We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Ahmedabad for eight days, and we loved it! The rooms are comfortable, modern, and clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent and helpful, especially a gentleman named Hesh. We loved relaxing and eating in the lounge on our floor. We ate breakfast and dinner every day at the hotel restaurant, Tinello. They offer Western and Indian food. The breakfast buffet was superb and dinner choices were great. The restaurant staff remembered our preferences day by day and were very kind. One young waiter served me chocolate chip/slivered almond pancakes every morning because he knew I loved them. Tap water had been treated and was safe, and ample bottled water was provided for our needs. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, always extremely helpful, spoke English well, and provided excellent drivers for daily tours around town. Naval was an especially great driver/guide. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency for your stay in Ahmedabad, India!

It is a lovely place of hospitality in the center of the city. Great banquet hall with double height volume is quite interesting. Room with average 5 star facility. Ambiance, service and hospitality is at peak, food was ok.

Nice venue to organize conference and seminars. Food is not that much tasty as you find in other restaurants in Ahmedabad. Also parking and metro work create a big problem. You have to be ready to face traffic jam and all. Overall a good place inside.

We had come from Mount Abu after a long drive with family to this hotel and our check in very quick. My son wished to go the swimming pool as they open till 10 PM which is not usual in many luxury hotels. We did go for a swim in the morning before breakfast and found the pool clean. The breakfast buffet was very wonderful with lot of varieties Indian — south and north items and quite good. The staff in this hotel were very friendly and helpful and helped lot and cooked special lunch (khichedi) for my wife out of his way to satisfy us in all respects. The others were equally good.

An amazing flavour full family dinner / Breakfast experience at Tinello, the Italian food is best only at Tinello in the city but the courtious staff is an add on. The staff is not only supportive but is immensely well groomed and educated where one feels at complete comfort. Would specially thank Sagar and Sanjay from the staff to make this place amongst my most favorites.

I'm staying here and expect breakfast everything needs to be improved. Management seems to be very conservative. My room 645 cooling is not at all comfortable. Rooms are good size, good ambience.

They are very courteous and helping. The complete staff is attentive and prompt to any questions. They have the dining area on the ground floor and the pool gym and spa.

In city like Ahmedabad, If you want grab a nice cup of coffee or cutting chai in the midnight then this is the best place to look forward. I like the ambience here. Its so cozy n peaceful obviously it's in night. They serve really yummy cookies.

Excellent arrangement. Very good. The education fairs are conducted by various educational institutes. Normally ground floor is used. The main hall on ground floor is very large to accommodate 100 counters. The refresh sent arrange. Ents and security measure are provided.

Great food! Very nice ambiance and service! Chefs make requested food that's not even menu. You can't go wrong at China House! Must go for quiet relaxing and tasteful food! Excellent experience.

A good option conveniently located and friendly staff that is really helpful and cooperative. Interiors is lavish and gives a feel of a posh upscale place. It’s getting popular amongst foreign visitors these days. A small suggestion, Valet parking facility needs some improvement as at times when a conference ends one has to wait long to get their cars.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. During my stay, my room qualified for late afternoon checkout and guest services honored the request. But after 12 pm I kept receiving numerous calls from staff as to when I will be checking out. At one point, a staff even try go enter my room even though Do Not Disturb sign was on, luckily, I had the privacy chain active or else he would have walked in on me. Room was great, breakfast service subpar, but not worth the rate for unprofessional staff and 2 star hotel service. Not staying at this location. Only chose Hyatt due to lack of Hilton properties in this town.

The excellent service starts at the security gate and spills over into the lobby and foyer. You are greeted with a warm "english" welcome and assistance is swift and proffesional! World class cuisine us served by courteous staff prepared by famous chefs! The selection of restaurants caters for informal social meetings to the more formal structured dining choices. All different. All sumptuous! Thank you! The hot chocolate pudding at Collage is to DIE for! And so is the service! South Africa.

As Five star service. We have book two board rooms for meetings. They give us dedicated staff for us. Food Quality is good. Food rates are higher… as Five service.

The hotel is good. Food is amazing. Rooms are all great. The service can be improved. I stayed at night so whenever I used to order anything for room service it used to take lot of time and had to remind them constantly. Otherwise everything is great.

We have had an amazing time staying at the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad over the Christmas and New Year holidays 2017/18. Excellent guests service provided by each and every member of staff. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely restaurant and cafe. Will definitely be staying there again.

We visited their pan-asian restaurant. Lovely ambience and one of the few places in Ahmedabad that serves pork, duck and. Absolutely delicious food. Service is a bit casual almost a little sloppy. But you won't notice it over the food.

