Very clean and comfortable. Super locatio and good value for money when staying in Reykjavik. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have many different apartments on several floors. We had 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen and livingroom at the top floor. Check-in and check-out is very easy and convenient. Recommended!

All doors windows locked. No AC, poor ventilation, exorbitant rates inBergen, Norway. Coastal city with mean, petty people. Anti non white people, do not want to serve anything to people in any commercial establishment. Country is bad.

Apartment and bathroom very new. Very well equipped kitchen. Central and with two parking spaces.

Value for money, location downtown with free parking, clean, 24-hour convenience store 10 minutewalk walk, near Reykjavik Cathedral.

Fantastic place! When I forgot about the date change and accidentally booked a night when I'd actually still be on the plane flying in they helped me resell the night and refunded me the price they got for it. I've never heard of a hotel, hostel or airbnb doing this and I worked in hospitality for many years. Besides being generous hosts, they were very helpful and great at directing us to authentic restaurants. The room was gorgeous, with black out curtains and a very comfy bed. I have to say also, the shower blew my mind. Instead of a hot and cold knob, there was a labeled temperature control and a pressure control. Don't know if this is all of Iceland but it's made me think my bathroom remodel.

Nice, clean rooms with plenty of space. Well located in Reykjavic, easy to get to sites in the city and bus stops for tour pickups.

We had a great stay here while basing ourselves in Reykjavik. Only a 3 min walk from bus stop 7 where a lot of major tour companies will pick you up. The flat was comfortable with great facilities — food is expensive in Iceland so having a kitchen there to prepare most of our meals was great. Staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Good deal for the money! Central location and easy to find compared to other places we stayed in Reykjavik.

Love this place. Cozy, clean, just perfect. I wouldn't ask for more and it is highly recommended. The guys at the reception is lovely and friendly.

We got an apartment facing the street, as the building is not sound proof at all, we got sorts of noises, the pub music across the street, drunk people yelling at night, the door slum from the other apartments etc. We came at 8pm and waited 15mins for check-ins with the other two groups of people. Other than those, the location is indeed great.

Great central location. We had rented a car and parking was at a premium (2 free spots for all apartments). On street parking available, but expensive, an required payment every 90 minutes during the day. Other that, great place for a stay in Reykjavik.

Very nice and big apartment. Nice people who worked there. The only thing was that for all the apartments it was just two parking lots. So we had to park in the on the road and pay.

Nice apartments to stay in Reikiavik. The staff was very nice. The room was very ample and had a cooking/dining area separated from the living/sleeping area. Contemporary decoration.

Marco knows what he is doing! Well located and furnished. Reasonably priced for the area. Clean and spacious. Good night's sleep when you lay your head and a good shower to soak under in the morning.

My stay at the Rey apartments was fantastic. They have the best accommodations and are centrally located. When I return to Reykjavik I will be staying at the Reys Apartments.

It's a lovely comfortable apartment to stay during your visit to Iceland. We had a wonderful time. The owner, Marco is a great chap and very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy and very safe. We have No complaints whatsoever. ☺️

We arrived at Reys Apartments a little tired from driving from the North, and all under the weather a bit, meeting Marco and being greeted so warmly, was the best comfort. He helped get us settle into an awesome room, with an amazing balcony & view of the Church. After a little rest, it was easy to walk the streets and see the sites, as this guesthouse is in the centre of town and everything you need to see.
Our nights were peaceful, with comfy beds, and in the morning we could enjoy our own tea and fresh toasted bread, from the bakery about a block away, good morning stretch!
My brother liked the Viking brand beer, so Marco gave him a beer glass, in exchange we gave him Canadian Mitts, for his kindness and professionalism, thank you for a great stay, highly recommend, Happy Travellers!

We have 7 people live in 401 on the top floor. Never considered it if you're more than 6 people. The room is crowded and your head must hit the ceiling.

Awesome! The staff are very nice and welcoming, and the apartment was very nice and clean and had everything you might need. The beds were the most comfortable ones I've slept in during my 10 day trip across the country. The location is perfect! It's somehow just far enough away from the party spots further down the street to be nice and quiet, but is still in the middle of town surrounded by bars and cafés and with the main shopping street just a couple of minutes away on foot. I'm definitely staying here again next time I come to Reykjavík.

Six of us stayed 4 nights at Rey Apartments. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. They are in a great area with coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket just minutes away. The staff were friendly, easy to contact and helpful. Great accommodation. Highy recommend!

An excellent choice for anyone who wants to visit Reykjavik without breaking the bank. You do pay a little more than average for the accommodation, but you can more than make up for that by not having to eat out every day you're there — which is an expensive business, believe me. The building is centrally located, with easy access to local amenities: groceries, restaurants and bars. Rooms are warm, very comfortable and fairly well equipped. You get a cooker (though no oven), pots/pans and crockery, as well as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There was an iron and a hair dryer too, along with a TV which had a selection of English and German stations in addition to local Icelandic ones. The best feature for me, though, was the wetroom shower which was as powerful as standing under any Icelandic​ waterfall, and like everywhere in Reykjavik, it gets its hot water directly from nearby hot springs. Honestly, I could have spent all of my four nights under that shower.

Fantastic place to stay if you visit Iceland you won't find a better place at such hood value. We were certainly made very welcome. Very clean. In extremely good location. Modern apartments.

We had such a warm welcome from Marco and the studio we stayed in was clean, stylish and comfortable. I'd mentioned it was our honeymoon and when we got to our studio there was a bottle of fizz and a bar of chocolate on the table. So thoughtful! As far as location goes you can't beat it. Rey Apts are dead central and next door to a great ice cream parlour. I cannot recommend Rey apartments highly enough.

This place was great except for incredibly noisy kids in the morning. The bedroom windows overlook other people's balconies and patios. The walls seems very thin as you can hear everything from other apartments.

Room was well furnished. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Close to the church as well. Offers deals to a lot of tour activities.
