We are now in our second stay here as a group and again enjoying every minute of the tranquil setting of the roof top resturant where you are left to relax and not pestered by pushy staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff more than helpful. One of my favourite hotels in India.

The restaurant is a beautiful terrace where you can admire the city and breathe some fresh and clean air, away from the chaos of the great streets of jaipur, we can relax in a great environment and eat some great food. It has a great menu including various types of cuisine, from the continental to the real and pure Indian cuisine. The menu offers many types of drinks, including fresh juices, breakfast, also well stocked offers all kinds of breakfast, including, as a lover and expert, nutELLA, which is nowhere to be found in any other type of hotel.

The restaurant is on the roof of the hotel. It's quiet and very cozy. Insanely delicious food, moderately spicy. I'll be back tomorrow. Meets a pleasant and sociable hostess of the hotel.

Only came for food, which was lovely. All staff are very welcoming and is a reflection on the owner as they came and welcomed them selfs, and ensured that I was enjoying my self. The owner would ensure everyone was having a good evening, following that we had some tea and food. Great way to see off my time here. A must go for accommodation, food or whatever. Close to all essentials forms of transport, bus and train. 10/10 :)

Two friends and I stayed here for two nights and it was so wonderful. I’m surprised we got the room for such a low price. It’s located near the train station but in a clean and quiet area. The rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was good. The owner Vinita was also super hospitable and kind. Definitely would recommend.

We stayed 2 nights during the June hot season. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The owner is a lovely woman who greeted us with tea every day and sat and chatted with each guest. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds are firm, like most hotels we stayed in, and the bathroom was standard as well. We also had a balcony looking over the street, which was quiet and had several other hotels. The rooftop restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the food was great, although it was all vegetarian and we were craving meat. The real stand out characteristic though is in the decoration of the hotel. The walls are handpainted and the eye for detail is incredible! Highly recommend. Fantastic experience.

A beautiful garden rooftop with a calming ambiance and little escape from the bustling Jaipur! They have a super wide range of different food, friendly staff and a beautiful ambiance. With fresh conditioned air and fans which is a nice touch in the heated city. Owner is really friendly and served us delicious chai on the house. Price is reasonable, not cheap but not too expensive. Homemade food and drinks. Will definetly be coming back again!

I was in Kalyan Hotel for 2 nights. And I can say that everything was great. There is a restaurant on the roof top, you can eat very delicious meals not only Indian cuisine but also many differents like Italian Mexican and so. It was so warm meeting and talking with the boss Mrs. Vinita:) She was so friendly and helpful on everything. I definitely suggest you all to come here and meet them.

I travel a lot on work, and this time came to Jaipur with friends. Got into this restaurant by accident, and after have come every day;) Very tasty food, amazing smoothies and juices, the staff is friendly, trying to please everyone) feel at home!

The environment and decoration are beautiful in Jaipur' cost-effective hotel. The facilities at the price are also very good. There is also a very good restaurant on the roof, the food in the restaurant is very delicious. It's a great experience here. Especially here's milk tea, very suitable for my taste.

We had nachos and burgers which were so good and cheesy. The food was good and really such a nice ambience with so good food. Coming back regularly now.

The Hotel Kalyan is such a beautiful hotel. The hotel offers great service and clean rooms. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant that has an amazing review of the city of Jaipur and a great selection of affordable food! I really enjoyed my stay here at the Kalyan.

Very good, the boss is very enthusiastic, next time recommend friends to come, close to the bus and train station, convenient transportation, the roof of the restaurant is also delicious, recommend one; the room is warm and comfortable, sleep ingres sitping very well.

We stopped on the rooftop after a long day very noisy in the pink city of Jaipur. It's very quiet, the Naans are delicious and the boss, Super friendly, offered us the chai tea in addition to a nice discussion:)

Very good reception of the owners who like to share their good plans of visit, all around a delicious chai on the superb terrace rooftop offering a great setting for a sunset. The hotel is in a quiet but friendly street close to the train station and the old town.

Some of the best views in the city from this rooftop hotel. Excellent food, large menu, and super friendly staff. I had the cashew curry and chai masala. It hit the spot after a long day of exploring. Took the tea up to the crow’s nest perch above the restaurant and watched the wedding season fireworks. What a night!

The hotel is decorated in a very good design, not only clean and sanitary, but also very Indian in style. We have lived here for more than a week. The most important thing for us is to have a very good hot bath. Wi-Fi is also quite good. The staff are very enthusiastic. The surroundings are all single-family villas. It was a great experience.

Rooftop restaurant with unbelievably delicious foods and generous portions. The ambience, overlooking the city, was an excellent oasis from the hectic world below. This restaurant is highly rated for a reason. Excellent service, excellent food, all around gem.

