Best Property in Udaipur. I loved the place and its services.

It is a nice hotel, I went there for my friend, s reception, the services were realy good.

Great service and staff.
thanks to reception team for giving best memories. Tushar and team was great.

If you want to experience a star hotel discomfort then Radisson Udaipur, Near to Lake City Mall is the best place.
This property seems to be a Highway road side hotel. Not at all managed room, dirty washrooms, poor service & above all the most arrogant staff.
This hotel staff ensure that every customer must feel how paid discomfort is gained.
Staff is not at all trained of soft skill, right from Mr. Anirudh at reception to their chef everybody is arrogant & don’t have a command over language.
While doing breakfast you can observe staff fighting & blaming each other.
Room washroom are so dirty that even paid “sulabh” service run on road side are cleaner.
In washroom there is very bad smell in tap water, it seems like some sewerage water is coming in taps.
And above all you are not allowed to meet with there GM to tell your concerns & even no staff will share GM cell nos & mail ID.
Infact at reception they don’t even help you in providing customer care phone no & mail ID.
Trust my words this the worst managed Radisson property in the World.
So, please don’t even think to book this property of Udaipur, until unless you want to experience paid discomfort.
Jut want to mention one name here from restaurant Mr. Ankit who always try to help out all guest by heart, keep it up Ankit, all the best wishes.

Radisson made our family holiday extremely comfortable and memorable. Even being primarily a business hotel, the staff, facilities, attention to detail and overall hospitality is incredible for any type of traveler. I would highly recommend all Udaipur visitors to stay at Radisson as it is an overwhelming facility in pocket friendly rates.

Staff was courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Rameez at the front desk was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at the restaurant were great and provided exceptional service. Naresh Rana should be commended for his friendly and awesome service in hospitality.

I'm fascinated by the service of Radisson Udaipur. All staff members were very soft spoken and cooperative. Plus the food and ambience were over the top.

It's good that there are no negative star rating option available otherwise I would have given — 3 star rating. Poor ambiance, poor service, average food. Avoid being at this place as they are looting the guest by charging Soo much money. It is a 2100 inclusive of all taxes rate types of hotel… pathetic property.

It's built alongside a mall. Huge crowds are always around. The bathroom is prone to flooding. The breakfast is very underwhelming. Better get a hotel on the city side.

3.5 star actually… They have amenities but I didn't like few things which I told their staff. It's proximity to lot of places is a positive part. If you are looking for a view… Have to find some other place.

Reception was good. Room service was a bit slower. I waited for a bath towel throughout my stay and never got it. Also, I called the room service for a bath towel only once but for a hospitality like radisson shouldn't require an another reminder for such a silly thing. Well, that doesn't mean I didn't shower. This one was really pathetic. The other evening when we returned from dinner, while going into the room, it reminded me of no water. So I requested the receptionist for 3 water bottles since we just had dinner and I didn't want to disturb the room service in the mid of the night for a water bottle. The receptionist told me that you'll get it into the room & probably he informed the room service too. I was shocked that the room service took another 45 minutes to deliver me the water bottles from ground floor to 7th floor, wherein both the lifts were fully functional. I regretted that I myself could have taken those bottles from the receptionist there itself. It wouldn't have caused me any offense in any way. Rest was good. Only the room service is a bit at slower side.

Rooms are spacious and food is good. Staff is nice and courteous. Lifts are old and make sound. Sometimes they are even off service. View from room is not good. It oversees a naala. Banquet hall is spacious. Also have gym, bar, spa and other amenities. Its called radisson green. Situated just beside mall. People can also go to mall for shopping and other needs.

The location is not good. Secondly the hotel is not up to the mark of usual Radisson brand. I liked the food though. It was really good.

Booked the superior room and let me tell you it's one of the biggest rooms you can get at this price. The service is one area that this hotel definitely lacks. There were no towels, hand towels and toiletries in the bathroom when we checked in. The next day when the room was cleaned, the glasses and ice bucket from the previous day were still in the room. Service needs to pick up.

Its a good property in the heart of the city. However the surroundings are not that good. Its more of filthy due to construction work going on. Regarding rooms there is nothing to complain. They are spacious and cozy. Food is also good. Service for food is a bit slow due to lack of staff. However the hotel staff is very friendly. Nice pool at the 8th floor and the Gymnasium at 3rd floor adds more brownie points. Overall a memorable stay at the Radisson Green.!

Very nice experience We stayed there for two days. Its a good property situated in city area, not far away from major sight seeing places. Staff was quite hospitable. It's connected to lake city mall, which was added advantage in this summer.

The staff was available at all times. Front desk was always helpful. About t the dining, I felt the food was expensive. Apart from this everything is fine. And also there's a mall attached to it. So it was very convenient for us as we travelled with a toddler.

This is very good place in the heart of city. My stay was highly comfortable. Rooms are quite spacious and loaded. Other than surroundings I love the place.

I stayed for 2 nights at Radisson Udaipur and I must say that this hotel is true value for money. The hotel staff is so much friendly and approachable. The food quality is also up to the mark. If you are planning for Udaipur then this is the perfect property for your comfortable stay.

One of the class hotel located in Udaipur. Service and hospitality is fantastic. Professional staff. Food good. Shopping complex and Inox located adjasant to this hotel which makes shopping so easy. Good hotel to stay.

We stayed in business class room and the stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. We needed a doctor on call service late in the evening and the staff managed to arrange a doctor in short notice which was very kind! The charge was little on higher side which I feel can be reduced as the doctor charged 1.5k INR for just painkillers! Also, the hotel charged us to get tablets from chemist as chauffeur charges which I feel it shouldn't have been charged considering the Radisson standards! No Complaints on the quality of Stay and thank you for making it a comfortable stay! I hope my suggestions will be considered as I am truly a Radisson Fan!

It is a decent hotel but certainly not the one with money for value. And also please do not wrongly think its service standard resembles that of Radission Blu. If you have a choice, choose the latter, though at higher rate, which gives u the value for every cent you spent. I do not know if this rules applies to anywhere in India. Perhaps it does! It is about 4 km from the lake, the tourist hub of Udaipur.

We stayed in a number of home stays and hotels over the last 3 weeks. Radisson Udaipur was great, Friendly staff and beautiful room with a lot of space. Highly recommend to pick this hotel while in Jaipur.

Redddisan green is the best place for stay you can fill a home away from home it's middle in the city and it's very better for travel in the city, all palaces are very close for visit, malls there, cinema is there GameZone is there, view of river and the city it's best from me I whould give 5* I didn't stayed there but I got gud evepriance from the guest and foreigners when ever I ask to the guest which palace are you staying they said redddisan green me how, s your stay, they say its all fabulous.

Booked the Royal Banquet hall with excellent ambience and service… Totally loved the royalty and dining.

Great hotel with all necessary facilities and a shopping mall just beneath for satisfying the shopping needs.

It's just 10-15 min away from Lake Pichola, and it's a cozy hotel, and value for money as well compared to other options I saw while booking. It's situated on top of a mall, which made it convenient for other services as well.

Hotel that is behind lake City mall. Great place and public transportation easily available. Hotel staff was good and providing good service. I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are well maintained. Season's restaurant is open 24/7 and offer some delicious food. Gold spa is also available. Staff is very good and well mannered.
