I loved the atmosphere.

I didn't expect anything like this in a small city like Rampur. The staff service, ambience and location made it a perfect place for function and family gathering.

A great hotel in Rampur with good food and nice service.

This is the worst hotel I saw in my career. Staff don't know how to behave with the guest. Even the staff of the dinning area are untrened, they dosen't know what are they serving or what to serve to the guest first. My car was damaged by them in there parking and they refuse to take responsibility.

Neat n clean plus hygienic rooms. Food is tasty and not heavy to digest. A great place to stay in a small place like Rampur. Mostly great place for people living in Rampur. For tourists and people in emergency, this is a paradise.

Bar is superb happy hour start from 8 to 9 pm. Its offer buy one get one free drinks.

A gem of a hotel where one would least expect one. Service was outstanding, amenities were first-class, and food at the hotel restaurants was excellent and reasonably priced. Stayed four nights and would visit again — — we had not a single problem during our stay and service was top notch.

Very nice place to stay … nice food. But the service is horrible … it takes 1 hr if u call in advance and order and when u reach there nothing so u sit another one hour horrible service …

Served food was good but staff was like they are forced to work there. They don’t give any attention to customers they were busy in their mobile.

On the periphery of Rampur, The Opal is a nice place for stay though some rooms are small in size. Management is very responsive and supportive.

Overall for the city like Rampur, it's one of the best hotels as compared to food quality & ambience. Food is good & rates are also pocket friendly. Whenever I visit Rampur, this is d only preferred destination where I go for dinner with my family.

Awesome experience great service.

If it was in a city, I'd call it "shady", fit for a budget stay. But for Rampur, it's above average. The place is modest at best, rooms aren't very clean, they are small, but having said that, all basic amenities are provided. Hotel staff is surprised to see tourists. Restaurant serves good enough food to quench hunger, but don't expect anything exceptional. All in all an average stay, but better than the rest in a place like Rampur.

Nice place to stay, organize a party. Here you can wine and dine as it is the only licensed bar in Rampur.

Very nice hotel. Has Banquet Hall, Open Air Bar and a Disc. Ambience is great.

One of the cleanest and most professionally managed property on NH24. Ultra clean, professional the only thing is dissapointing is the size of the room. Rest everything is on point and well maintained.

Although best in Rampur, the service is slow and not upto mark.

Building and atmosphere is very good. I like it most but we taken your FILTER COFFEE was not better than a tea of simple restaurants and home tea.
There was less milk but more water.
We can't say it's a coffee or tea.
I went there to see the quality but became sad
Never think to go again there.

The hall is good for small functions but not for Marriages. Its small for organising marriages.

Quality of service is pathetic … earlier it was good… I stayed many times since the hotel is open at Rampur… but my last stay in the month of July 2017 had pathetic experience… rooms were smelling… no proper cleanliness… very old bed sheet n towel they are still using!

Frankly I did not expect such a marvelous hotel in Rampur. But I am sure the lousy front office staff will ruin it in no time. It's just one year old. Such a nice property needs maintenance. I am not sure they are adequately equipped to do that. Stay here before it becomes old.
