It's my 2nd stay in this hotel… Last time we were in group. My ratng-: Room hygiene and cleanliness — 8/10 Room service — 2/10 Food quality — 2/10 Breakfast buffet — 4/10 Can you imagine I called up thrice for food order again and again same think repeated just give 5 more minutes and food reached after 45mint. I asked for menu card it reached to me after 3-4 followup call and after 30-40 minutes. Food I ordered pathetic taste… First time I saw garlic naan without butter…

Room service not good, food quality is bad, room size I's so small, cleanes is not there.

Nice location, good infrastructure, staff are supportive and good food… need to little improve on cleaning and hygiene part… overall satisfactory and good.

Good hotel near mall Staff is dum so don’t expect much from them but the rooms and bathrooms are good.

Excellent location, excellent rooms and interior. Service is not at all like 3stars. Foods are average. Overall a comfortable stay with some adjustments.

Hotel zeeras has its own friendly environment, they are learning each day to give a first class treatment to their guests. although we have found some error but overall their accomodation services is awesome in all the varanasi city. thanks to their full compact deluxe room where I got a small fridge, an italian toilet, and powerfull centralised Air conditioner.

An average hotel, priced unreasonably. The rooms are very small and the cost at which they are offering these rooms are sky high. You may feel cheated. I am highly disappointed.

The rooms are not well maintained considering the amount they charge per room. The food quality is decent however they charge a bomb for that amount. Otherwise a decent hotel to stay.

Place is good. Bt food is not up to mark.

The hotel was clean and decent but not worth the money. The hot shower was not consistent, swimming pool dirty, there were leaking taps and the 'complimentary' breakfast was Rs350. This breakfast had poor quality food.

Truly 3 star hotel with good amenities. Deluxe double room and luxury rooms were nice. Food quality was good and with reasonable price. Staff were courteous and cooperative.

The rooms are very good and the hotel staffs are very friendly.

Good hotel but little slow room service.

Cleaniness needs improvement. Rooms are small and congested. Cheap crockery is used here. Washrooms also need proper cleaning and upgrade.

Avoidable. There are far better properties in Varanasi. This one is not cheap either.

All is ok. But hotel need serious renovation. Major problem is fluctuations of electricity.

Not a good hotel to stay. Room AC is not effective and lift doesn't work many times, even light fluctuation is a lot.

The hotel is located at posh area of varanasi you will get the nice view. But hotel survice is worst staff and manager behavior it very disgusting.

This is an economical hotel which provides all the premium amenities like swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. Location was good and employees were friendly. A very good deal if you are able to book it below 3000 rs/day.

Stayed here for a couple of days The room was good satisfactory room service Overall it was a great experience staying there just they need to work somewhat on Wi-Fi.
