Good. Hotel to stay in varanasi. It's very near to holy Vishwanath Temple and Dashwamegh Ghat. Rooms are neat, in house restaurant provide quality food.

Good one if you visit Varanasi for pilgrimage, this is ideal hotel. Close to temple, well maintained and staff are cooperative. Food is good enough and at reasonable prices. But service is slow due less no of staff though they are courteous. You can watch through your windows pilgrims walking around hurriedly to get shiva Darshan. Gangaharathi is also very close by.

The hotel is quite nice, but as a westerner you will be surprised by the level of sexism. They will greet the men with "Good morning Sir" but hardly even pay any attention to the ladies. Disturbing but clean and comfortable. Very busy crossing where it's hard to get to or impossible by car.

Cant beat the location. Book in advance for good rates. Ditch the hotel breakfast and go fir the street for around.

Hotel is new and clean. Restaurant food is good but very expensive. Travel desk is not good.

Very poor quality of chilly paneer Irritating and ill-mannered chef of Dawat Restaurant. I can't forget about poor experienced of dinner on 6th February of 2018.

Room Service is terrible. Wifi doesn't work. Travel Desk is also equally bad. Not a value for money.

Amazing place to stay… great hospitality… Very close to the ghat and famous eateries… The food at their restaurant is also amazing.

First: We were left lying at the airport, after hiring the pick-up service. They did not admit the error, saying that the fault was not his. Thuggish treatment on the part of the person responsible. There was No hot water to shower, we had to wait over an hour, and it seemed like they were doing us a favor. The room smelled like moisture, no window. Sheets and towels dirty, I had to go twice to changed the towels and still kept dirty. Breakfast for non-Hindus. One of the worst experiences we've had in India.

Neat and clean hotel but the restaurant service and the food was very average. The staff was generally warm and helping.

Good stay in hotel. No noice inside the room even if it is noisy on the road. Bad part no mobile coverage for airtel. Also Wi-Fi not available in rooms. Only available in lobby that too very slow speed.

The Hotel is located in the centre of old city of Varanasi. 10 minutes to the Ganghes. Rooms are modern and appealing. Partly. With sound insulation (road is very loud) to not recommend rooms 104-108. You get the noise from the Restaurant.

Excellent hotel in close proximity to temple. Food, a bit costly in their restaurant, but quality is excellent. Try their North Indian Thali.

Excellent service! Strategic location. Main entrance (Gate No. 1) to Baba Vishwanath Mandir is just about 5 minutes by walk from the hotel. Even Gate No. 4 can be reached within 10 minutes. Excellent Buffet breakfast. Courteous staff. Clean and bright rooms. Overall 5 star plus!

It was our first visit to Varanasi, and the hotel couldn't have been better. We were very apprehensive earlier given that we stayed largely in 4*+ hotels in other cities but this place took us completely by surprise. Fantastic location — 500 metres from Dashashwamedh Ghat and 500 metres from Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Lots of sound and noise on the road since it's at a critical junction of the city but inside the hotel and inside the room is very quiet — amazing sound proof facilities. Room was spacious and comfortable. The beds and bathrooms were clean — with round the clock hot water facility. The beds were nice and AC worked well. Enough charging points were available. The staff — front desk, restaurant and housekeeping — were just awesome. Extremely helpful and wonderful set of people. They always smile and welcome you as if you're family. Food was good although options for vegetarians at breakfast could be better. Lunch and dinner were alacarte and the portions and taste was good. Definitely recommend visiting and staying at the place. We'll come back for sure.

Location, awesome North Indian food and cosy rooms at affordable rates is what will win your hearts in this hotel. A must stay destination for first time tourists to Varanasi.

Booked a Super Deluxe room for 2 days for 4 persons (3adults +1 child) in early October 2017 @ a discounted rate of Rs. 4000 daily. Inspite of the rates being on the higher end, the top class facilities, the friendly staff and transparent billing methods made my day not to talk about the extreme closeness to Baba Vishwanath temple, Godowlia crossing and Dashashwamedh ghat. Hence did not spend anything on transport as everything was within walking distance.

Stayed in this hotel through Ghum India Ghum (tour operator). This hotel is decent, good and has good convinces. 0.4 km to Vishwanath temple and 0.5 km to Dashwamedha Ghat. Very easy to walk and rooms are very good. Good and encouraging staff. Food varieties need to be improved for breakfast!

Recently I got a chance to visit Varanasi, I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel is very close to Shri Kashi Vishwanath Ji Temple and Dwadashmesh Ghat. I found the hotel room very cozy. The staff was very good and provided quality service. I can not forget the hospitality of the staff. I suggest all the people visiting Varansi to stay in this Hotel.

Hotel Ganges Grand is located close by to the Last Viswanath temple, but you cannot reach the hotel entrance by car as you have to get down about 200 yards away and carry your luggage or you have to engage an auto rickshaw to reach the entrance of hotel. The tariff card indicates an enormous rent of Rs 6000/ — and if you do not bargain, you will end up paying Rs 6000/_ per day which is quite painful and worthless. The staff at the counter, on bargain, offered a discount of 40%, and the final tariff offered was Rs 3200/-. Rooms are clean, spacious and good, but does not worth Rs3200/-. I observed later that the if we book online, we get the same room for Rs 2400. There is a good restaurant serving veg and non veg dishes, but the rates are as that of any other 3 star hotel. Outside the hotel, you get low cost budget hotels for your inexpensive food. Therefore beware, do not go blindly by the tariff card while booking a room here. The staff are very faithful to the management and try to fleece you with exorbitant rent, showing the tariff card.

Very Bad. Used Bed Sheets, Pillow Covers and Blankets were provided and bathrooms were not cleaned. Even after providing the feedback staff did not cooperate and mentioned that they use the same bed sheets twice. Looks like this is their policy.

Absolutely fantastic location. The hotel is nice within its price range. Food is good. Nice buffet breakfast. Dasashwamedha ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple is walking distance. Easy commute options available just below the hotel. The hotel folks r nice. N courteous. This hotel location makes great sense as you can commute to any part of the city easily from here. The rooms are clean and contemporary. I got a good deal of Rs 2500 per night for an executive room with breakfast.

The hotel is right in the heartbof the city. Times square to be precise. Tried veg as well as non veg at the restaurant, though it took a bit of time bu tthe taste was too good. Must try if you are in town. The owner priyank is a nice and attentive chap and pays attention to every detailing that u provide as a customer. Go for it. Best wishes.
