Infact the experience was very good. Although the reviews on Google were bad I had a good time there. The hotel was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were to size. Not very large but good enough. The in-house food is extremely expensive. Will suggest trying other options outside.

Good Hotel with good ambience!

For the price and proximity to Taj Mahal this was great. 4 stars and not 5 because the shampoo bottle had something looking disgusting in it. We had our own shampoo and conditioner so it did not affect us as much.

Very nice stay in very reasonable cost. Food also awesome. Surely I can recommend to everyone. Best thing is we can have dinner by seeing Taz infront of you. Staff is also very nice and giving respect. It is very near ti.

Good location, staff good, reception excellent, breakfast good. Restaurant food small portions. Rooms, poor view from room. Rooms small and ventilation small. Pool area good and lots of effort made to make it fun.

For me it was a great stay. Although food were sucks and they tend to take the tips by themself without us paying for it. For example your bill is 260. You gave 500 they will return 300. Of course I will give you remaining 40 change but hahaha they make sure to take it beforehand. Overall service was good and I loved it. Room was nice and comfy.

Rude behaviour of reception staff. Poor quality of swimming pool. Never try to hire car or any other services as they charge very high and do not provide the same. I hired a car from hotel to Agra fort but did not came back. At the time of checkout, he was asking for both side charges which I have not availed. After so much of argument, he agreed to take one side charges but the attitude towards customers is not good. I will suggest not to prefer this hotel.

So many shortfalls. — Staff (bell boys, parking guys, everyone) expects tip every time you pass them. — Reception staff pretends to be FBI watching you come in and go. — Parking opposite side of road, a usual hang mount spot for drunks and junkies. We went to get our car at 8pm to go out for dinner and were stunned to see a bonfire surrounded by 15-20 junkies taking drugs. We left our car and took a taxi. — Leaking shower. — Tiny bathroom. — No exhaust fan resulting in mound growing in bathroom. — No fans in the room. — AC dual goes down to optimistic 10C, while we laid sweating in bed whole night long. — Quilt covers were smaller than quilts. — 2 single beds (yes beds, not just mattresses) were used to make a supposed king. — Mattresses were so worn out, they had indentations in the middle. — Utterly impossible for a couple to sleep close to each other, as worn out mattresses cause a bump in the middle of the bed and it separates the moment one person sits/lies in one. — Broken remotes for both TV and Cable box. — Cable doesn’t work. — We had to extend out booking for another 2 days, due to injury and being unable to drive. The moment we mentioned this, price for room tripled. And manager was smirking at us. Utterly disgraceful behaviour, taking advantage of someone injured. Auto rickshaw driver who took us to hospital, had better moral sense than the reception staff and manager.

This hotel is very near to Taj Mahal. Rooms are luxurious. Hospitality services are fine. Little bit costly comparatively other hotels. Cleaning services are poor. Overall experience was satisfactory.

It's very close to the Taj, hence the prices and the good reviews. Otherwise, they offer standard luxury hotel conditions (still Indian-style). Cleaning can be improved, though. The rooms don't have natural air sources. Breakfast is very good. They can offer exchange services but at higher rates than in the city.

The hotel is quite near to the Taj Mahal say 7 mins walking. Unlike many of the hotels located nearby, this hotel deserves the cake — 1. The location is fantastic. Away from the hustle bustle yet close to the taj. 2. The hotel provides all the top amenities like extra pillows and cushions (you don't need to ask or beg them for it), disposable packets and a shopping bag etc. 3. Hotel rooms are quite clean and well maintained. 4. The food is awesome. I had biryani there, it wasn't a disappointment at all I was rather impressed with their food. 5. They have a neat and clean swimming pool on the roof with clean changing room. 6. It is very kid friendly. A puppet show takes place in the evening everyday at the terrace which kids enjoy. 7. The price is quite affordable and I didn't regret paying it. The staff behaviour was also good. But just ensure that they don't give you basement rooms. Otherwise this is a good deal.

The hotel is modern and quiet. The reception is nice. The room is nice and comfortable.
However several things are to be improved: The air conditioner was not working in the room during the 4 nights and repairers came but without fixing the problem (thermostat HS). So we got hot and cold alternating = sick in the end.
The breakfast is mostly made up of Indian salted dishes. The pancakes are dry and the fruit juice is ultra sweet and fruit-free.
In short we are not far from a good level but there are still points of improvement.

Excellent view of Taj from the rooftop and the dinner served at low cost with well maintained pool makes the place makes your trip an unforgettable one. Except that the complimentary breakfast ain't really good, also the receptionist guy was unprofessional as in not helpful and nice.

Hotel is at a good location, it is very near to west gate of Taj Mahal where we get very less crowd in ticket counter for Taj Mahal. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff service is quick and good. The food from restaurant was a bit bland in taste. Overall I loved this place.

At the turn of the season central ac was not put on making the rooms uncomfortable. Only blower was on. Otherwise it is a good place and good location.

The hotel does not have many luxuries, but if you are looking to spend the night before going to the Taj Mahal I recommend it.

