All staff has great hospitality and clean room. The restaurant serves good taste and modern dishes. I will book this Hotel when I visit Bangalore next time. Of course I recommend it to my family and friends.

Nice hotel in middle of business district. Visited several times. This week I visited to attend a product launch event by a company. The ambience was excellent and the staff friendly and approachable. Welcome drink was OK. The best part of the event was excellent dinner. Hygienically arranged, with good quality salads, followed varieties vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Ice cream was poor, but cake and carrots sweet (halwa) was excellent. Overall excellent.

Best hotel in the city. In in St. Marks Road. And it’s in the best location. To reach this hotel it would take 35 to 40 minutes from every part of the city. Have ample parking space. Have good hotel rooms and all ppl around are good. Also, reasonable rate.

Our stay at St Mark's was pleasant, the staff were very courteous. The room was neat and clean. The staff at the reception were very helpful and guided us in making decisions regarding going around. Quite a few churches around, and the Bishops cotton Girls school was just nearby. A walk down the road will take you to a few eateries. However, the food in the hotel was super! We had the tandoori chicken, the club sandwich, the burger… all were tasty! The buffet breakfast spread also had a variety. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone visiting Bangalore for work or leisure.

Attended an event, very nice place to conduct small corporate events. Location is easily accessible and hotel looks great in terms of its architecture and interiors. Buffet dinner was also good especially their chicken biryani :)

Stayed here for a week on business. Amazing hotel. I am usually very picky on picking negative things — see my other reviews. Couldn't find a single negative about this hotel. Sparkling clean, new interiors — couldn't find a single stain or rust or broken piece anywhere. Quiet hotel. If you don't set alarm, no noise will wake you up. Had full nights' sleep all week. Tasty breakfast. Best of all, I can't believe how humble the staff is — — all the way from manager to front desk to restaurant to bell boy. Amazing hospitality. No wonder it's rated 9.4/10 on hotels dot com. Alright, some minor issues if these are important to you — room is bit smaller side, gym has couple of treadmills a bike and some weights, locality is not lively — no night life, not many restaurants.

We loved this hotel! It was clean, beautiful, and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge was lovely and nobody seemed to use it so it was quiet. You can control ask of the lights from one place which is very convenient (and fun to play with). It was close to a lot of great places. Would highly recommend staying here.

Overall, the price performance is pretty good. There are some small things that are annoying, like the central AC that cannot be adjusted. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The salon next door was a nice touch for a massage prior to heading to the airport.

One of the best hotels in Bangalore. It's is in the center of city and approachable to any part of Bangalore. I had to visit German consulate and this hotel is just opposite to consulate office. Rooms are great. For anything u don't need to get up from your bed. The ppl are too good with their attitude and services. The terrace is jz one of the best location across the city for chilling out. But it's only for the indoor guests. Definitely 5 stars.

A good business hotel in the heart of the city. Food served is decent and the bar is reasonable. Rooms are cosy and clean but bit compact. The car park is an issue as it is not sufficient and cramped. Two wheeler parking is extremely inconvenient as it is on a slanting slope making it very risky.

I was recently on a business trip in India and had booked the St Marks Hotel via HRS. Since my flight was only arriving at 2 am and I knew of immigration procedures and getting to the hotel from the airport would need some two hours, I informed the hotel a few days before my arrival that I would check in early in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted very friendly and check in was smooth and quick. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The Wifi connection worked very well too. The bathroom door was a bit strange, almost like an old cupboard door but the bathroom itself was very nice. Water pressure was very good too. I had a late breakfast at 9:30 and enjoyed a good omelet freshly prepared for me. Check out again was smooth and super friendly. All in all a great hotel I can easily recommend.

Vegetarian Restaurant in the ground floor is nice. They served traditional Karnataka meal as part of a festival. Good choice of delicacies from across Karnataka.

