A really chilled place to stay with the beach just across the street.

A well located hotel with a decent rooftop bar.
The room with an artificial grass lawn and sea views has air conditioning blowing directly onto the bed, an empty mini bar, a lawn with private sunbeds on public display of all passing residents and neighbors. Soundproofing is below average. The door lock doesn't work, there's no key in the toilet. There is a safe, TV, Wi-Fi.
The restaurant, breakfast type buffet is very average in terms of food and very scarce in terms of drinks. Dinner on the menu, but not particularly varied, soups never are, from seafood only a couple of types of fish. It is well cooked on the grill and meat and fish. Salads and snacks are of medium quality, portion sizes vary greatly on different days, usually portions are very large.
Staff… There are very sympathetic people who know everything and will help, unfortunately such only a couple of people, and there are quite unpleasant and know nothing. Clean well and every day found a time when we were not in the room, and with our schedule it is quite difficult.
The pool is almost non-existent — almost a frog for children. Not a bad playground. There is no gym outside the main building, but on the playground. The sauna is tiny and on the street. But there is quite a large parking on different sides of the hotel, logical part of this empty parking to use otherwise.

Avoid at all costs. It may have resembled the website 10 years ago but today is very run-down. We were missing locks on our doors, and had to convince the cleaning staff to close our doors and windows after cleaning — they thought it was better to air out the rooms even if that meant our valuables were free for the taking. And if indeed there have been improvements in the past 10 years I hate to think what it was like before. Other guests were also appalled upon arrival and voiced their displeasure at what felt like deceit.

Impressive view and the beach bar in front is awesome. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are worn out though and the front desk staff not friendly. The food is okish.

I just loved it here. Awesome staff, fabulous view, amazing rooms. In May it was exceeding all my expectations!

We booked a superior room with a sea view and we were very pleased with it. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC cooled it very nicely. The view from the room and the hotel cafe and restaurant is amazing. The hotel has a very nice pool. The beach is across the street and the hotel has beach umbrellas and sun beds. We liked the food and service in the restaurant. We stayed there in the second half of June and it was not crowded at all. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the busy harbor area, which we did not like much. The hotel is in a much nicer and more secluded area of the island with a lovely sandy beach and crystal clear water. We will be back.

The review is Only for the beach bar cause I don't stay in the hotel… First of all the beach is nice with sunbeds that are free of charge, but there is a least consumption of products 4 Euros per person. Nice and comfort sunbeds. Perfect umbrellas. The menu and the prices are very good. The beach bar has showers and toilets. It's one of the best beaches on poros island.

Pool also available. All rooms overlook the lake. Gladly again.

Great place, lovely staff. Fridge very noisy needs replacing. Patio door dosent lock but the outer one does. Overall really lovely place and would come again. Fridge getting fixed or replaced. :) fantastic view from the Hotel would recommend this place to all my friends…

Probably the nicest place to stay during vacation in Poros Island. Nice, clean and cozy.

Pros: — View. Seriously, book a room with sea view. It is worth it. — Helpful and friendly staff. — Location. The beach is right across the street and it's a beautiful one! It gets deep quite fast though, so if you are traveling with a child be cautious. — Location. The town of Poros is less than 5' by car. — Restaurant. The hotel restaurant has an amazing view and offers typical Greek dishes with no surprises. Considering the Greek standards, it's up to par most of the time. I highly recommend the Pastítsio, Mousaká and Veel with tomato sauce (kokkinistó). — Outdoor playground. If you are traveling with a kid this can be a life saver. It's located in the same general area as the swimming pool. It's quite new and well maintained and in the afternoon there is plenty of shade. The last part being super important for us since we were at Poros in the middle of a heatwave. Cons: During our 9 day stay, there were a few times which we felt that the level of the offered services and the 4 star rating did not quite match. — Wi-Fi quality. We booked a room on the 3rd floor and the Wi-Fi quality was horrible. Sometimes it worked for 15 minutes straight. But mostly it was disconnecting all the time and we ended up using our 4G connection for most things. Some friends were staying in a room on the second floor and the Wi-Fi experience there was much better. So it might be a bit of a hit-and-miss for you.

