The staff made a huge effort in makig my 50th birthday special… decorated the room. Provided a cake at breakfast & a bottle bubbly in our room … breakfast was great champagne if required. Room fantastic. Jacuzzi sauna & sunbed downstairs … reception very helpful with directions to town etc definitely book again.

Not in the most salubrious area, but convenient for public transport and good value for money. Rooms clean and have all you need (we upgraded to superior room). Very friendly and helpful staff, good selection for breakfast. No complaints.

Located centrally, awesome and super friendly staff. Their buffet breakfast is amazing. They serve champagne in breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Wi-FI is almost non-functional. To pat the clothes should go down to the first floor in a special room. The rooms are on the 5th floor with poor sound insulation. Cleaned good.

Fabulous! I have stayed in many hotels, but I can assure you that's the best! Fantastic breakfast, the most polite staff I have ever experienced, great location: close to metro, tram and bus, shopping centre 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Clean rooms, not to mention jacuzzi, saunas and fitness that are free of charge! There are no enough words to describe perfection of this hotel! Waw!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also true that the area is not so great, but 500 m further, everything is right again. Good English spoken, air conditioning, mini bar…

I missed lunch and dinner service. Otherwise is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. They have little fittnes and sauna also. And you can take free coffee and lemonade in the morning in reception. Great!

PROS: — pretty close to a main road, but be careful because there are lots of one way streets in case you miss the hotel — in walking distance from Corvin Plaza — the reception is very cool, the lounge also — the staff is a big plus for this hotel, they are very nice and speak great English. — the room is very clean as all the hotel — you can use the Jacuzzi or sauna at the — 1 level — the bathroom has heating in the floor :), you have a nice toasty feeling inside. — the parking is locked via telephone from the reception — the breakfast is very nice, good produce. CONS: I cannot say that I have something bad to say about the hotel, but there are some small things to improve: — there is a weird smell at the entrance of the room, almost like too much lemon pledge — the parking can be video monitored, or maybe it is and I did not see it.

It's nice hotel, soo close is corvin plaza shoping center and center off Budapest.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and clean rooms can only connect me to the positive comments of others. Who wants to train in the hotel will probably be a bit disappointed, the 2x2m Big Gym is a bit small.

Very clean and cosy apartment. Spacious bathroom. The breakfast selection could be more variable each day, but everything was fresh and tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is in a walking distance from metro or tram station, 20 minutes walk if you like :) The parking is not directly in the hotel.

We really enjoyed it. Hotel essential, modern and at two steps from the main facilities of Budapest. The staff is efficient and very helpful. Small but nice SPA with adjacent fitness area. I would stay here again.

Very nice Hotel and with a great breakfast. Cozy rooms. Perfect value for money. There is a mini-gym and a mini sauna and a jacuzzi. It is 20 minutes from the centre but the walk is pleasant. Very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful new hotel with delicious breakfasts, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness room.

Short break in Budapest. The hotel was lovely, room neat. A bright spot in the rather gloomy environment. On the photo you can see the house opposite with the plaque commemorating the October Revolution of 1956 (unfortunately all the houses in the area as a whole look like this).
Well located on public transport and a large shopping mall is not far away.

This Hotel is a gem of Budapest. We stayed here twice already and could not be happier. Our favorite is the superior room and of course the Champagne breakfast. Easy access to public transportation and lots of shops and bars in walking distance. Truly a 5* hotel for us. Every employee is super friendly and helpful at all time. Looking forward to stay at this place again. Aloha from Hawaii.

Much more than a 3 star. Clean, very nice. The rooms are nice, we were in the attic! Breakfast can improve.

The air conditioner was disabled and they refused to enable it even though it was 22C outside. It was a few miserable nights. Also there were no easily accessible power outlets in the rooms and we had to unplug the alarm clock to use one.

Perfect hotel, taste breakfast, polite staff always ready to help, clean rooms with modern equipment. Very close to the center of the city. One big mol is near the hotel. Free Wi-Fi with perfect connection. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Budapest!

Wow. This hotel was amazing. A very nice hotel with a close proximity to public transport. There is free cold lemonade and hot coffee in the lobby and when you enter for the first time you receive two free voucher for wine. In our room at the first night there was two chocolate and two apples for free. There was Wifi coverage in room. Also there was electrical kettle and coffee maker and a DVD player in the room. It was possible to get DVD or PS3 for free from the reception. The breakfast was delicious and with a high variety including champagne. The reception members were very friendly.