The roof top terrace is really nice. The wait staff kept forgetting stuff we ordered and when we tried to cancel a drink order they said it was al ready being made. The drinks came 20 minutes later. Just I efficient, but we had a nice time despite it.

The hotel ambience was good. The party hall for a small gathering of 100 people is very nice. Food was also good. Very convenient to commute as it's in the centre of the city.

Located in the CBD of Bengaluru this venue is a chic, modern hotel that provides you with a central location, clean, well-appointed rooms, and professional, welcoming staff. Tariff is reasonable. The airport is about 38 kms away from the hotel so take note that taxi fares will be in the vicinity of 1000 INR. There is an on-site restaurant and gym if required. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best hotels I have tried. I must if you love biryani.

Great location and good food. Only issue is long wait times especially around 1.30pm when they make you wait for rice refill.

Overall a good budget hotel. Little costly if you book directly. Always go for apps like makemytrip or redbuds you will get room around 1000-1500 on offer. Even if you book double room or deluxe double room they gives the same room. Couples are allowed. 4th floor rooms are not good compared to 2nd and third floor. Staffs are good. If your check in time is 12 you will have to wait 20 to 30 minute's to get the room. Wi-Fi doesn't work properly in any floor. Lifts doesn't work properly, first one always faulty and second one doesn't goes to 4 th floor and while coming down it comes till 1st floor and have to take stairs to reach ground floor. Rooms are clean enough. Sometime it's very noisy that you can't sleep properly. Restaurant is to good with delicious food. Complementary breakfast includes south indian specials like dosa idli upma and others stuffs like booked egg tea coffe fruit plate fruit juice etc. Every morning, will get a newspaper with breakfast coupon. Most of the rooms have a small refrigerator with beer or mineral water, television doesn't work properly. Washrooms are clean, they keep bath towels soap shampoo hair dryer and all.

The rooms were clean. The staff there is courteous and helpful. You'll get everything that you would expect from a hotel. This is located at the center of Bangalore making it easy to move to the important sites in Bangalore like M. G. Road and Brigade Road. Also, there were a lot of clubs here (if you are into that sort of thing — — cannot speak about how good they are though). The food is good here (it will meet your expectations but will not exceed them) The disadvantages would be no swimming pool and no bath tub. I deserves a five star in my opinion but it so far has not received it.

Stayed with St Marks for almost 15 days and absolutely loved it. The staff are kind, courteous and ever helping 24X 7. The rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped for a comfortable stay and surprisingly quite even if it is located close to the main road. The location is extremely handy as close to most shopping centres and restaurants. Their very own restaurant serves tasty meals accompanied with brilliant service. I was privileged to entertain my entire family of about 25persons at their restaurant before our return to Australia. Our special thanks to Ram and Chandan who have shown exceptional kindness and assistance during our stay in Bangalore making it a memorable one. A great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was excellent: eggs, bacon and freshly made paratha.

I had booked a room for my guest — an eminent scientist of our country — for one night, at St. Mark's hotel. The hotel car was reserved to drop him at Bommasandra to attend an important scientific meeting, early next morning. In spite of repeated reminders, even on the previous night, the car was not kept ready on time. The excuse given was unacceptable, and there was a delay of 40 minutes to get the car. No prior information of this delay with a genuine reason was given to my guest. This resulted in a lot of inconvenience and tension. There seems to be no coordination among the staff with no one taking the responsibility. The attitude was indeed very unprofessional. All payment including the fare for the morning drop was paid in advance.

The hotel is renewed recently and has a very good facilities compare to the other hotels in this range.

Food ordered from the resteraunt in this hotel caused food poisoning. Which made 4 people sick and one of them was admitted to the hospital.

I had not visited India before and was unsure what to expect. I certainly was not expecting the world class service I got at St. Marks. It seems every member of the staff was concerned about every moment and place I spent on the property. I have stayed at 4-star hotels in America and none came close to this level of service. So St. Marks must fall into 5-star territory. For me they did, so I rate them 5.
