Stay at the hotel was awesome. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Maheshwar and Mandav. Mandav is just 50 km away and can be clubbed with Maheshwar trip. Location, service, facilities, clealiness, food from the restaurant; all can be given 5 stars.

Very clean hotel in maheshwar centrally located with roof top restaurant near by to bus stand. Staff is very polite. Food is awosme.

10/10 for service & staff behavior 9/10 for food quality 8/10 for ambience and location. Suggestions for improvement — We stayed in family room which is in basement need ventilation. Lift under construction must required in 4 story hotel. Over all good hotel to stay. C u again.

I stayed in the hotel along with my family for one night on 08.06.18 in the family occupancy at basement. The family room was so good and clean. Their roof top restaurant was also awesome. The staff at reception and restaurant was well behaved and courteous. I met with the owner of the property Mr. Subhash Patidar, a humble and down to earth son of the soil (Bhumi Putra). He was also nice and co-operative. The work of lift in the hotel is in progress and hope that next time when I visit Maheshwar, it would be ready. I give this hotel 10 on 10 points.

Provide excellent facility.

Hotel rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Looks to be new hotel. Service is very nice. There is a cook in restaurant who cooks food fresh upon order and it was very very tasty and as per our requirements stated. Dal Khichadi was very nice. Staff is very polite and cooperative, owner Mr. Patidar is very nice person.

Hotel was really good, I took royal suite for 3 people and it was very spacious. Hotel interiors, service and food quality is amazing. I think it is one of the best hotel in Maheshwar and I would definitely recommend any one coming here to stay in. I must say the staff was really very friendly and the service provided were at par the 4 star hotel. They have got the parking (if anyone coming by car). All in all Kudos to this hotel and their staff.

The rooms are really spacious n clean… food is great with the rooftop facility as the cherry on the cake… the staff is very cooperative n welcoming… I would stay there only whenever I will visit Maheshwar again…! Very reasonable in comparison to the facilities…!

The hotel seems to be a new construction. Anyway their rooms are good — spacious, subtle and pleasant interior, all required furniture & equipments are available. Toilets are spacious with famed fittings. Now the food. The food was simply awesome. And it's not just my opinion but of our whole group (12 people). They cook whatever you ask them to, at a very reasonable price. And trust me, the quality of food along with taste is simply great. The response of hotel staff is very quick. They are very helpful and supportive. No misbehavior was noted during our stay. The only setback is that they don't have lift. But that can be ignored taking into account — quality of rooms at prices offered, quality of food at prices offered and helpful behaviour of hotel staff. Highly recommended for every type of visitor — individual, couple, family or large groups. Keep up the good work guys!

Excellent hospitality! We checked in late in the evening, pleasantly surprised to see such a quick service by the owner himself and the humble staff. Within short period we were served with delicious food for 14 people. And their rooftop restaurant was awesome… If we visit maheshwar again our stay gonna be Hotel Royal Residency.

It was an amazing experience. I stayed with 2 more families here and loved the place. The food is best in entire Madhya Pradesh. The chef is awesome, the owner is really helpful. Must stay in Maheshwar…
