be disappointed. 5 stars!

Was here for a dinner with the wife at Karibu. The food was good and very well presented. The servers were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager came and spoke to us to ensure everything was comfortable and the food was good. Very pleased with the hospitality overall. The ambience is very good and luxurious. Got a few really nice pics around the area.

First time in zuri hotel and had a wonderful experience… Especially the lobby restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful… Really appreciate the services and for sure I'll come over there very soon along with my colleagues.

Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very well designed. The duty manager Mr Dushyant was courteous. The breakfast was delicious. A great place to stay for couples.

Clean, decent hotel. Free office transfers are a plus for business travelers. Restaurant food options could be better.

Wonderful hotel with best amenities. The infinity pool was luxurious. The buffet breakfast spread sumptuous and the view from the room was amazing. Billing is transparent and staff was ok too. Would recommend it as it's nearby to two malls as well.

Lovely ambience, good food and spacious. Perfect place for corporate lunch with high management or visiting clients as it's not usually that crowded and quiet for discussions. Valet parking available and also self Parking space available in Open area.

Located in a busy Whitefield area, it's one of the best hotels of Bangalore. The staffs are courteous, the restaurants have delicious foods, the rooms are very clean and spacious with tables, chairs, tv, etc. The interiors of the rooms are very good and are a music to the eyes. Great hotel for staying with families and friend's alike.

Have been here for the Developers day event. The 1st floor Ballroom area is decent, good enough to accommodate around 300ppl. Food is not so good, just too spicy. But the desserts they served were amazing. Loved it! Has good ambience, looks decently royal. Perfect for team/group/division level events.

Probably the worst experience I had when it comes to hosting an event in Zuri. I selected Zuri because of the lovely ambience but ended up having a really bad time because of the highly incompetent and foolish staff. They don't cooperate at all after the advance is paid and then it's followed by an endless series of horrible experiences where they keep trying to charge you for stupid stuff like letting your photographers for the event enter your room etc. They don't communicate among themselves and if you talk and finalize with one person, another person will come and say a completely different thing and then u will just be puzzled. Even on my wedding day they constantly kept creating troubles for me and nothing was coordinated. There was no music on the event till I went on stage and had to call them up from stage and shout on them to get it done. It was really horrible as I didn't get to enjoy my best day to the fullest because of these retards. To be fair the food was really good. Whoever is the higher management do something about these stupid event managers u have. U have no idea how they are spoiling the reputation of this beautiful hotel.

The Zuri Whitefield has an excellent ambience and great rooms. I had a great experience during my stay provided by taking a 'ZIP' membership via a telephonic promotion. The offers and deals available seemed pretty attractive. Although there isn't much recreational activity available, the pool and poolside resto-bar are quite the attention seekers. Dining at Zuri is great. The food quality and taste are simply amazing.

Extremely polite and sporting staff. The food is great, especially Karibu's breakfast is something to look forward to. The room are well kept and spacious and the room service did their job well through the seven days of our stay. The terrace has a nice view of the lake and a bar lounge and the pool on the 2nd floor, though small, is good enough. Had a pleasant stay here.

Great food, good staff. We had been on weekend day out but unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and we weren't informed while booking. Many guests were disappointed with it. Last moment they did try to arrange pool with another hotel nearby but we weren't informed.

It has a nice pool and good conference hall for group get together. I have been here twice from my company.

The location totally kills it for this place. The roads are pretty much packed during weekdays. Had an office party recently where I liked the food but the DJ was too loud and didn't cut down the volume even after multiple people requesting him. And we had the whole place booked for ourselves.

The hotel is very beautiful and classy but the most interesting thing is the stuff who works there. They make you feel at home :)

Great for Parties, Great for Food, Great for Stay, Great Service, whats needed now.

I love this place for three things 1) Saturday night party at bling (bling isn't open on other days, sometimes it open on Friday) 2) lunch buffet in ground floor 3) Pool side restaurant for dinner 4) new year eve party. Never stayed so can't comment about that but I hope that it's as good as thr reputation. Lot of traffic jam happens in front of it because it's ITPL main road and many industries and tech park are on that area.

There rate them self as 5* but worst at everything not to be rated 1* hotel. N they cheat there guest from billing to service.

Zuri claims itself to be five start Hotel, experience falls way too short… The rooms are not cool enough, quite humid, Break fast too is not up to the mark… Rooms are well maintained, Wash rooms have good accessories… Staff is good.

How amazing entrance. Looks well maintained. Everything went on well from food till the hospitality. But some features were expensive wherein others give away for free.

Had gone on a team party with colleagues from office. It was a DJ night and spent some amazing moments on the floor. However I found the space quite congested. The drinks served were fine. The food, in spite of having lot of varieties was not up to the mark. So I did not think it lives up to the reputation of being a five star hotel.

Apparently they would rather throw loud Dance Club parties than take care of their business customers. I work nights and sleep days. They had the music on so loud for a private party outside my windows we shaking on the 7th floor. This was in the middle of the day. I thought I was in a night club. VERY POOR service. I will never stay their again on my business visits.

Awesome delicious food. And nice place to stay while in the city. Me and my family loved it.

I was at the hotel today with my two naughty sons. Struggling to manage giving both of them equal attention. Even before reaching the place I had doubts about my ability to manage them alone, sail through the day at a public event. The staff at Zuari were great, as if they sensed. Without my asking they were there supporting proving — small things make a lot of difference. We went to the buffet and my elder one was entertained by a magician, a sketch maker ready to make our sketches while we had our lunch. All very polite and great people! There were people noticing that I had forgotten to get water, and equally noticing that I only fed my sons, one of them approached and said " Madam, what would you be having? ". That is when I realized that I forgot keeping me in our lunch plan. Thank you guys for great service! I will be visiting this place soon again! Probably better equipped to deal with everything and to enjoy the great serenity. I recommend this place to everybody it's great.

Nice hotel to be in provided you have work around Whitefields area. There are better options of course.
