Stay was awesome. We only stayed in the room and opted for no room service when we come to know no complementary water bottle. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked flawlessly. Bathroom was also clean. Located in the main market area and parking is minimum 400 meter far away. Only during after market hours cars can reach hotel.

Stayed in bedhubs for a couple of days and can surely say that it is one of the best hotel you will find in haridwar. The dormitory and the bathrooms are super clean and the staff is warm and helpful. All I can suggest is that it would be great if the hotel starts taking bookings over the phone so that we don't have to pay the app companies and all the money goes to the hotel as they are the one who are doing a fantastic job.

The hotel also consists a dormitory. It has 10 double bunk beds, which are very well maintained. Dorm has a non attached bathroom (hot water and cold water available). They are clean and hygienic. Best part about this dorm is that it is very cost effective.

Disappointment/poor experience with the management response. Ex — Asked for the towel in the morning (as we used in the evening the provided one after taking holy dip) but denied by reception saying not available and provided once already when you checked in. Asked to boil milk for kid we brought from outside, denied at reception. Asked for dinner in room, denied (it is fine for us but the reason he said child will spoil the room and we have to pay extra in that case). I had to dial MMT hotline to get the problem solves for hot water as reception didn't respond quickly. Although location is good, rooms are clean.

The hotel manager who is been in Haridwar for a long time, he is very helpful. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are good. The hotel location is convenient close to the ghats but the streets close by are fairly crowded. Overall very good experience.

Wonderful ambience. Bed was so cozy. Staffs were so well behaved and cooperative. Very neat environment. Had a wonderful sleep. Only thing that irritated, groups of chattering ladies and students, who were talking late night. Over all very best budget place to stay.

It was an awesome stay here. This was my first experience in a shared dorm and I was a little skeptical but only for my luggage. Quite surprisingly not even a stick was disturbed here and there, didn't even had to lock the luggage compartment. The food too in this hotel is tasty and we were served a tummy full of yummy breakfast. However, the only disappointment and the reason for 1 star less is that almost whole time I stayed there, the air conditioning wasn't good. Even after asking the reception to look into it, they didn't help much. Hope the owners can get this sorted.

Our room was very noisy and the mattresses rock hard. Clean and good location.

Not so good to talk but when u compare it from other places available in Haridwar then definitely this one is okay types place to stay and ghat is also like Hari ki paudi is near by to this hotel. In on statement it thumbs up for one night stay.

As compare to other hotels in that area it is best, hotel is clean, rooms are good, appx 500 mtrs from har ki pauri, for transport u will find e-riksha, food is of avg. Quality, staff support is average.

What's awesome is the location, ghat is at a walkable distance, hotel is located inside the marketplace, which makes shopping very easy. It's hardly 2 km from station.

Its a decent hotel with clean rooms and very near from the gath… I stayed only for a single night so can't say much but over all it was a great experience … Now going towards Rishikesh…

Location in middle of bazaar. No cars can reach here (so if you have luggage fuggetaboutit). Hot water system is solar powered so almost no hot water in winter! Best to step outside for any food.

Location is about 5 mins from the designated parking ta Ram Lila ground. Heavily congested area. Two wheeler riders drive like there is no tomorrow. But the hotel is very good. And the location being right on the main market means you have everything at hand. Tiwariji is very helpful and all ears for any problems and always willing to help you with hia expert opinions. Very well maintained property. The room we got was well furnished and spotless clean. Had a good night's sleep before moving towards do dham yatra.

Very good hotel. Mr. Tewari is very good at heart, so is Sonu. One thing I must tell them to put exhaust fan in the bathroom. Their hair dryer is not working. They have to take care these minor things. Parking is a problem.

This hotel is situated in the lower road area. It is around twenty minutes from the station by auto. Though located in the middle of a bazaar you will get a surprising silence once inside. The hotel is squeaky clean, rooms are contemporary. Stayed in the luxury ones so can't comment on other categories. Problem in location is road gets flooded with mud during heavy rains. It is due to the wash down from the hills. Food is average. Altogether excellent place to stay except for maybe during rainy season.

Rooms are good. Hospitality is very good. Don't go with auto rikshaw beacuse place is inside the market very crowed area. If you traveling with your own vehicle them first concern wiyh hotelfor the parking.

Shankaram Shiva Shankaram It s a good hotel, near to har ki pauri, manasa devi temple… Good Food, Neat Ambience, Courteous Staff. We had a very nice stay. Worthy to stay, you can book via online to get fabulous discount at a wonderful hotel.

Hotel experience was good but commute is the big problem. The hotel is at one way road so you won't get any autos for going to any place. After walking for 1 km only u will get autos. Had a terrible experience to reach Railway station.

Hotel is very closer to ramghat. And so very crowded around. You cant bring your vehicle to it. As we were 14 people and lots of bags with us so have to walk very long distance to reach there. Not even cycle rickshaw ready to bring us there. Room service is very bad. They not even provide drinking water in room. You have to call them for it. And at the time of checkout that attendant begging for a tip. Its was so embarrassing.

3rd Class Hotel, I had booked this hotel from goibibo for 11th February 2017, My booking was confirmed still when I reached to the hotel, they did not have room for us, They said that room is not available we can arrange you in another hotel, means I had paid them for that hotel and they were trying to adjust us in any other cheapest hotel with the same price I had paid… I just had a complain against tham and goibibo, and get refund after wasting my 2 hours on this, Disappointed Never Never Never book Hotel from Ibibo and Never book Alpana… Fraud Hotel in Haridwar, Be ware of it. To prove my statement I am going to attach a screenshot for my confirmed booking.

I stayed at the hostel part of the hotel, BedHubs. Very comfortable, simple and clean dorm. Toilet and bathrooms are outside which is a little annoying but apart from that a good hostel in haridwar in a good location.

Very good, neat and clean Hotel with good location on the main road. But very very poor room service. The staff dealing with room services were un-mannered and careless. Required more trained people to manage the hotel.

The best thing about Hotel Alpana is its location. It is close to everything what a tourist family requires. It is a value for money. However, room service can be improved.

Friendly Hotel, nice and very well located. Their rear terraces directly overlooking the river Ganges. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
