The good memories in Budapest remained in the worst memory by this one hotel. I do not have a handbag in the morning restaurant and I will bring a handbag containing a passport and important items on the floor of the entrance of the cafeteria and enter the restaurant and need a meal. It is a special service only for hotels that you do not see wherever you go all over the world. The unfriendly and rude employee was thus a behavior which can not be done as a human being. They are no better than the rude beasts bred by the hotel president. The size of the hotel is also small and troublesome, same as the trash box, the worst, the case the same as the hell the discomfort is the same. If you want special hell experience, you may book here. Such a place is also truly blunt by the government of this country that gave the hotel and permission. There is no development of this country which is this.

Don't expect much. Room door lock was broken, you can't carry baggage into restaurant. Otherwise fine though.

Nice rooms and price. Plus point is it's near airport.

The room was very old. The room was clean.

The building is not new, as are the renovations, but the rooms are clean enough. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Only one elevator worked, which is not very convenient for large groups of tourists.
Breakfast-Buffet. In principle, a good set of products.
Far from the center, got by public transport.
Overall, the rating is positive as for a hotel of this class.

Nice hotel, clean. Only one elevator. With a large number of residents is a problem.

A joint that does not meet the minimum standards of hygiene (dirt in the beds, organic remains of other tourists, some other cockroach) and with a treatment of their staff, which not only scratches poor education and incompetence, but even intimidation and bullying. Flee.

Very old bathrooms, buffet, small dining room do not let you enter with purse or bags, nothing advisable.

They say that everyone judges on their own. So this hotel with mania that they are eaten or stolen. In the restaurant with bags categorically not allowed. The breakfast is OK. Rooms are without frills and without water. A nasty residue. Nearby there is a shop with an exchanger.

To mourn, old, closet without doors in the room and a bath of the years 50 and unique menu. Bad boy.

It is not possible that there can be such poor and bad hotels. I was in this deplorable hotel, dirty and filthy. With receptionists trained to appropriate the students' deposit. We had to threaten them with calling the police and reporting them. Be careful because, when you leave, in the withdrawal of the deposit, excuses are invented, just to make you pay some damage. Many school groups, in order not to miss the plane pay without discussion. The food is bad and the room staff is respectively proportionate to the baseness of the hotel.

It's the worst hotel I've ever visited in my life. Unpleasant staff, treated with rudeness. They assume you're a thief when you go to have breakfast so you can't carry a bag or backpack with personal stuff. They invent that you've messed up the room to collect a fine. Zero stars.

Really lousy hotel, rude and indecent staff to all the schools that stay in that hotel one way and the other they steal your bail. We stayed there 5 days and we were robbed €500 of bail for cigarette butts in a room (obviously they did not have the rehearsals) and for loud (they must feel really good to know that in a hotel of 6 floors practically full we were doing the casino) PI ETOSI.

Rooms at the limits of decency, common spaces non-existent, cleanliness leaves to be desired (stairs and corridors never cleaned in the five days of our presence). Indisposing the attitude of the staff, especially that of Sala, never available, indeed always arrogant and overbearing in the way of addressing to pupils and teachers. It should be noted that with regard to the security (25 euros) that is requested on arrival, they always find a way to detain you, I dare say steal it. We have held 500 euros for smoke in the room and claimed loud night. Obviously without a shred of evidence.

Hotel not suitable for groups of students: far from the center, the hall and the common spaces are non-existent and the cleanliness leaves to be desired. But what is most indisposing is the attitude of the staff, especially that of the room never available, even if always arrogant and overbearing in the way of addressing the students and teachers. It should be noted that with regard to the security (25 euros) that is requested on arrival, they always find a way to withhold a part (a boy in an accidental way soiled a wall and restrained 300 euros — a boy lost his card to open the door Of the room 20 euros) and luckily we shared otherwise I do not know what they would have contrived.

Mediocre Hotel. Unfit for school trips. Away from the center. Staff.

I knew I shouldn't expect too much when I was reading the reviews. And it is exactly like that. One elevator, weird rules at breakfast. Ok I can live with that. But the room was far from ok. Peanuts in closet and hair everywhere in the bathroom shows that it wasn't properly cleaned. And the door lock wasn't working, so you could not lock the door from inside.

Hotel is quite loud (no carpets in corridors so you can hear everything happening outside), it could also use some renovation and change of furniture. Overall, it's very far from cozy. On the other hand, it's cheap and staff at the reception are very nice.

Worst hotel ever. I'd rather have stayed in a B&B. There's no customer focus. Staff has no problem in treating you in nasty ways as they actually do. They have no problem in make you feel uncomfortable at any time. Breakfastand meals under average. Dirty place. I do not recommend it. I wouldn't give it not even one star.

The rooms are bellow average, the beds are horrible and the staff is unprofessional. They are incredibly rude to guests and treat you like a nuisance. Would never visit again or recommend.

Bad food and dirty rooms, infested with insects. Little room for the reception of the guests. Not recommended for school groups.

It was an average hotel in other side of the river. Rooms were good.

It is a hotel separated from the centre but well connected by Metro to a few 50m from the hotel. Its common areas are too basic and not very spacious. It is not a hotel with good accessibility because it has only a very narrow lift and six floors. Its rooms are very basic and many of its bathrooms have rust and mildew. Breakfast is OK. Friendly staff.

A regular hotel. The staff is set up hostile initially. Begin to acquaint with fines. Breakfast was very good. On the first day though yogurts were, and on the second already and they were not given. Sausage, cheese, sausages, vermicelli, scrambled eggs, bread, butter. The coffee is soluble and the tea is already brewed. It is impossible to bear anything, immediately warn-call the police and execute a fine. The rooms for such a hotel are normal. There is a hair dryer and liquid soap. Only the bed may not change after previous people. The whole bed was in the hair-long and short. Or zashtopanajaed along by hand thread. Our neighbors had a hair dryer stolen from the suitcase. All claims do not react, only show their own. In general, be vigilant.

If the guest does nothing he still might be blamed.

Food was good, bu the staff is really rude.

Food was awfull with no taste, also the rooms were dirty and uncleaned (the toilet was stink.

Cleanliness was absolutely terrible. We stayed for about a week, and not a single time were our sheets or towels changed. Room service came in every day only to refold said sheets and towels. (I know, because there was a stain on my bedsheet that remained in the same exact spot, the entire duration of our stay).

Receptionist barely speaks English, rooms are very filthy (we found hair on our pillows) and we had to wait some time to get water.

The hotel is near public transportation. The room was ok but loud in the evening due to a large group staying there at the time. They have a buffet style breakfast which was delicious. The staff was friendly. I would overall recommend it.

Classy hotel! Comfortable-clean rooms and good Breakfast!

Mattresses were Ultrahard, price ok — breakfast varied performance. Menu was ok.

Kind of a nice, clean hotel and the staff are just breakfast and bar staff spoil all impression.
