The House makes a neat and tidy impression and the staff (from the front desk to the kitchen) is very busy and service-oriented.
For the food, I can't say anything but…
If you're older semester must reckon with illness and injury, the House is however definitely not to recommend!
My mother (84 J. ) had crashed and broke his left arm.
Mr. Kress denied taking any responsibility and wanted to have them as soon as possible out of the House.
In this regard he, despite that on the same day was already an idea in the hospital and a hospitalization was (! ) not medically necessary, ordered again an ambulance after not even two hours, to make transporting my mother in the hospital… (Contrary to her wish! )
Only after I promised to pick up my mother the next day, he was ready to leave it one more night in the House!
As already posted above: The staff was trying and extremely helpful (brought food to the room etc. My express thanks for this! ) and there is not a particular (medical) reason for this procedure!
My mother felt (ESP. Very unintentionally because of the unwanted renouncement of the last ambulance) and deported and was also glad to have… leave the House with me
For older guests (the entire tour group of my mother consisted only of Ü70 guests) only be recommended if it stays healthy or remains in the hospital in case of illness or injury, or immediately drives home!
This behavior/appearance was a total "no go"!
