Hubby and I stayed there for 4 days and it was a good experience. We didn't actually see the concierge till the 3rd day, but we knew they had been because our room was always freshly cleaned when we got back from breakfast/our morning outing. Nice pool, good food, quiet and privacy assured.

I really love this hotel very well, they manage everything in proper way, their buildings are well built. What I love most is their rooms, pools, foods and they've tight security personnel's. Eusbett Hotel tops all.

Palatable local foods with good servers. Spacious car park with state of the art gym. But TV reception is weak. Receptionists wearing frowned faces and speaks in high tones. I give them 3 stars.

Eusbett is always a home away from home. I have been a guest for more than a decade and each time the experience is amazing. The staff are awesome and services often exceed expectations.

This place is gradually losing its past glory. The electrical fittings, Airconditioners, furniture etc are just suffering from lack of maintenance. Very poor internet connection and there is even no chair to use my desk.

Serene environment located within the ministries area of the Sunyani town. The hotel has conference facilities, gym and pool. The rooms are well kept with requisite amenities.

The WORST place a American could choose to visit, or stay! The service from the ladies that serve the meat pies and springrolls was very very horrible! Twice one of the women that work there refused to speak to me in English, after I asked her does she speak English and she replied yes, and she also responded with "why don't I speak Twi" which was very rude and disrespectful in its self. I will never return to this place! Also the employees are fund of over charging foreigners for products that they wouldn't normally charge others that price. This place is a total disaster, and if you would like to stay at a nice decent hotel, that isn't horribly over priced, with good respectful employees try visiting Tyco. It isn't far from this location and it is still in Sunyani.

We had an aerobic workout on the tennis court. Then a team from Medi Lab came for diagnoses. Eventually, it was fun and we were all happy.

I was stunned being here. This place has a massive conferencing facility, a one-stop vehicle maintenance centre all round hotel facilities and the breakfasts are yummmm! Oh and I think their meatpies are baked in heaven!

I came here to buy spring rolls, and the girl that was serving us was SUPER rude, and refused th speak to me in english. I asked her did she speak english and she replied yes, so I asked her to speak to me in english and she replied that I should speak "Twi"! That was the 2nd time we have came here, since I've been in Ghana, and both times the customer service from the ladies at the meat pies and spring rolls stand was rude! She tried to give me a crumbled meat pie, instead of the ones I chose. They do not smile nor do they speak to you! They expect you to greet them, as if their doing you a favor! I will never come to this hotel again! And I do not recommend anybody else to go either!

For Sunyani, this hotel is a star. Better than most outside Accra or Kumasi. Very new and clean rooms, somewhat stylish even. AC is new and effective. Unclear about hot water though. Pool is being renovated. Breakfast is decent with waffles and egg Station though no espresso available. Restaurant has good selections of Ghanaian, continental and Chinese options.

Best hotel in the regional capital. Services are OK. Some of the waitresses and waiter hardly understand English.

2nd best in Sunyani. Rooms are okay. Restaurant needs to better take care of their hygiene. And the gym needs service.

This is one of the patronised Hotel in Sunyani. It is really a nice place to be; great rooms, swimming pool. They have good customer service with good foods.

One of the most beautiful Hotels in Ghana, with premium service and highly professional reception and/or treat. They got nice swimming pool. I cant forget their unique snack. In case you would stay long in or around Sunyani, why not subcsribe your kids to the Eusbett kidz club? Maybe we shall meet when I'm coming back there with mine!

Eusbestt has great food, rooms, wonderful services, serves various types of continental dishes and delicacies, has a huge state of the art conference hall and cinema… The hotel has more than can be discribed. Experience yourself and you will love it!

We had a conference meeting here and I loved. Sunyani in general has the calm environment which makes this classy hotel a nice place for a romantic get away. I loved the view, their food and the availability of Wi-Fi. It was easy to locate.

Eusbett is the best in Sunyani. I really enjoyed their conference hall facility for a choral musical concert organized by Polyphonials Chorale, Sunyani.

The hotel rooms are elegant. Staff are proactive. The location for breakfast is a bit fat though.

I stayed at this hotel in summer 2017 their service was better than most hotels (sunshine hotel in Kumasi, Airport view hotel in Accra and hotel Lamerta in Kumasi) I stayed during my trip to Ghana. The room, laundry and food were all awesome. Kudos!
