Hotel is good but not coopertive Rooms are so so only good thing location near to gangaji ka ghaat as well railway stations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Washroom was clean before giving us the key and their was regular cleaning of the room & washroom. Breakfast was also upto the mark. Overall I didn't regret staying over there. If your budget is low n looking for a good place then this place should come first.

Never book. Not good hotel. Better hotel available at haridwar at same or below price. Room size is very small. 3 bed option not available but they give 3 bed option. Only mattress given on the floor… very very bad hotel. If you book hotel for non ac give price 200 — 250 rupees.

I will say tht it was the most pathetic hotel I hav ever been too… bad service, tasteless food, unhygenic, unorganized, very congested, bad experience, lazy staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this hotel. I don't understand how such hotels are given 4/4.5 ratings… they are not even suitable for 1 rating… please come stay here at ur own risk! I don't want to rate this hotel but then I will give it only one star… tht too only for the working A. C atleast!

Not a good hotel. Checkout time is 12oclock but then also We had to wait for room around 2 o'clock… cleaning was not done till that Time. Tap was leaking and we called reception and no one repaired. Any way we just managed to stay for one day.

1. Very small rooms, 2. Poor service even for drinking water, 3. Claim 3star but serve Tea in disposables, 4. Dark Room, no place for sunlight to enter, 5. Overall very bad experience, no customer care, poorly maintained.

Good place for average budget people. This place is inside the market place on main road. It is on walking distance of Ganga ghat. Pros: affordable, near Ganga ghat and udan khatola ticket counter. Almost all the shops that u need is in reach. Cons: no parking, no own kitchen.

This hotel is situated in the centre of city haridwar. Bus stand and railway station is nearby within 1-2 km. It's was comfortable night. As per place and cost place was good. And hotel staff were friendly.

It is a very good hotel in mid price range. Also staffs are very friendly. But there noc ac rooms are very small and lack basic things like wardrobe.

Hotel provides budget accommodation and it is well connected. It is at walkable distance from railway station and bus stand. Rooms were good and staff was cooperative. Har ki Pauri which is famous for Ganga Arti is also very near to hotel. But rooms are small and bedsheets were dirty, also tap near toilet was not working. They do have lift but it is very slow. They also facilities like car for sightseeing. It is good hotel for solo but I won't recommend it for family.

Family hotel, food cost high comparing to market but improvement in food preparation needed. Improvement in room service and accessories needs to be upgraded.

I stayed for two days… good hotel at reasonable price. Staff is cooperative and facilities are good. Near from railway station and har — ki-paudi is in walking distance.

1. Terrible room service. They do not have collective billing for everything. They ask you to pay immediately instead of during checkout. 2. We requested for a room to freahen up while leaving and they refused to provide one for barely 20mins. 3. They keep watching you like you're a thief and will steal their useless commodities. Every member of the staff is rude and disrespectful. No trust in customers. No professional ethics.

Friendly staff, very good location. Clean and nice room, bathroom superstar, which is a lot to say according to hotel concept in India. The only thing, as in almost all of India's morte you have to bathe in 7 minutes to not quedarye without hot water!

It's a very good hotel to stay. Evry person who are related to this hotel, so much well behaved, helpful. Wish to visit again.

Situated nit so far from Har Ki Pauri. Property is quite older, they have renovated rooma a little to make it look like Hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, but as the property is very old, looks little shaddy. Rooms doesn't have good vantilation and non-ac rooms are quite conjusted. AC rooms are little spacious comparatively. One of the biggest problem is, rooms on 2nd floor doesn't have gyser. They were providing hot water during 5am to 10am.

It's been almost a year that I am frequently traveling to Haridwar Rishikesh. I always prefer to stay at Trishul. Its supporting staff, awesome rooms, very hygienic, best room service and food. It feels like second home. Special thanks to Mr Mohit for his assistance. I'll highly recommend Trishul if you are planning to visit Haridwar Rishikesh. Location of the hotel is also very good its very near to haridwar railway and bus station.

Worst behavior by d hotel management n staff. Very poorly ventilated rooms no natural lights… worst room service… no phone… in rooms… on pressing bell nobody responds… very bad experience… dont book online. Very shoddy treatment for online booked costomers…

This hotel is located in a very good location. When u enter the hotel, the hotel will greet you with one dialogue U don't have booking in our hotel. Then they will start implementing their profit making ideas on U. So if u don't have a strong heart please avoid this hotel.

The rooms were decent but the geyser never worked. We weren't served water unless asked for a thousand times. In short, not a good experience.

I often travel to Haridwar for work. This is my go to place for the location and comfort. Prices are good, food is awesome, management is surprisingly very professional. Thumbs up.