With this great customer sevice, I rate this hotel 5 stars, bed are comforable, the beach is right in front just cross the street, I will be back here in Sept for another week.

This hotel overlooks the beach and beautiful bay, lovely relaxed atmosphere and has something for everyone. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the beach and it was just perfect. The sea is very calm in the bay and you can swim far out with no problem as it is shallow for a long way. I also used the outdoor pool and used the gym. I had a lovely stay at the hotel at the end of the season, Sep/Oct.

Great hospitable hotel, pleasant staff, warm and clean sea, unique air aroma. Delicious breakfast and great dinner. The atmosphere of relaxation.

Hi and hope this helps. I stayed here in September 2015 with my sister and we lovvvved it! The rooms are a high standard as is the rest of the hotel. Christina on reception was outstanding. Nothing was a trouble to her. One of the night staff, a middle aged lady was not so nice, she told me the bar was closed as I wanted a soft drink. Anyway, long story short, she did get the said drink but with some reluctance. She wanted me gone from reception so she could "start her break! " The hotel is immaculate and the pool clean, you don't get sun on the pool in the evening which is a shame but still. The little beach is just over the road, cross further down the road for safety as the cars do come round a bend, not fast fast though. Our room was cleaned/tidied everyday. Beds changed every few days I think. The beach is beautiful and is in a bay, calm waters and clean. I only take my holidays in term time as I'm single so no problem with beach beds/towels etc. However, the Greeks won't put up with all that rubbish, if you leave your bed for 30 mins or more then your towel is folded and left to be collected. The bed given to someone who actually wants to lay on it. I had a bed by the waters edge everyday and it was so comfortable with the help of a topper. Bliss. Helped along also by the lovely beach waiter. The parasol has a bell attached and you ring, he comes, takes your order and returns with it. Brilliant.

If I could rate ten stars for this hotel I would have done it! Located just above the sea with spectacular view in the best place of Poros Island. The distance from the center of Poros (port) is just 5 minutes by car. In terms of cleanliness, the room every morning literally is glowing. The behaviour of ALL the employees there, without any exception, from the manager to the staff were excellent and everytime with a smile and willing to serve us. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with very good air condition, refrigerator, TV and very comfortable Cocomat beds. We ate at the restaurant and all I can say is that the food was Greek homemade in large portions and very reasonable prices. The only sure thing is that to this hotel will definitely go back for vacation again. All the people who work there had made ​​us from the first time to feel like our home and we thank them especially for this. Tasos and Adda.

Where to begin. I've been to Greece many times, stayed at hotels costing 20 to 500 euros a night. This in all my years is by far the worst! First, the pictures online aren't the standard rooms, this is quite common for many hotels, but the size of the standard rooms are the size of a closet. The rooms aren't that old, no one just hasn't taken care of them. Things are. Ghetto to say the least. The double bed where me and my wife sleeps are in fact two twin beds, this is something I haven't seen in many years. The bathroom is okay to say the best, the hair dryer has some mold and is being held together by white tape. The shower head can't be held on the holder because it's lose. The tiles where the bathroom ends to the room are uneven, in fact there's green painters tape put into between, but expect to hurt your self every time you slumber into the bathroom. Oh, and the bathroom is infested with small ants, you won't be alone while you poop. The extra bed my son sleeps in reminds me of my army days, the middle caves in, turning my son into a taco while he sleeps. Even the pillows cave in the middle, it's not comfortable to sleep on. The fridge is dirty, so don't even think to bring leftovers. Half the lights in the room don't work and there are odd stains on all the sheets. The best thing of the hotel is the view, but after you see the hotel room you payed 215 euros for, your interest in the view is in an all time low. The beach isn't free, you have to pay.