The hotel is awesome. It has got a awesome views from the rooms of the hotel. It has all the facilities which also include swimming pool, spa, gym and also a Chinese restaurant named 'China House'. One can also apply for deluxe suits. The breakfast is complementary and room service is available 24 hours.

The premier most hotel in heart of Ahmedabad. Very close to airport and convenient if you want to commute to Gandhinagar. Excellent and stunning view of Sabarmati River Front especially the sunrise. One of the finest restaurants in town. Tinello as the best Italian restaurant and China club as the best Chinese restaurant. Not to mention lavish spread of breakfast in the morning.

Their Chinese restaurant China House is super and they serve lovely sushi, tempura out there. Their chocolate desserts r excellent. Even there banquet halls r good. Tinello serves best salads in town. Their wallet service is very slow.

Very clean, great facilities with swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. The restaurants serve good food. The staff is very friendly and speaks english very well. Great location.

Good rooms and Conference halls. Staff is very polite and much helpful. They know the system and helps in best way. Food in Conference was good but not to the best level. They struggled to manage peak flow in lunch as they can't handle too many persons at once. Lift waiting is much more as compared to other competitors.

I visited the hotel within my first week in the City. Although it doesn't have much in terms of location it makes up for it in richness. The colours are a bit dull but in a classy way. The food was ok, service was also good. I had chicken Biryani with buttered Naan. It was ok. For dessert I had Tiramisu and I'd go back for this.

Five Star Hotel. Good for stay at Ahmedabad. Its on Ashram Road main road of Ahmedabad. It's between the Old City and New City. River Front is very near walking distance. T here is outdoor Swimming pool, lexurious Aadi Spa, Ballroom, 24 hours fitness center.

We happen to stay here for a long time. So, almost seen every aspect of it. Yet loved it.

We had exhibition here… Nice hotel at Ahmadabad… maintains its brand as hyatt… Taste was not that good… But over all nice one.

We love the ambiance. Setup is beautifuly done in all the outlets. My favourite is chai shop. Food and service is amezing. Mr. Sanjay Anand is a amezing person we feel very comfortable talking to him, always with a smiling face, nice hospitality. Also I would like to mention Ratan (I hope it’s the correct name) his service is superb. Uniform of the staff is added a luxurious look everywhere. Just loved it. We will come again and again. Very exited to try the pan asian restaurant. Keep it up guys. Best of luck.

The staff there are extremely helpful and cooperative people. They did everything to ensure that our office event went on to be a success. The food, in particular, was appreciated by all the guests.

When you visit a restaurant associated with a big name and brand, you tend to expect a lot. And Hyatt Regency on Ashram Road does not disappoint at all. I visited Tinello, their Italian restaurant and it was a treat to be here. You can ask for a custom version of a particular dish in the menu to suit your palate. The hospitality and service is top notch.

A good hotel which has a nice location, good amenities, huge and splendid banquet with high ceiling and contemporary rooms. The only down side is that food is difficult to distinguish as veg and non veg both are served on same table and there is no colour tag which can distinguish veg from non veg. Most of the time people are not savvy enough to read tags. But somehow that bad odour helped to distinguish and some guests saved themselves.

The Hotel has great ambience and rooms are nice as well. Staff are attentive and go the extra mile to make the guest happy. That being said the buffet spreads are alright at best, non-veg varieties offered are limited even for Sunday night dinner… taste wise, few dishes were excellent but few are very disappointing. Leaving one with mixed feeling. Complimentary Internet speed given to guests is a lousy 1 Mbps, where as one gets more than 4 Mbps on Cellular network. Higher speeds are available at Premium… better to stick with Cellular 4G network.

I visited this place for a food styling and photography workshop. The ambience, taste as well as staff cooperation is appreciative.

Poor servIce at Tinello, not suitable for long stay. Make you wait for more than half hour for just roti, rude, careless waiters. They don't even have a proper complaint mechanism. I had to leave after 40 minutes of waiting for roti & had to eat outside the hotel at a street food vendor. Agonizing experience. Forget the 5 stars, we are a group of 14 people staying for 2 weeks & they can't even serve dinner. What good are these stars without basic food? Forget gourmet meals, fine dining they can't even serve Roti.

Our company had organized a conference at Hyatt. It was a big hall on ground floor which could seat somewhere around 400 people. There were 3 high definition projectors which made sure that the videos being played were visible to everyone. This was followed by a Buffet dinner. The service was very good. Food too was very tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is located in the easily accessible location. It has got the biggest ball room in entire Ahmadabad. Staff is friendly & helpful. Chai shop offers some amazing delicacies. The ambiance around the hotel is good & rooms are also spacious.

This was my first trip to India, and this hotel was outstanding. EVERYONE in this hotel from the front desk staff, to the dining room staff, to the cleaning staff went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was comfortable while staying at the hotel. By far the best hotel experience I have ever had!