Stepped up onto the roof for the best surprise — a rooftop garden restaurant complete with beautiful lights and a 360 degree view of Jaipur city. The food is exquisite, Home made and very authentic. Definitely recommend and we will come again whenever we return to Jaipur.

A nice hotel with a good restaurant. The guests are mostly foreigners. Near railway station and main attractions such as Lake, castles in the mountains. The business is family, the attitude is good to the guests. The rooftop restaurant is worth a visit, especially in the evening. Ordered DOS and Rajasthan dishes. Everything is very tasty. But it is necessary to speak no spicy. Cheap and tasty. For two less than five hundred rupees.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant rooftop, we felt right at home! The staff were lovely and the manager came over to welcome us to the restaurant. The food came out and it was DELICIOUS! Very happy tummies We even got beautiful henna done! Great experience here, definitely recommend it! If we weren't leaving we would have stayed here too!

I stayed in Jaipur for 10 days and couldn't recommend it anymore. The staff is friendly as can be. I felt at home. Not only is the room comfortable and spacious but the food is delicious. I had the opportunity to take cooking classes and that was the best experience! If I am ever in Jaipur again, this is where I will stay again and again. Thank you everyone at hotel kaylan!

We are from Indonesia and this is our first time to India and Jaipur as well. They let us store our bag and have some shower after check out time due to our train at late nite. Love the decor and their rooftop! We could see the Jaipur city from their rooftop aka restaurant.

I love the Rooftop Restaurant of Hotel Kalyan it's amazingly designed and ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful after a long day you can feel 100% relaxed by the atmosphere created. Food is very good but its little bit expensive. But I will definitely suggest to come here and enjoy your time.

An excellent option if you visit Jaipur, comfort, economic and good service, in addition it has a restaurant with good ceiling with a beautiful night view, I should say that the owner is very friendly and often chat with the guests, recommended.

We stayed two days in this hotel, it has a terrace very cool in that it has a restaurant. Very good views of the city. Good relationship quality-price.

This one's got a fantastic view of the city. And the sorrounding area is pretty peaceful too. The food has been pretty nice both the times we were here. Will probably be staying here the next time I'm in Jaipur.

We were not hosted, but we came here looking for a good place to eat something and be able to work with the computer. On the terrace have free Wi-Fi, and plugs to charge different devices. Have a few sprinklers on the roof of the departing water mist. Very refreshing on hot days! We were lucky enough to chat with the owner of the hotel. She invited us for some Chai, and we had interesting conversations!

We're staying at a nearby hotel, but heard good reviews about the rooftop restaurant. It didn't disappoint. We had good service and met the very hospitable owner who gave us some useful tips about our travels. The food was excellent and we'd highly recommend it.

Overall the experience was really good. First of all the rent is really reasonable. I got to stay in the hotel less as we were mostly sight seeing. The rooms are good but a little smelly. They have their own people for taxis and cabs which was really appreciable. Our taxi driver Mr. Mukesh served us very nicely and patiently. The hotel is worth for your money.

My experience with this hotel was worst in my life, I book a room online with booking no-5516, when I reached early morning 5;00am on 16/01/2016, person in charge took me and my family to terrace dinning hall and says me wait till 12:00pm in such adverse cold condition, that shameless person do not have manners to talk with customer, he didn't refund my Rs 1902.25 and in that chill morning I was on road, he never told me about check out time, you stay in railway platform but never prefer the hotel of heartless peopie DR. We a group of nine member of a family visited Jaipur on 25th Dec. 2015. We have planned to have a dinner on 26th Dec. In this hotel at their roof-top restaurant. But this was our great mistake that we went there. The service was so poor, the soup we have ordered was served cold, the dinner served after one hour of our order, the quality was not good, the behavior of the owner was so rude, I heard that owner was abusing one of their customers and when I stopped him and asked him that I will post my comments against this hotel, the reply was that my comments do not bother them. Its my advise to the travelers that they should avoid this property for their stay as well as for lunch or dinner etc.

Staff is extra polite. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding. The room we were given seemed very shady. Probably the bad apple of the lot. Bcoz on checking other rooms, they didn't look anything like ours. Here's a Top Tip: Check before the Check-in.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, immediately struck by the interesting design of the hotel, our room was on the 4th floor and the rooftop restaurant was within walking distance, which pleased us very delicious food. Though I should note right away that the kitchen is only real. The hotel has Wi-Fi, right in front of us he refused to work well. On the penultimate night we were lucky enough to meet the proprietor of the hotel for dinner — very nice and friendly woman. It is also one of the few hotels in which there was a room with one double bed and one single.

Its nice actually. You have all the facilities here. Like free Wi-Fi and computer with internet facilities. U can chat on FB. And a lot. Hotel design is too good. Rooms are posh. With A/C and TVs. 24 hrs cold and hot water. I liked it too much. But resto facility is not available. If available its very very slow. But I liked it. :).