The hotel was very good and as expected. I have just 3 minor complaints, reason why I didn't give 5 stars. Before reserving the room I sent an email asking about something and they never answered me; the room ac didn't seem to be working, even we moved the controls it didn't cool down (although we didn't ask or complain with reception, so that might have helped) ; and during the breakfasts there was a "daily offer" made on order, which I asked for 2 times, and both times it took forever to come, even there was few people and nobody else seemed to be ordering anything from the kitchen (both times my husband swore that they would never bring it). For me these were minor problems that didn't really affect my stay, but they may be big problems for other people. Apart from this, we had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. The walk to the center is a bit long but doable and there is a very close metro station.

This is our first time to Budapest and this hotel has the whole package for relaxation. The spa area is lovely and relaxing and the rooms very spacious with all you need. The staff are all friendly and you want for nothing. We will be coming back to this hotel on our next visit for sure. Champagne at breakfast and a coffee machine in the room was a extra bonus.

Lovely hotel, friendly stuff, great rooms that are comfortable, well equipped and super clean! We were met by a smiling receptionist and were cordially offered two complimentary glasses of wine. The hotel is situated near the Corvin metro station and close to a couple of central tram lines that basically take you everywhere and is also just a few minutes walk to the Danube banks. Breakfast buffet was really good too. We were here in late January when the weather is really cold, so the well heated rooms were also greatly appreciated. Sauna and jacuzzi also available. Overall a top choice hotel, value for money.

Pretty close to the centre but not so close it is really noisy. Rooms are nice and comfortable with nice bathrooms. Breakfast selection is very extensive including things you might not expect — chocolate fountain and champagne for example. There are also lots of other facilities — free coffee and lemonade in reception, PlayStation, spa and a bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service, very kind and attentive, and really nice hotel. Great buffet breakfast. The hotel includes sauna and jacuzzi. The location is central and very close to the Danube river bank (Pest). Although the neighbourhood is not beautiful, it is 40 minutes walking distance from Gellert thermal baths and other historical places. I strongly recommend it.

We are a young couple who decided to stay at this hotel for 4 nights. No shortage of services (included in the basic package there was also unlimited entrance to the spa with Jacuzzi and sauna) and even the courtesy of the staff.
The location is a good compromise between location and quiet. The Hotel is at 300 meters from a metro station and still less to a mall, where we would spend to meet minor cold as possible (max 0° min — 10° in January).
The rooms offer the right space to stay, even though we were only there to sleep! ;)

It's a nice hotel near the Corbin area, with a mall nearby the hotel for what ever you want. The surrounding area isn't the nicest but is safe enough. Near the hotel (about 300m) there are metro and tram station. Especially the tram 4-6 is the best choice to go downtown. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and the breakfast is very nice for a 3 star hotel. Also they offer free of charge sauna and jacuzzi. The room itself offers the basic you want, but they could offer something more.

Lovely hotel! Near the metro, near a large shopping centre which has a supermarket. The staff is friendly. The flight was in the evening, the Luggage without problems left at the hotel. Free coffee and lemonade on the first floor. Nimble Internet. There is a sauna and Jacuzzi, which we due to the lack of time did not use. Good Breakfast. Recommend.

It was one of the most pleasant stays I had within this year. Friendly staff, tidy room, rich selection at breakfasts made my trip to Budapest a memorable experience.

This is something that had not happened to me: give a good review to a hotel.
Very well located, near Corvin. Shopping Center 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. Impeccable cleanliness. Jacuzzi and treadmill. Breakfast without reproach. Two elevators. A lift to markets for disabled.
Dig, dig a bit since I can't stay without criticism.
Parking a bit cramped but I've known worse at 3 times the price on Budapest. Even if we drink of welcome. We could have more choice ;-) AH Yes, a bottle of water in the room would be welcome for those who find that the (ridiculous for a hotel) price is still too expensive. For my part, drinker of water, I would have preferred it to the pot with appetizers :-) The shower stall was recent and worked well, for those who disassemble the door, first put the wheels on the bottom.
Maybe the skylight in the bathroom too high but good with the air conditioner.
In short I go back next year.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast, hotel is located on a quiet street, but at the same time in the 200 metres shopping centre, 400 metres underground and tram stops.

Ok hotel but little high priced compared to the offered quality. Rooms are clean but cheap interior and small. Fitness is 2 x 2 meter room, same for the sauna area. Would be better if they use that buget for upgrading the rooms with better beds and accepted a two star rating. Beds are hard and thin. Staff is friendly.
