As an event manager I got disappointed with the rude behaviour of staff.
There are many hotels in Ahmedabad which are far better in hospitality.
I would not prefer performing here again. Anyways. Ambience and food are good.

Beautiful place for relaxation… n tasty hygienic food.

No doubt that the overall hospitality is great but I got to know a quite disturbing views from their servicing staff members who have been working there for more than 12 hours continuously because the hotel has cut down on their staff. I feel this is really sad part in this industry where the minimum working hours is already too much which is 12 hours but I met with few servicing members who are working beyond 12 hours. Where is labour law policy here?. This a serious issue in this industry where staff members are treated inhumanely and they are not even compensated for their overtime work. This is not a complaint but a suggestion for the management to look into this and do not take advantage of the servicing staff members in lieu of pandemic.

The food is exceptionally delicious. Thanks to the Executive chef Mr Sunil, he has been so delightful and warm, and ofcourse the food he made for us was marvelous and very very tasty. He made us feel eating at home only. Such an expectional guy he is.

Talking of restaurant the service was unmatched. The food was absolutely amazing we had 3 meals and everything we tasted melted in other mouths and was very light on stomach.
We had people in our group from 5 different states all with different taste and to my surprise each one of them appreciated the meal and had the same opinion.

Room's cleanliness, food, atmosphere, hospitality all were good. Nice place to stay in.

Front staff behavior is pathetic and specific Mr Ankur, he is not customer oriented and above all the attitude is negative and rest of staff is excellent and with good attitude.

Crowne Plaza is a beautiful property. The banquets, seminar areas and open spaces have been well Designed and thought upon. The restaurant is also good when it comes to food. The only issue is the parking because whenever there is some meeting of event, it is very difficult to go with your vehicle. I think they should have included parkings as per their occupancy. Rest all is Superb.

Amazing place. The food is worth the money they have a wide range of delicacies and cuisines from veg to non veg and even different types of beverages and coffees and they're open 24/7 which is always an added benefit. Some of the dishes are exquisite to the place are a must try. Give this place a shot and you'll be happy to have choosen this.

Amazing ambience… You will love that environment. We tried lunch there, food was delicious and lots of variety. Value for money. Also staff members are polite and cooperative.

Ask anyone about their biggest takeaways from a big, fat Indian wedding and more or less the answers would be food, venue and service. And if any of it would go wrong, you are subject of gossip for, say, forever. My family was worried, too, as we zeroed in on a venue for my sister Mitul's wedding. And then, we met the staff at Crowne Plaza and what was even more exciting was to see one of my oldest friends and chef par excellence, Aman Tandon, at the helm of the affairs. We were assured there and then that this would be an affair none of the guests would forget in a long, long time. It's been a little over a week (and yes, I am late to submit this review) and we still have people calling us up and telling us what an amazing wedding it was.
The way the staff handled the guests including us, the smile never leaving their faces even for a minute, was commendable.
The food, thank you again Aman, was so, so, so good — as promised when we decided on the menu. Customised, not run-of-the-mill, simple yet super-yum and left an everlasting memory.
The venue was beautiful to say the least, there was someone to constantly help us, guide us and check on us.

Checked out of Holiday Inn Express across town to stay here. This hotel is IHG's true gem in India. The service was golden from the moment we checked in. The staff genuinely had great camaraderie with one another and we felt truly welcomed to the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bathrooms were heavenly. We didn't get to use the amenities of the hotel, but we did explore the pool deck, gym, and spas. They were top notch!

Its was very bad experience when u r staying 5 star ur Expectations are better than other star hotels but here is like the dont care for anything when we had function there n when we found some issue n we share with reception than are like dont care n they suggest us dont go for book next time find some better option it was very rude ans Management should briefed about staff where customer is always right n never should be ans like they should go for other place.

I have been to this hotel for the first time for dinner. And my experience was very good. Food was very good. Staff was also helpful. Ambiance was also good. Overall very good experience. Desert was also very good.

Awesome hotel with good lunch and dinner options along with roof top pool. Ambience of restaurant named "Essence" is very good. Awesome service provided by staff inside the restaurant. Food quality is mouthwatering. Lots of Indian chaats are also available here inside the restaurant. Live ice cream counter is also here where you can enjoy cold stone ice creams of various flavors. They present buttermilk in a glass bottle. Variety of salads and desserts are also available here. Buffet food with awesome quality served here. Must visit place. Wallet parking is also there.

