I had been to JW Marriot with my office team mates on the 27 of NOV for a cocktail and dinner party. The cocktails were decent and food was pretty good. But one of the worst services ever. At first we had 3 bartenders serving us and all of a sudden we just had 1 bartender serving around 25 people and being very arrogant. I dont know if he was a bartender or a trainee. But you'll should teach them how to serve people at Marriott cause you'll are all about service and hospitality. Marriott should treat all guest the same because everyone is paying for your service. If you dont have a good service its better to have a drink and some really good food at a dhaba. I even spoke to the manager he heard me out but did not listen to me. The bartender was kushalappa and was judging everyone one to be drunk. And just giving random stuff. Plz learn that a guest is a guest no matter how he or she presents oneself. We pay for or stuff and we would deffinetly want a good service. Everthing there was good but really bad service. Even the people on contract who cant speak a word of english, smiled and greeted us well. But useless bartenders. You'll have to make a change or your losing on lot of people. And the views on JW Marriot is just gonna go down hill. Without us you dont need a hotel. So I plz ask Marriott to change ther ways. Over all a bad experience. Marriott is all about making money not about giving a good service. Marriott has lost its standards. This happend at the spice gardens. See to it groups and indivisuals are given same importance or cause a group has a bigger impact than indivisuals.
