Service is very slow and rooms are also very dark.

Good amenities and delicious food.

The staff those were working at reception & Restaurant are very curitous and worked with smiling face.

My experience was mixed one. On food front I give 9/10. But house keeping was far below the standard. Found window open and latch broken. Whole night I felt cold despite I kept AC switched off. Mosquito was found. Intercom was faulty. Cars broken ones. Its good property needs care and attention by team. I gave my feedback to the concerned person. Let us hope they work on it.

Very bad experience. No maintenance, Sound of water moter till late night & early morning. No inter telephone connectivity. Not a place for peacefull stay.

Dinner with live music (Amazing). Reasonsable rates or I should say food is at lower price as compared to other 4 star hotels. It has Gym, Swimming pool, Bar & Restaurant etc etc etc.

Being a 4 star property the AC is not working properly which is not good. The have lot of excuses why the AC is unable to cool that environment. Then food is good but the morning breakfast doesn't look like a star property offerings you a meal. Staff is very polite and helpful. But overall it's doesn't give me the luxury which I was looking for.

The bar is a must visit and unlike many others in the city. Service is at par with the ambience. There are two sitting options at the bar counter or at furnished sofas etc. The rates of the drinks are quite normal regarding the ecsatsy of the place. Starting as little as 200/ — for a 650ml beer. Must visit ✌️

Very nice hotel beside city palace. Buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Swimming pool is well maintained but spa is not up to the mark. However there are a few things that needs to be taken care of.

Good ambience. They say spa facility available. But in our 4 days stay couldn't get spa massage any single day. No one was available. Restaurant is good. Rest of the staff is slow and don't know anything. On the NOT a very good experience.

Reception, Restaurant, Bar& behavior excellent but maintenance, cleanliness of pool&. Bathroom was not up to the mark. Spa, massage service found closed informing that on leave. No check in swimming pool & found either Guests or outsiders spitting in poor.

Hotel is situated in the city area near to city palace. First impression of hotel is just good… they Don't have parking facilities. You have to park your car at your own risk… swimming pool is very small here that it could be compared to a small pool made in a house… moreover it is not well maintained… Rooms were nice with enough space Nd nice interior… quality of food was fine. Rest staff behaviour and hospitality was excellent. No doubt abt that.!

Good Hotel, good food. But bathrooms are small. Apart from that, its quite comfortable. Hotel is clean ans quite popular with tourists.

Very decent hotel with all amenities for personal stay and business. They serve buffet lunch and breakfast which is very good. Its a place frequented by the tourists also. Full privacy and away from the noise of city.

The staff are friendly
The restaurant is very good, fresh produce, and for the reluctant of Indian cuisine there is qq European choice.
Beware for the rooms on the street side, plan the earplugs.

We have stayed two days in Golden Tulip Udaipur, service was very good, staff are copertive, restaurant was very good from breakfast to dinner. Rooms are very good. Specially thanks for Kimmi for booking and smooth check in and out. But one concern that is parking facility. It’s need to improve, Cars are parked road side there is no inside parking.

Lovely hotel. Very understanding behavior of staff. Hard to leave from this place. Sweet memories of life time from one visit. Perfect for holidays and tourist. Reasonable price comparison from other.

I had amazing time, room r nicely made, but seems like they need overhaul there furniture, everything in room give feels of wear & tear. First day jain breakfast was good, 2nd day. Due to rush didn't get much choice, they need to improvise on it. Staff is polite & cooperative. Its in city centre but still bit out so good thing. I look forward to visit it again on next trip. Overall good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. All staff very helpful, polite, and professional. Good food, comfortable beds and very clean rooms. We felt our stay was good value for money. Personal thank you to Dipen and Sapna you are a credit to the hotel.

Very good place and well maintained. The arrival lounge is huge and gives a warm feeling. Guest service is good apart from the restaurant staff. The restaurant staff needs to learn a bit or two in hospitality as well as nite to hold up guests with their orders. We waited for long to be provided with water and our order for breakfast. Room service seemed much faster.

I put 4 stars only thanks to the restaurant which is good.
Otherwise the hotel is without much charm.
But especially the Wi-Fi is of very poor quality in the rooms, the air conditioning is noisy, the Indian guests are noisy and I have to crack down on the neighbors.
But hey it is clean and must be well ranked in local standards
In short I will quickly forget it.

Thieves they Are! Charged 4000 per person for new year party forcefully. Staff was very rude and wi didn't work. Worst hotel!

From June 21st to 23rd 2013, I stayed at this Hotel Tulip Udaipur and booked 4 rooms. The Service attitude of the staff is so pathetic that they should in fact not be in the Hospitality industry at all. That too in the state of Rajasthan, which is famed for hospitality. We stayed in the Hotel because my and my friend's children wanted to enjoy the Swimming pool. We checked and the pool water was very dirty. Even the next day morning, it was muddy and NO cleaning work was being done. On my different calls to the reception in 5-6 hours since 5 in the morning, someone said that it will be ready in half an hour, some one said it will be ok in 2 hours. At around 10 am, when things did not improve, I called the Manager Reservations, Mr. Rathor, who himself together with the lady manning the reception said that the pool was Ok. I told him that I would be reporting the matter to the Health Inspector of the Local government. It was only after this that they started some cleaning work. But the water was so bad that it was not cleaned even after 24 hours of their actually starting work. For our entire stay at the hotel, we could not use the swimming pool. I have the pictures of the muddy water of the pool, which they said was Ok. My room lock malfunctioned, I had to call 10 times till 1 am in the morning. They do not have the culture of responding to your requests. You are required to keep calling them and reminding them about your requests.

Its more of like living in a lodge that too infront of a railway station. What things made me say this? No proper car parking for guests or even assistance. The entry doesnt at all looks appealing for saying this property to be a 4 star. It lacks hospitality and like making the desi a videshi.
