Overall impression of the hotel positive, very clean and well maintained, nice quiet location.
Don't understand some of the reviews of the guests. Breakfast was top! Staff qualified and friendly. Super Hotel.

I liked it. Quiet, calm, cozy. The staff are good-natured.

Rely foul hotel. The only good thing is the parking lot right in front of the room door. But otherwise … Renovated rooms and bathrooms, sparsely furnished, tiny televisions with a meagre reception, poor Wi-Fi, dirt and flying in the room, rust, mold and lime in the bathroom. No thanks. I don't need to go back.

The room stankened after old saub you didn't get it way we slept at the open window to get fresh air, and made by train, it all didn't help, the bathroom was very old stang as well, and the paint flipped off, there was no television program,

Room looks old. Shower with no warm water. Not that much choice anymore for the breakfast at 7:30

The price is great. Staff is friendly. The rooms are equipped with everything (bed, chair, table, TV). There are several bathrooms in need of renovation.

The rooms are in dire need of renovation. We had booked a double room for one night, price 54, 20 €. For one night it was all ok. But also only because we didn't have to use the shower. This one was really in a desolate state.
Otherwise our room was quiet. Heating also worked well.
The beds were clean and tidy (very narrow and simple thin mattresses). The rest of the room made a rather clean impression.
Breakfast for 7, 99 €/pers. Have we then booked more. That was really ok!

The hotel looks unkempt from the outside. Many sheets and rubbish are lining the surrounding area. Grauw curtains hang on the windows. Here I would not book.

Location Free parking on site. Restaurants. The breakfast was very good. In my opinion 9 euros they are not worth. Better to go to the nearest café. There is no internet in the hotel.

First of all… This hotel is an imposition! Previous 5 star ratings must have crept.
Absolutely need to be renovated and a change of management should be sought…
As a fitter you are accustomed to a lot… We stayed for several days at this hotel with 4-5… different rooms.
Positive predict is the parking situation (there is ample parking space, even if it would be booked) and especially the breakfast… The lady at breakfast seems to be allowed to act independently, because the breakfast is plentiful, the room well maintained, nicely decorated and these toilets clean! Even disappointed guests, knows how to soothe them! What would be better if she was not there anymore…
The negative list would blow up my time frame… short summary. Heaters defective, beds unclean, no cleaning for the next night and and and… Toilet paper had to be changed on its own, the complete stand fell together. Water remains in the sink and and and…
The staff goes on all the way (up to breakfast as described above) … German is mostly foreign language… extremstens unorganized, overwhelmed. Staff does not seem to be trained in their own systems. Before us was a guest who was freaked out after waiting 1, 5 hours for his booking…
Enough grumbles to the conclusion… The smallest price does not warrant all the worries… Maybe the breakfast woman should tidy up the store a little bit so that it could become more livable…

The sanitary facilities were a disaster — as something still to offer… Is outrageous.

I have been using this hotel for a number of years now. Unfortunately the standard of the accommodation has declined. It is now looking very run down and shabby. The staff however are very friendly and a good breakfast is available. It is now under new management so hopefully things will improve.

Just opposite my house there's this little garden facing the China Sea garden opposite the AM, park hotel every thing there is beautiful try this hotel you will love you did,,,, welcome to Willich, Kirche where the hotel is situated.

Very basic hotel offering zero facilities in the room, no coffee making facilities, no Wi-Fi in room. Despite booking a double room almost a year in advance we were given a room with 2 small single beds. Constant water leak onto bathroom floor.
After 2 nights manager told me we were only booked for 2 nights so had to move out. Fortunately I had kept paperwork showing I had added another night which he begrudgingly accepted. Later he came to tell me "good news" he had found the booking and payment for the extra night. No apology. This hotel needs money spent on it. Everything looked tired / scruffy. Our friends in other rooms felt the same. The only positive thing is the location which is a short walk from the centre of Willich. We won't be staying there for our next reunion.

Is was a great experience to sleep over night in this hotel.

Never again, all ur old and dirty. The worst were the ants in the bathroom.

Great Hotel If you have the car with you. The building is American-style and you can park in front of the entrance to your room. Only pity that the heating in the bathroom does not work and the Wi-Fi is poor. The Price is OK.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL! No warm water, no heating despite it was cold weather. Hotel does not follow condition of booking, demands extra charges.

The room we got is not the best, but probably this is the worst in the hotel. The toilet is outside of the room but other rooms have own toilettes in the broom. But the breakfast for 7.5 is very good quality.

Overall, the hotel has made a good impression. Unfortunately, on the day of departure, we had no hot water, but otherwise everything was fine.
Price in any case very well.

In every hotel of the FRG, the customer decides when is paid or not. (very unproffessionell)
Point out cash paid I and my colleague EC and told the men at the reception counter whether he staple could number confirmation to invoice me and my colleagues and would punch them also.
Then he passed me the stapler and the punch on the counter to the motto don't shit yourself.

Stayed here two times… Even the barn next door has more charm. Room Loveless and Tatty, the reception is not staffed, there call key. Wi-Fi error display.

Rooms need renovation.
The shower head should have been a bracket that also works.

Rooms small and scruffy. Service is unfriendly and you feel welcome at any time. There were towels on demand only, breakfast was never fully equipped and no one was on the spot to do the workaround. This hotel is absolutely not to recommend!
