➜ We had decided to crown our wedding anniversary this year with a visit to the Kasteel restaurant in Lindenhof.
The first impression that came to us after entering the restaurant, furnished with subtle elegance, was postive. We were greeted very kindly and directed to the table.
Our table was adorned with rose petals.
We ordered an asparagus sweet as a starter as well as a fillet from Aberdeen as the main trip.
The small but fine menu shows a successful mixture of meat — and fish, but also of vegetarian dishes.
In addition to our excellent and imaginative dishes, the kitchen surprised us with extremely tasty "little things. " The service was always present and yet pleasantly restrained.
A buffet of different chocolates, lovingly labelled by the house with a congratulations, was as unexpected as it was the crowning conclusion of the wonderful meal.
In our eyes a wonderfully successful meal, we will be happy to come back and let ourselves be pampered.