The stay was comfortable. Linens and washrooms were clean. Sleep quality is good. Wall in my room was little damp and the paint were peeling off. Breakfast is complimentary but the spread was not that great but can live with it. Roof top has a resturant and swimming pool. The pool seems to be clean but I did not make use of it. The main reason to choose this hotel is the location. It is just half a kilometer from the East gate of The Taj Mahal. There are battery cars plying on the road which we can make use of. Overall for the price I paid, I am ok with the stay. Note : Please try to avoid rooms in the lower floors.

One of the hotels nearest to Taj Mahal South gate. Bay windows and lovely colour combination gv rooms a beautiful view. Has a wonderful open terrace with seating arrangements with sculptured figures as decoration. Also has a small swimming pool in terrace for refreshing. Extremely well mannered staff. Breakfast menu is wonderful. But Ala carte lunch n dinner menu needs to be updated and service should be faster.

The hotel manager Padam was very accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Great location, only 600m from the Taj Mahal gates.

Okay if you are going to the Taj Mahal. Modern interior with a rooftop bar and on site restaurant with good food. The bedding could have been cleaner and the room was stuffy.

Rooms were clean and property is very nice and close to Taj mahal East gate say at walking distance. But they have some rooms at basement… So no outside view, window etc. Food was nice but very costly. My room's toilets flush was not proper. Rest the plus are the closeness with Tajmahal, parking, food's taste and Ok size rooftop pool.

Close to the Taj at very good price. Rooms are good size and very comfortable. The restaurant is good as well as the buffet options for breakfast. Roof top pools with views of the taj are a welcomed bonus.

Small, dirty and noisy. Bathroom shower not working. Towels and sheets grey color. The room had a bad view and was very noisy. Food and other services were expensive for the type of hotel and in general for India. The rooftop terrace was unclean, the food and trash from previous night was not cleaned up. The positive about the property is the location, close to Taj Mahal. The staff is nice and helpful.

Wifi in our room on level 2 was average, was best on the rooftop. Service for dinner and lunch on the rooftop took too long every time. Staff were very lovely and kind and accommodating. Food was good, breakfast especially. Trees need a trim to allow for a better view of Taj but was advised they're not allowed to trim the trees as the council protects all trees in the city. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

The Hotel is my favorite. Superb-facility and service quality. It is located very near to Taj Mahal. It has got a nice roof top swimming pool. I booked through QiKStay and the experience was awesome. Keep up the good work QiKStay.

Very bad experience. We booked 2 rooms and turned up late and to book another room next day. Manager was very rude. Didn't allow our guest to come in. Pathetic experience. Don't know how to talk to guest.

Service is awesome that's for sure. They took the initiative to clean my room and I appreciate that. Definitely the best place to stay near Taj Mahal.

Nice But service manager very bad behaviour.

When I checked in, I felt it was kinda real value for money place, till I started noticing the bad behaviour of certain staff people who would answer back at asking for help like AC not cooling properly and even resturant staff and management is just pathetic. Don't trust them for serving real bisleri water in the resturant. Pathetic food quality and don't even feel ashamed on being questioned for the same. Worst of all, during checkout, on complaint to the manager at front desk, the accused staff member was offended and threatning the manager himself. Sad experience overall.

Relative to hotels in the area, this is a fairly modern outfit with friendly staff and decent food. Like other hotels in the area, stuff will suddenly be under construction or what have you, such as the pool the last time I stayed here. They told me it would be 20 days before renovations are done. Just to be aware, that places like this often have at least one major amenity under construction at any given time it would seem.

Very near to Taj (walking distance). Swimming pool and cafe on terrace is very beautiful. Staff is care taking, and helpful. Grandmother of 84 yrs feel comfortable. Rooms were clean. But hot water facility is insufficient.

The hotel is situated at a very close distance to Taj. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Rooms were nicely neat and clean and so as the bathroom. Roof top restaurant and pool is definitely a USP of this hotel. Taj mahal is visible from its roof top. Over all a very nice comfortable hotel to stay for a night or two. I highly recommend this hotel in Agra.

Well, they say that you get what you pay for. I paid 9500/ — for two nights in the super deluxe room in November 2015. An extra bed was included. This is an 'OK' price and the hotel was… 'Just about Ok. ' The room was average sized with standard bathroom fittings. The food, especially the included breakfast was way below average. The manager 'Mr. Padam' was quite helpful. He gave me good advice regarding going around in Agra and helped procure a good nice guide got the Taj. The one redeeming feature of this Hotel is it's proximity to the Taj Eastern entrance. It's opposite the ticketing office. This enabled me to visit the Taj, twice during our stay.

Good rooms and location… terace garden and pool is awesome. Free upgrade from DL to super dlx + free Wi-Fi… what more does one want…

Poor facilities. Bed sheets and towels are not even close to being white. Everything looks old. Waiters at the restaurant are not attending nor helpful at all. It claims to have a rooftop restaurant form where you can see Taj Mahal. Well, yes you can see Taj Mahal from there, but the restaurant is dark and barely in condition to have a comfortable dinner and hot in the daytime.

Nice hotel near to taj. From the taj point here taj mahal looks wonderful. Room service is not soo good but double deluxe room is nice.

Price is cheap Rs. 2000/ — including Break Fast for DX rooms. The room service is very poor. The quality of break fast is worst. AC is centralized. They run the AC at 27-28 degree C which is very uncomfortable. The hotel is near to Taj Mahal.
