Very friendly staff Great service Amazing pool Perfect relaxing vacation.

Lovely hotel but lacking in a few areas. Firstly the supplies in the batch room where insufficient for the three guests that we had paid for, also there was no toothbrush or too the paste supplied and certain food was pretty bad. The fries where very ordinary and we also ordered a pizza which looked like a frozen pizza. I don’t like to rubbish things but when they are five star and you are paying top dollar really think it should be of a higher standard.

Really wonderful trip. Great and thoughtful service. Of course there’s a few misunderstandings with the language difference, of course, but you can really tell everyone is doing everything they can. The employees will really go out of their way to give you the best possible experience. I especially loved the regency club and recommend shelling out the extra bucks for access to anybody visiting. Great staff friendly, courteous and professional. Vassilly the concierge is amazing no question or request is too hard. The food is great and the wildlife, the cats are incredibly cute.

This is the second time I have stayed. Hotel is in very convenient location next to airport and is well equipped to cater for couples and families. Great service and excellent breakfast!

Great staff, great pool. Rooms are a bit out dated and do not stay if you want to spend time in Thessaloniki. It is too far.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The staff is so positive and friendly; the pool area is incredibly large, cleaned and well-cultivated; the food is great and the rooms are large, especially the bathroom is really huge; we also loved the DJ who played last Sunday (should play very day) ; the business lounge is huge and the happy hour (5-7pm) was very welcomed by us; the fitness center and the indoor pool area (including sauna) is huge; the concierge service is very good with regular rides to the city center and to the airport. Fast Wi-Fi across the whole area. Will definitely come back!

Luxurious hotel with nice facilities and staff. Just a bit old but is still the best hotel in Thessaloniki. Also very convenient since it's close to the airport!

Best Casino Resort. The service is on top, everyone is so sweet and careful. Food is good and the view is wonderful. Gardens are fascinating. You better stay here if you want to enjoy staying in Thesaloniki.

A huge Hollywood swimming pool, especially glamorous at night, with its romantic lighting and beautiful palm trees two restaurants, a grill by the pool, very nice on sunny days.
and "The Ambroisia", more gastronomic… With gourmet and sophisticated Greek dishes, as well as delicious salads, served by the very pretty and graceful Smaragda, (in France Esmeralda! and the very professional Dimitris.
For desserts, try the creamy, fragrant and fondant pink sorbet!
The hotel has a shop, a hairdresser, an art gallery, and a Bar, or the very friendly bartender, Charys, will concoct cocktails or mocktails. I would advise the Piñacolada, or the Singapore Sling, unless it is a Mojito.
There is of course an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, a spa, and a sauna, …
The reception is nice,, the smile of Evy is charming and the skill of Olga, and Penelopi, you will be useful!
For more information you have a concierge. And Vaggelis, which will give you judicious advice on the picturesque places of the area.
The spacious rooms are very comfortable, with a tea or coffee ☕. An iron, and a large king size bed infinitely fluffy!

This luxurious hotel will allow you to spend a nice weekend (France is at 2:30). Especially since the airport is close. Or a sunny little week!
Thessaloniki (and its beautiful archaeological museums) is nearby.

I stayed over two hundred nights in hotels last year. Nowhere were the staff as friendly and helpful as at this hotel. Set in picturesque grounds around 3km from the airport.

Amazing hotel with huge room, comfortable bed and big bathroom! Fantastic breakfast also. And all this in a very low price! I recommend it!

One of the best in town… I have attended weddings, conferences and lovely times in the pool… I have never visited the rooms. But all the rest places that I have visited in there were clean and up to there task. The only downside is that it becomes a. Little bit old in a way…

Probably the best city break hotel I have ever visited! Excellent rooms, excellent venues, excellent service! The only thing that works against it, is that it is at least 45 minutes far from the city center… The wonderful Thessaloniki center!

It was a really good Hotel! Very clean and comfortable rooms. The service was almost perfect and they were all very friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. My sister got dress up for her wedding there in a suite an everyone was so helpful with everything that we have asked for! All over a very good Hotel. My only small concern was the Breakfast, there was not so much selection, that why I gave 4 stars. But I would stay again in this hotel with a smile on my face.

Great hotel with wonderful staff, beautiful pool and garden and convenience for the airport. Room was big and had a balcony. Welcome was warm and amenity delightful. Shuttle bus had us back at the airport in no time. Looking forward to come back.

We had a fantastic weekend. Always new house music and pretty people — both guests and staff. Concierceservice, shuttle to town, 100C hot nude sauna (gender separated) — super! And absolutely exceptional for hotels. Yes — may be that the rooms are decorated in the style of 1998. The Ferenseher are from 2008 and also have 2 HDMI connections. The air conditioning control is also at least 2008 or newer. The climate itself is very quiet. My girlfriend loves soft beds. The (pseudo) box-spring bed is very soft (maximum hardness 2) — Especially women up to 65 kilos like this very much. But now, come on! 5 GHz 150 Mbit wireless everywhere — once login and then never again! Super cover on the entire site. The Internet Wi-Fi in the hotel is Tiptop. The food in the ambrosia is delicious — but also expensive. Still useable we have two times "Dinniert". Our pictures also reveal why. L ´ Tour has occasional super deals for this hotel, so eyes open!

Excellent and we'll maintained 5* property. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Food is very good in restaurant and room service is excellent and good. Room service very affordable for this type of hotel. Bar is excellent but tight on alcohol and too slow for my taste. For globalist, no club in the hotel but the breakfast is excellent with a great choice. Fresh fruit are top. Excellent and attentionate service. Shuttles to airport, city and casino are very convenient.

Very nice Hotel with one minor flaw: waiting time for drinks from the bar is too long. Other guests had apparently the same problem. Now the good part. Extremely nice and helpful employees. Always smiling, very attentiv and proactive. Big thanks here for helping us after our flight was cancelled. The hotel is not the newest any more but still very well kept and clean. It has a beautiful outside pool. The indor salt pool is also very nice. The best for the end: The price was very good.

We stayed overnight at the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki prior to an early morning flight at Thessaloniki Airport. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and our bags were taken into the reception lobby as we went to check in. Reception staff and the whole check-in process was very quick and our bags were taken to our room immediately. All areas of the hotel had a high-quality look and feel to them. Our room was quite spacious with a king size bed and a sitting area which had a couch which converted to a bed for a child and also an additional rolling cot for a second child (as we were here with the kids this worked out perfectly). Our stay ended with our bags being quickly whisked out to an awaiting complimentary airport shuttle that fit our numerous bags, two adults, and two children, at 5 am. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay close to Thessaloniki Airport.
