Good Hotel in the center of Haridwar, staff is very good and very supportive. Food is not so good but so many other nearby restaurants are there. Me and my family members enjoyed our stay.

Arrogant front desk staff Cleaning of rooms is a problem Horrible experience Early check-in and late check out details were discussed and decided at the time of check-in, later front desk staff behaved in a very unfriendly manner in front of my family. When I reported that clean towels were not provided then staff told me I should have asked for the stuff. These things are elementary. In a proper ac hotel guest need not to ask for clean towel, room cleaning, dustbin cleaning, replacement of soap every day, change of bedding, clean water glass, clean water jug, proper cleaning of washroom, in room 202 outside person can easily see the person inside lying on bed through the door (there is a gap in between door and door panel) no privacy, in the bathroom also standing person can be seen by outside person by standing on stairs through steel net (iron jaali).

Skilled and cooperative staff. In budget. Valuable for money. Near to bus stand and railway station. You can get auto rickshaw or taxi at a short walking distance. I recommend it.

Rooms are more than our expectations, walking distance from railway station and close to Ganga ghat, co-operative staff. Recommended . ☺

Very peaceful guest house 1 kms in narrow gully walkable from Haridwar railway station. The staff was quick and good. The cleanliness was good. Hot water supply only in morning, or else on request. I ordered Alok Parantha and Masala tea, it was served in 20minutes and tastes good and very economical price.

Its a wonderfull experience to be there and experience the aarti. The pilgrims visit with a lot of devotion. Sitting by the river is so pleasant. The place is very safe and at most of the points safety barriers are installed. The place is fully lit up so the complex can be visted during the night also.
The market nearby is so colourfull and gives the feel of Indian street bazaar. A variety of food is available. Especially Kachouri and Mung dal Halwa @Mohan's is a must for every visitor.
It takes you to another world of ancient India. One would also find a number of people coming to ask for money dressed up like pandit. Just beware of the false pandits and their agents. And please do not pollute the river in the name of customs. Lets worship the great Ganges by keeping it clean and resourcefull.