Been there for a conference… Received One of the best services in my experience so far… The footfall became twice more than what we anticipated but the service staff were so helpful that they ensured that all our guests had proper dinner and no one was left unattended. Thanks a ton.

Triology is an excellent restaurant with authentic cuisine and nice ambience and service. Fairly good parking with valet service available. However the food of the Buffet restaurant at the ground floor is just satisfactory in terms of authenticity while service and ambience and seating space is excellent there as well.

The hotel is located bank on SG highway. The reception staff is very cooperative and make you feel really special. The coffee shop staff from steward to chef are outstanding and take care of each and every requirement carefully. The food is very tasty.

We used the benquet for a function in family and the place is spacious and arrangements were good. They allowed us to decorate as per our choice as far as we don't damage the walls. It was over all a good experience. I have not had chance to eat at restaurants yet but I have heard that's also good.

Really great rooms, the service was top notch. For breakfast we had lots of options. The service there was also great. Very clean place to be. Even the washrooms were huge in the room. Must visit place if you planning to stay for a while in ahmedabad. Very economical and great ambience. The receptionist were also very friendly. Will definitely visit here again.

The hotel is good. The location is just out of city. The breakfast is good specially South Indian. The room service is slow but nice and caring. Few guys are not sure cool. Lounge is really cool. The rooms are spacious with the latest facilities (latest ihome). The hotel has a sauna gym and spa. Meeting rooms are also available.

I have been there a few times. Twice to attend functions in its banquet which I must say is a very good space. It's perfectly lit and has great service. I also stayed there for a weekend. It has got some good rooms providing one with comfort and needed facilities. The only disappointment for me was the vegetarian buffet lunch. It was ok in terms of variety in food but I wasn't quite satisfied with the taste. All in all, it was a good experience.

Essence at Ground floor. Barely few steps from the entrance makes it lil boring. A restaurant at a height and quiet place would have made it look better. Average food.

Though the food at their inhouse restaurant is really good, the hotel in general is low at management. No prompt service. Communication between staff is next to zero. Had major problems with the payment through credit card. We had asked for pickup from airport. One staff member said it's on it's way. We called again, other staff member picked up this time to say there was no booking for the pickup. It was a total mess. We were waiting for cab for almost an hour. Ola came to our rescue. Oh and Ola is cheaper than their cab service, less than half the rate. Rooms are clean and tidy. Did not get a chance to use the spa services.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. Quality of room, amenities, cleanliness etc was all top class. Staff was courteous at reception and offered immediate help when requested. Location is good with plenty of eating and shopping options. One thing which hotel can improve is appearance and grooming of staff members.

Had the buffet dinner as well as the buffet lunch both were fantastic… large variety of food amazing taste! Also the ambience is wonderful.

Great place. Lots of variety veg as well as non-veg. We have gone for buffet dinner and it was (well) better than what I had in mind. High chairs. Nice service. Good variety of Ice-cream and starters. Place is visible from the road in any traffic. Yeah also wheelchair accessible. Must visit place.

Rooms are spacious and lively, with adequate lighting. Bathroom is spacious with tub and shower seperately. Food is good. You can have three food outlets to dine at dinner time. Staff is friendly and well behaved.

Through my 10+ day stay at the Crowne Plaza for work, I came to meet a new friend, Hardik Kansara through some rudamentary American Sign Language and hybrid Indian-Hindu Sign Language! I’m so happy that Crowne Plaza gave Hardik an opportunity to have a good job — what is special about Hardik? He is unable to hear or deaf but provides 5 service to each customer and always has a in everything he does. The hotel overall, is also a 5 and perfect for Americans traveling for work or pleasure. It is conveniently located 5 minute walk to my Ahmedabad office. I they provide excellent service throughout the hotel — each restaurant, front desk, guest services, room cleaning, even security. The hotel really tries to know each customer or maybe it’s because I have extended stays Highly recommend Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad!

Superb ground floor cafe to have coffee with someone. Very calm atmosphere at day time and romantic at night time. Nice lighting chandeliers and good interior.

Very nice and efficient Staff. Good food lovely spread in the buffet. Rooms have everything you would want in a 5star Hotel Only issue is it is a bit kind of far from Airport.

