We stayed here on our most recent trip to Budapest. The service was incredible, the staff were very helpful even gave advice on best nail salons to visit! We got upgraded on our second night and even gave us a free bottle of wine and chocolates to apologise for the inconvenience. It's not often you get a Hotel that proves they value customer comfort as much as they say they do, but this place really did. Beds were very comfortable, maps were so helpful!, buffet breakfast complete with champagne and smoothies alongside snacks and sangria provided for free all day! Also so central and minutes to everything but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The stay is very much so worth it! Thank you again to the wonderful customer care! Would certainly stay again. ~happy customer.

If I go back to Budapest, I will definitely stop only to here! Service — fire! All soap-red accessories L'oketan! As a compliment when checking in — a bottle of wine! In the minibar there is A FROST with ICE and ice cream! In the plinth — sauna! Parking is a 3-minute walk for 20 euros.

Well set out and very friendly and efficient staff. We asked to change our room purely they put us in an apartment which was not suitable. When we had been out for the day all our belonging had been transferred the our new room. Breakfast excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice rooms, great location (quite close to Opera metro station, Nyugati train station and the Pest center overall), amazing breakfasts and great touches like lemonade for free in the first part of the day and sangria in the afternoon. A small bottle of wine welcomed me on the arrival — also appreciated! Reception service is great as well. Wi-fi very good and the roof terrace is a place to be! Price is reasonable for the service provided. Would gladly stay again.

The hotel is in the centre of Budapest, close to bars and restaurants there is a cozy inn or a luxurious, the rooms are very well are very spacious, clean, but still remember a bit old in any case the hotel has something that makes you be well rested invites you to relax, and it seems that it has a certain charm. The terrace upstairs invites to chat and relax between friends or lie down in the maca and read a book. Yes the breakfast to be a hotel with the stars, which you have is pretty varied and is not expected of a hotel of this category. The scrambled eggs and the bacon are very well made and the orange juice slack down… Jjj.

Amazing staff! The hotel is well designed beautiful classy and calming. I find the area to be central in a lovely area of town. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. When I come back to Budapest I will stay here again. Very accessible and accommodating for my wheelchair and disability.

I can not imagine a better hotel in Budapest let alone anywhere. The rooms are great and reasonably priced, the staff is amazing… actually amazing doesn’t cover it. They book everything for you and constantly make sure you are satisfied. As a family of 4… we could not be happier. They have free Wi-Fi and you can bring Wi-Fi with you touring the city for only $4 a day. So don’t add a foreign phone plan because it’s a rip off since you can use 5 phones in the city for only $4 a day! Oh and the “continental breakfast “ is fantastic. It’s not like in the US. They had pretty much everything and that saved us a lot of money. I have traveled all over the world and I have to say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. My wife and I actually feel it’s almost absurd how accommodating they are. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I know this review sounds ridiculous but it is sincere.

Great hotel, location at the top next to the opera and St Etienne Cathedral. The staff were very welcoming. Our executive room was very nice, clean, quiet (except when the world was coming in the hallway, quite noisy). Breakfast very good, some things homemade. Sauna with bathrobes and slippers available. A short place for a discovery stay in Budapest! Only the bottle of wine offered at the finish was not very good…

This was a great hotel that provided everything we needed. They were so courteous and friendly. Very clean and within walking distance to a lot of the things we wanted to see.

Nice little hotel in very old house with very friendly staff. Rooms are OK, the air conditioning but too noisy and the view not exactly optimal. The bathroom is definitely too small, but it's all clean and comfortable. The fitness area is absolutely too small, but is perfect for a lap on the treadmill. The breakfast is OK and the staff very helpful. There is no place in the lobby where you may have a coffee.

Clean and comfortable. Service with warm tea in the afternoon and warm home made wine with for free. The location is good as well, near the metro.

Excellent option to spend a few days in Budapest. Our room on the top floor with four windows to the rooftops of the city was very nice and equipped with everything you need for comfort, including kitchen with kitchenware.

Great location, excellent reception service, constant customer details (hot punch, tea, pasta. ), at the time of the entrance we were presented with a bottle of wine, the hotel Apattamento is surrounded by restaurants, but at the same time the area Offer rest.

A perfect experience for my first visit in Budapest. Hotel very well located, in a calm street. The welcome at the reception was warm and very pleasant. Very clean and large room. Breakfast very good. I will choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to come back to Budapest.

Good hotel in great location, in pedestrian area with several restaurants very close and a few meters from the Opera. You can get to everything on foot and it is a great convenience. Rooms are not particularly comfortable but spacious and clean with a kitchenette. Reception staff prepared and very polite. Good breakfast too if the room is very cramped. Small snacks and hot and cold drinks available for free throughout the day.

Overall a lovely hotel. Received amazing service on arrival, all the cleaners were friendly friendly and approachable. The location was good and felt safe and clean, quiet at night. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, could have improved the 'cooked breakfast' selection, variety in general lacked. We were disappointed to have two single very thin duvets on one large double bed, especially at this time of year. The kitchen area had everything we needed, the room was cleaned to a high standard when we arrived, complimentary drinks and food were left out during the day, so overall a pleasant stay.

One of the best hotels we've been in. The most friendly and helpful staff. Free goodwill gestures on every corner (coffee to go, sangeria and snacks…). Wonderful rooms, great locations. Sparkling clean. Came with a family of 5 for 8 days. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Please be aware of a scam about the the Opera Garden next to this hotel (not sure if they are asociated) but if someone (like Elisabeth Sisi from Badoo) suggest to come to this place you will be ripped off. She (and her accomplice) works together with this bar/cafe and will charge you ridiculous amount of money for drinks so please BE AWARE! Don’t fall for her charms and ‘innocent’ approach! Check out the menu before ordering any drinks!

Magnificent Aparthotel in the centre of Budapest, great location between Opera and St. Stephen's Cathedral.

Central, clean, wonderful breakfast.

Very clean and elegant rooms. I stayed there 3 days in the summer. Its in a great location on a central street but the noise wont bother you. Problem is they dont have free parking and you pay an extra fee for that. The parking is at around 100 metres distance from the hotel. Loved the fact they had free snacks and sangria near the elevator. They also greet you with a small bottle of wine and chocolates in your first day. Another negative aspect was the breakfast. It was ok and decent and pretty fresh but wasnt worth the price honestly. They had the same stuff every day.

Overall the experience was good, quite satisfactory. The hotel, although small, is very clean, and the staff are attentive. The room is spacious and the AC works well. I only emphasize that the publicity of the hotel used photos and said to have a jacuzzi or a hydrospa in its wellness area, that when I went to look for them they did not exist.

Nice apartment. Lovely breakfast. We stayed inRoom 1 which was a perfect location for the afternoon sangria and morning coffees. Only complaints would be that the wardrobe corner was so dark it was hard to find clothes and that when the sofa bed was used in the lounge there was no accessible mirror with a decent light. Staff were v helpful. Location was perfect. Upstairs bed was v comfy. Perfect for a family.

I do not hesitate to come back again to this hotel when I return to Budapest.
