Absolutely avoidable and outrageous party venue. We had planned to host my kid’s bday party using their pool in their facility but imagine the plight of parents who had to pull out from hosting the party 24 hrs before the party. Such was the insulting and torturous behavior of their management staff. It was over 2 months of negotiations, calling over decorators and party arrangers, paying advances, sending invites and making preparations. Last moment the management go back in their commitments citing implausible reasons like what’s allowed for members and non-members. As party hosts and looking at the shabby pool side conditions a day before we asked if the dried up leaves and garbage around the pool lawns would be cleaned, the response instead of satisfying our concerns was — the strewn leaves add to the aesthetic value. The Sr. Customer engagement manager had the audacity to insult us in front of his guests by referring unpleasant things. The associate management has no experience in dealing with guests let alone being polite. Instead of calming our concerns they wanted to write down only the terms of their party and put our signatures — which would have been fine 2 months prior and not 24 hours before going back on their promises and commitments. They tell us 24 hrs prior we don’t allow external decorators or pool sides for non members and they made an exception for us! We did not want such exceptions!

Blaze restaurant in Club Florence, Sector 56, Gurgaon is one restaurant which has a good location but the attitude of staff is like Government servants, have deaf ears, it took us 2-3 times to politely get their intention to serve us water. No one attended us for first 15 minutes. Only after raising our voice some one came to see us as if we were so far invisible in this smallest restaurant. Steward in a tie was busy putting plates on another table few feet away but acted as if he has not heard us. Why steward has to arrange plates, are there no waiters, this reflects poorly on the management. Important to note all this is happening on a Saturday at dinner time… by all means this is THE BUSINESS time for all restaurants across the globe, no exceptions. Didn’t want to say but all waiters stink of sweat. But wait this will not surprise you after tasting their food which is of very poor quality. Like staff… like food. Regards, Arun.

Very well maintained, good stuff. Room are big with balcony. Food is also great, do try there chilly panner. Sports activity are good, but u have to bring your equipment for other than T. T. Surprised to find there is no bandmintion court in club. Gym is good. Breakfast is not that good. Overall good experience. I would love to be here again.

It's a nice place in Gurgaon for having having a wedding functions or any other big function. The place has big lawns and a hall large enough to accommodate 150 to 200 people. The catering is good. Has a slope for people in a wheelchair to access the hall.

Ansal has developed a great club cum activity area called "Club Florence" to hangout with family and friends. The club is equipped with AC rooms, restaurant, gym, swimming pool, lawn & banquet hall. The membership for the club is also nominal, however does not provide all facilities like gym within it. You need to pay extra to get various benefits. But the gym facilities are good as you expect for a high-end gym. Also the swimming pool is great having areas for a main pool, kids pool and another small pool area with jacuzi like sitting facility. The banquet hall and large lawn facility is sufficient to hold a large corporate gathering, parties or marriage. The restaurant at the club serves food and drinks incl alcohol. The food is really awesome across the variety that it serves and decently priced. But the sitting capacity is limited at the restaurant. However a non-member can also visit the restaurant. While members get a decent discounts on food and beverages. Parking facility within the premises is also limited and specially for banquet hall there is no dedicated facility though you can get space outside on the service lane which may be little inconvenient for large gathering.

Beautiful ambience. Most suitable for small gatherings, party. Adequate parking. Nicely located.

Nice facility with options to organize events. Guests staying could be in for surprise on small things like absence of plug points in rooms.

Nice place for large functions. Attended a wedding and was really impressed by the management. Although two parties taking place simultaneously in the lawn and pool side create a slight disturbance but overall it was a nice experience. The venue's are well maintained by the club management.

Good place. Spacious and food is also good here. Swimming pool is also there. Ambience is good. For wedding you can invite large number of guests. There is one hall inside in which varmaal tame place. Place is easily visible by road. Near by metro is rapid metro sector 65-66.

Had occasion to attend banquet party. Gud food n ambience. Luv to be there again.

Go here to swim sometimes as part of a corporate membership plan. The pool is more recreational, but since we reach at 6am, we manage to get a decent swim in before it gets too crowded. The changing rooms and showers could be better designed and maintained though.

Swimming Pool is amazing. Gym is great too. Only thing missing is a Badminton Court.

It is a nice club with confrence hall… food os awesome and you can dance here on DJ music.

Not the best banquets out there. I visited at night for an event when it should have been in all its glory but instead was very dim lit and not very clean either.

There should be a concept of negative stars coz this place deserves it. Went to the new year party and it was a complete waste of money, that too after paying a huge premium. I felt cheated and betrayed. It was as if they took their customer for granted. First of all, they overbooked, by at least double the capacity. Leave alone a place to sit there wasn't enough space to stand without bumping into other guests every now and then. They promised unlimited drinks but getting a drink from their counter was harder than getting one from a local wine shop. We entered at around 9:30 and snacks finished soon after. It was a war-like situation to get to them anyways. Around 10 I got to know that main course would soon be over and by the time I reached I could see only filth all around. Menu was meagre and food, whatever was left, was pathetic. Coming to performances, they offered a host of them — Belly, Samba, Latin, Carnival, Can-Can, Aerial and acrobatic. But apart from the last 2, nothing else happened.

Pathetic terrific rediculous these are the best words to describe the party I have attended with family and friends… grand huge promotion and than as we entered just at 9 pm only food got finished… drinks finished… so what we were there for satsang…

Most unorganised party. Greedy people who oversold and then organiser disappeared. No food not even clean plates. Thank God we moved over but we felt cheated after paying so much.

I booked the new year party at club Florence. But the experience was pathetic. There are no starter after 10pm, no drinks even soft drinks after 10:45. And no plates for dinner and after standing for 45 min in queue we got one plate but there are only two vegetables left in the menu at 11. Very pathetic experience. There is no one to listen. The caterer says they order for 700 pol but there are more than 1500 there. They sell more vouchers but didn't order food.

One of the worst place visited in my life nobfood no drinks no snakes after taking huge money for the new yeat party I hate it shame on u people.

Most hopeless and mismanaged place one can hope to go to. Management just disappears after taking money.

Worst New Year Party ever. No food, no water, no management. People are filing FIR and Police is intimidating people.

Its a very nice place for social gathering. Very cooperative staff…
