Decent hotel and located close to Haridwar railway station. Delicious food was prepared n served.

Location is near railway station but main haridwar spot "har ki puri" is quite away.

Great place to stay, well furnished rooms, helpful staff, and people-friendly manager — made our stay their comfortable and peaceful. 10/10 would stay again.

A aristocrat hotel of Haridwar just next to Railway station. Rooms are neat and clean. The hotel has its own restaurant. Staffs behavior are cordial. It is an ideal place for staying​ with family. They have a chain hotels​ in major tourist spots of northern India. Most advantage is that it just 2min away from Haridwar Railway station.

Hotel La Casa is situated in a good location, where there is a whole market, whatever things are needed all are there, near Har ki paudi, the hotel staff and the receptionist are also friendly. Hotel room are good but bathroom is not well maintained should be improved.

My stay with my family in Hotel LA CASA, Haridwar was not comfortable. It was a bitter experience. Rooms of the hotel are so small, not spacious. A window AC without remote, can’t operate it, no temp. Adjustment. Above all, rough behavior of the hotel manager & supervisor. I surprised how they are appointed in customer care business. Hotel Manager is very much careful about check out time, we were in a tour and face some late due to traffic, he scold me with anger and take one day room rent as extra time charge without any explanation. He gave me a bogus receipt, which has no hotel name or logo. I request your goodself, don’t refer such hotels to any traveler.

The staff and hospitality is really good. The rooms are very neat and tidy and washroom are really clean.

Decent rooms… Neat and clean as per north india. In North India and place like Haridwar I will give it 4star for decent rooms and close to hear ji Pauri. For food go to hear ji Pauri try paranthas at chotiwala and puri aloo at Mohan ji puri wala and don't forget all the sweets like dhoodh malai, kulfi faluda, malpua, jalebi, gulab jamun and halwa.

Friendly staff and Good service. However room was stuffy and smelled of sewerage. Dusty. Cockroaches roamed around in the room and bathroom. Hot water only available when requested.

The hotel is located in the heart of Old Haridwar City. The quality of service was exceptionally good. They offer extra mattresses and bedsheets at no cost and standard, deluxe, luxury rooms are well furnished and equipped with all necessities. The staff is co-operative and immediately respond to any thing caused.

It has been a good stay at La Casa, Haridwar. Behaviour and services of the staff is friendly and professional. Our 3 days stay is memorable.

Fine hotel with ok hospitality, rooms are spacious and they don't have ample parking space which is again open, food bills are manual with some other caterers name. Food quality was ok but the quantity was very less for 2. Near to har k pauri and in a conjugated area.

We got a very good discount on our booking site as we booked the hotel in the evening for the day. Comfortable bed with TV and a small wardrobe and 24 Hr electricity and hot water. Very conveniently located from the bus station and railway station (less than 1.5km) and also walking distance to Har Ki Pauri (so very convenient for dawn aarti) and Mansa Devi temple. They also organised autorickshaw to take us to Daksha temple and Harihar Ashram back to hotel for Rs. 300

It is a good place to stay at Haridwar. Having good canteen with reasonable price. One km from Har-Ki-Pouri. Very near to Railway station.

Definitely a good hotel to stay but the food service here in La Casa sucks. The quantity as well the quality isn't good at all. Good thing is that there is a nearby restaurant named Shivalik where you can have your meals.

Flying termites (udne wale deemak/ghun) infected rooms. Stayed in room no 102 on 13 aug'2017. After switching off all lights, the room got full of millions of flying termites in 1-2 hour. They shifted me a cheap neighbour hotel named suncity. Worst /horrible experience.

Neat and clean place to stay and the staff are very cordial. The travel help desk is an excellent added advantage.

This is a low budget hotel, but can be termed as value for money. It's near to bus stand, railway station, eateries and a 10 minutes walk to place where you take a holy dip in river Ganges. They provided breakfast which I will term as just average. Room I stayed was comparatively large and was provided with clean linen and toiletries. Staff found be courteous and accommodative. Hence if you are looking for a place for night sleep with low budget and value for money, this could be the place.

In regards to accommodation, the hotel is fine. It has a good location and the rooms where clean, what my partner and I didn't enjoy was some of the staff. From the minute we checked in we didn't get a good vibe. We encountered some annoyance with the restaurant and with our paying for our stay at the end. The higher manager provide us with fair service at check out after our level of frustration got to its apex. I wish we could have dealt with him earlier. Our issue with the hotel was more staffing then with the accommodation. The Wi-Fi was pretty bad considering we were located right near the front desk.