Visited for buffet lunch. Not so great not bad at all. But over priced considering the food options and variety. Main course options are very limited in Veg, Starters not so great, chat counter is good, desserts were worth of the amount spent at last. Hygiene:5*, Food quality 3*, Food freshness 5*, service 3*. Book a table if you want to visit on weekends. Good for family gatherings and parties. Need to improve menu items and need to include options like, mojitos, smoothies, other soft drinks. But overall nice place to visit, you won't spoil your tummy after eating here.

Good place. Good ambience. I have been here twice for conferences. Good food too. Spacious conference rooms too. Vallet parking available here. The only thing is they don't invite two wheeler parking inside.

The restaurant — Bella. The time — dinner. And the food — downright amazing. This place serves food fit to sit on the plates of the finest food critics of the country, maybe more. We started with sushi, which was better than can be put into words. Then came the mushroom starters, which was right up there with the sushi. For the main course, we had the Thai prawn curry and sticky japanese rice, which mixed and blended together perfectly and yet had a separate identity. And for dessert, we had cold stone ice cream, of a flavour that I couldn't even place, but was sure that I was hallucinating. All in all, the perfect experience and the perfect dinner.

Not up to expectations. The food in the banquet is ordinary. Space is not too big. Attended a party of around 300 people. Was feeling tight. The location is excellent. The facade and interiors are good. The food quality lacks a bit.

I have been to Crowne Plaza quite a lot of time and its great service, food and experience has made me coe down here and post… From the time you enter getting the valet parking done to people greeting you once u enter till you leave the whole experience is awsome… Well, the ambience is splendid and comfortable. Service was impeccable and justifying brand Crowne Plaza. The food. Yeah it was hygienic and served beautifully. Spread was grand and there was something for everyone; including a separate counter for kids. Veg food was awesome and paneer starter was a pleasant surprise If you are looking for a perfect sunday brunch, then look no further. This is the best place for sunday brunch. This brunch packs a punch with endless options. The spread of food was huge, fresh and mouth watering. Every dish that was on offer was delicious. The types of cuisine consisted — Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Indian muglai, chaats, french etc. It was like christmas in July! There were more than 15 options for desserts. Special thanks to chef Aman for always being their guiding you perfectly on what would suit your taste buds The service was great and the food was perfect. The quality and presentation of food was immaculate. It was quite an overwhelming experience. By far the best sunday brunch in town.

The best hotel in Ahmedabad so far. In my opinion better than the Marriot. I really like the gym. They have everything you need for a complete workout. The restaurant are very good, too. The stuff is friendly and always take good care to all your needs. The only thing I regret that I was staying so many weeks in Ahmedabad the last 3 years and not changed to the Crown Plaza earlier.

We went for dinner at their Bella restaurant. It is an Italian food restaurant. The service was very good. Some food items were average and some good. Nothing exceptional. But drinks were pretty good.

Good ambience, Good Food, Good Service and great Hospitality. Been here a year ago during the Press Conference of Bollywood Cricketers and felt the warmth and patience of the staff that time. Exactly a year after, my visit yesterday has been super memorable with Aroma Restaurant experience — Coffee and Sandwiches with Friends and cozy chit chats for a long time. Very courteous staff and mild natured, well mannered people around including the Doorman who stood on toes to escort us in and out. Well lit with sunlight pouring in and cozy evening with glittering lights adorning the huge corridors.
A perfect place for biz meet ups, friends or couple cozy experience. Even recommend for Press Conferences, Biz or staff lunch//Dinner.

Amazing amenity and food location I found. Taste that is not forgettable for the next few days make me encourage for once more wonderful time with my siblings. Both restaurants serve amazing food. Essence is great for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Bella has some really authentic Italian food. The pizza there is just delicious.

We had organized our company's Annual function here and believe me it was truly an amazing experience. The way the managers, staff co-ordinates is commendable. It was overall a very good experience. You can definitely give it a try here and I am sure you will like it.

Overall very fine pla e. Service is otherwise fine. But during my 1st visit to hotel about 10 days back, breakfasr ordered was simply forgotten. It was only checking up after 45 mins that was told that they have forgotten. Got ut after further 20 mins. Resulted in reaching Aband Late by an hour due to which the meeting eith a client was cancelled and had to cut a sorry face. Had it been a hotel chain outside India would have sued and woukd have paid a bomb. But no response from the hotel management inspite if giving the detailed complaint.
