Review of Landhotel Altes Zollhaus 4*

It is a beautiful Hotel, the rooms and furniture are a bit old. Unfortunately, the mattresses were so uncomfortable and hard that my husband and I after the second night of back pain had and we were five. What has annoyed me is that the Sauna costs extra and this is not shown on the website! In addition, we have called and wanted the phone. Or book a good deal (which is on the page also advertised) as we were confused by the Arrangements, and finally, 5 instead of 2 or 3 nights, wanted to stay and two small dogs brought We were referred to the page, and we are please about this book. Ah Yes, Service is equal to zero. We have just enjoyed a day in the Sauna, because if you came back trips to 18.00 of the day, not worth it, if you wanted to eat. Both were up to 21 clock possible. And to pay for a 10 € p. P. Was too much for us! Furthermore, it was the Breakfast. So you had to hurry in the morning, if you wanted to enjoy the whole selection. In the phone call we were told would book a room (only double rooms) and comment to enter, that two small dogs travelling. Finally, a holiday page, came over with a dog to your Hotel. Thus, we had then when checking out another 100€ for the small dogs on the invoice! Positively, I would like to mention that the sauna area is very nice and the Restaurants have good Service and delicious food.