Our stay at La Casa was our first horrible experience in India. From the start of our stay Amit was deceptive, he wouldn't tell us the price of water and wouldn't answer my questions other than "bill it to your room", in order for us to spend frivolously without thinking about the accumulation of costs. He also wouldn't let us pay for our taxi and rooms fees at the beginning he kept saying "pay later". Service at the roof top restaurant took over an hour to get a lime soda. It took so long that we were both ravenous and had headaches. Upon checking out Amit said they don't take Visa and insisted we pay cash, when he clearly said that they took Visa when we checked in and there are signs clearly visible stating they take Visa. When they finally said that they would take our credit card the Internet wasn't working and we had to try for almost an hour to pay by card. The Wi-Fi in our rooms and in the lounge did not work, so I had to take a gamble and repeatedly run my credit card through. This place has potential be a lovely stay as the rooms were clean and the AC worked well but with the service we received, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed there in June 2016. For 3 days and nights. The room service was average. Staff was quite friendly. The bathrooms were quite smelly but the conditions were good than what many hotels cant even provide. The rooms were spacious. But be sure to carry your own room freshener and mosquito repelent and HIT The Wi-Fi is not so fast and is barely connected on the second floor. So be sure to get a net package. I didnt try the food as well so cant say anything about that. A ghat is also near and market is just outside the hotel.

Budget hotel, but services unmatched even by luxury hotels. Well that's how you roll in hospitality services.

Stayed Feb 2016 in a family room for 5 nights. Spacious, but I would have expected something more for the price (approx Rs. 4, 500 per night). Internet barely worked while we were there, the bathroom was a wet room and therefore almost impossible to keep clean, and the only place to hang clothes was a small cupboard that stank of mothballs. However, staff are very friendly (although they kept quoting us strangely high prices for arranging taxis) and location is excellent. Just make sure to bring earplugs! ps. The roof terrace appeared to still be under construction, as did some of the rooms.

Budget hotel with very good service and great convenient location.

Nice stay. Didn't try food but coffee was very expensive @ Rs 80. Bathroom was very clean, fully sanitized with running hot water. Our room did not have a window though. The staff at reception was quite reasonable and always talked in a very quiet tone. The Wi-Fi was functional but sometimes signals were lost. Location is the best plus point. Everything was on a walking distance. Overall quite a good one.

Yeah stay is very comfortable and food is tasty and available at very reasonable prices. But last night my room AC starts giving sound like a drill machine at 11.40pm. So I switched off it and sleep with running fan. Otherwise hotel staff and room service is very good.

The food is great and inexpensive. The rooms are comfortable. And the service is brilliant.

The standard rooma are cosy and the bathroom is very clean and spacious. The staff is polite and cordial and willing to accomodate all your needs. The food is pretty good too.

I went with my family to Haridwar last week. I had a disucssion with the Management of the Hotel regarding the stay. We stayed there for 2 days. La casa is the best hotel in Hardiwar. The atmosphere is very homely. Service is superb. The management and Staff of La casa are very supportive, very soft spoken. My wife felt ill because of kidney stone. The hotel staff helped me out in searching the best doctor in the near by vicinity and get her well. They also prepared the food as per the direction of doctor. Excellent place to stay. After searching the web for accomodation in Haridwar. I shortlisted a few hotels and wrote a mail to 4 hotels. The first response was from AMIT, from La Casa. I was impressed with their speed of response and they didnt ask for any prebooking amount also, which other hotels did. Then I spoke to Amit about our trip with my family and then conversed with him like 5 times before we landed there. Trust me, TALK to Amit about anything in haridwar and nearby places. He is the man. Organised our taxi to Auli and the driver was excellent. He even helped us ingetting into one of the best rafting sites. All in all, I am thankful to Amit and I would definitely recomend Amit first and then his hotel La Casa.! Rooms are good, neat and tidy. On the whole, Excellent value for money, highly recomended.

I came to know about this Hotel from the official travel website but due to some technical error can't make online payment. So I worte to the Hotel email explaning about my problem and received prompt response from them that my hotel room is booked and can make payment upon arrival at Hotel. It was IMPRESSIVE! Hotel is at accessible location from the most of the main tourist destination place and bus stop. On first day, room given to us was dusty and damp which made us little dispointed on it. We thought probably we checked in at 22:00 hours so must be the certainity of not turning up and have not kept our booking and provide us whatever room was available at the moment. But on our request they immediatly clean it up and next day they shifted to us to the best room. Over all our trip to Haridwar on October 2011 with my Hubby in Hotel La Casa was excellent with friendly atmosphere, homely staffs and tasty food. After making enquiries in many other Hotels at Haridwar for stay of my family and other relatives overnight, I knew I found my ultimate destination as soon as I stepped in La Casa. Right from welcome at reception, the hospitality extended throughout the stay was splendid and outstanding. Attractively and elegantly ornamented rooms with all the expected amenities, prompt, punctual and excellent service, pleasantly pocket-friendly tariffs; surprises were just not coming to any end.!
