Great location, lovely rooms, friendly staff with great amenities! Very comfortable, trendy and modern. Loved the little packed lunches for the show! Really enjoyed the welcome back nibbles.

Great Hotel, room was superb, clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was excellent but was let down on Sunday as there seemed to be a lack of staff, tables being left uncleared, people trying to find somewhere to sit … no resteraunt management system in place … very poor. This shouldn't however distract from what is a well located hotel with friendly helpful staff.

We were eating in the restaurant. It was a Myday gift voucher that we redeemed. Of the four courses, only one had to be served to the point. Unfortunately, this did not succeed at all. The tuna was more than through, I've never eaten such a dry tuna. The service has apologised, but we were not offered a new tuna, but more bread. I thought that was a great pity. Otherwise the service was very friendly and attentive. The other courses also tasted very good!

Well located near center of Dusseldorf. A 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Comfortable and clean. Well designed lobby and room. Somtime in these big chain hotels you can meet not enough trained staff.

Class hotel! A great location and good service. Both reception and restaurant. Everything was going round. One has felt welcome and always at ease. Very attentive and nice staff. The rooms are spacious, modern and, of course, clean. I like to come back and can only recommend the whole house!

Hotel in and of itself not bad. Unfortunately, the Air Conditioner seems to be permanently defective, or at least too weak.
At the Check in, apparently not to any Hotel Guest is communicated (experienced with 2 Guests in front of me). When you walk out of the Hotel in the morning, all The windows are open.
Except in Summer, you can book safely.

I would like to give a review of the restaurant as we did not use the hotel.
The restaurant has the charm of a train station, the volume of the bar is unreasonable. We did not know that mainly stag parties are celebrated there (information of the waitress), which make a quiet maintenance impossible. Since the bar in the restaurant is without demarcation, you can take part in the action, whether you like it or not.
We had a 4-course menu from which we had 2 courses go back due to undue viination. There came neither a substitute nor an apology.
After our aperitif we had to ask 3 times until dessert finally came.

For this loveless ambience, extremely slow service and rather mediocre food, we had to put down a proud €135, with no wine or other extras, just with 1 water and 2 Coke. We will probably never find us there again.

The location of the hotel is the only outstanding point. Breakfast is OK. The air conditioner was spoilt in all the rooms, the heat was unbearable and the solution we got was to abriésemos the windows. On the other hand, I needed several anti-inflammatory drugs to stop my neck from complaining after a sleepless night thanks to the worst pillows I have had to suffer in a hotel.

Large room with large bed. Full minibar, Great TV, had a disabled bathroom for inexplicable reasons.
All very clean, friendly staff. Large breakfast buffet. Staff also meet special requests such as Omlett.
Spa area is very well maintained and quiet. Were 1 hour alone.

Suite booked, sauna got a very nice suite with great views over Düsseldorf booked. Unfortunately, on the day the air conditioning was broken (30 degrees outside temperature, suite under the roof). Unfortunately, I only found out about this through inquiries. Unfortunately, crisis management on the ground did not work either and so I complained about it afterwards. Opening windows was not a solution. The hotel reacted to the accommodation price and refunded me the accommodation price. It can always happen the technology goes on strike. Next time, however, I would like to come a little more accommodation directly on site (e. G. Discount, previous info, cold drink on the house, etc. ). You can talk about everything — but then you also have to make it active;-)

Pleasant service, the receptionist speaks Russian, during the stay issued free tickets to use public transport! There are many interesting places and restaurants where you can relax, tasty and not expensive to eat.

Cozy hotel in the center of Düsseldorf, one minus-double bed consists of two single, not Camilfo.

Good location, close to downtown and Metro stops. I didn't stayed here, I just went to an event and everything seemed right.

Comfortable bed, great views. Got an upgraded room upon arrival. The park next door is great during the day, but don't walk alone at night.

The truth is that I expected more from a hotel of this chain. The room smelled very bad at plumbing, and the bathroom had no bathtub
I think that a hotel of that caliber should have.

Very well maintained business hotel in Düsseldorf city centre. The rooms are modern and elegantly furnished. Friendly service and very rich breakfast buffet. Only the underground garage offers relatively few places and further parking spaces in the area are difficult to find.

Good location to see Düsseldorf and pretty calm since it's right next to the park. The staff was remarkably polite and surprisingly accommodating. The wellness area is a nice addition to the hotel. The room was very comfortable. I would definitely return there!

The hotel is easily accessible by tram. It is located directly next to a nice park and in walking distance to the shopping streets. The service was great as well — we even received a free breakfast! However, the bed linen isn't the best quality and the hair dryer was broken. Further note that it is not possible to stream Netflix on the hotel TV (smart TV function was disabled) and there is no water heater in the room.

Very modern and clean hotel. The hotel is located on a park north of the centre. The King's Hall is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and modern. A small fitness area and a spa area with a 60 and 90 degree sauna, as well as a steam bath were available and beautifully furnished. Only the parking garage I can not recommend, as it was far too narrow and only had about 30-40 parking spaces available. Nor was the price of €25, 000 a day entirely reasonable by the standards.

Here we were for brunch! Very sumptuous buffet with a wide selection. Despite a great rush of fast and professional service. The parking situatio requires a lot of patience. Free parking on the banks of the Rhine about 20 min walk! Happy over and over again.

Very classy hotel, very well placed and with a very nice view. The sauna Area Hammam is very well thought out. Especially the reception is perfect! Very nice and helpful staff.

I went in this hotel in the centre of Düsseldorf, a Cocktail at the Consulate General of Spain in North Rhine-Westphalia held in this hotel on the occasion of our National Day and I was amazed at the change in the buffet (excellent wine, tapas, and desserts as one would like) and the modernization of the hotel and rooms and the excellent treatment at all times by the hotel staff and waiters to the numerous guests of the event.

Poor service, faulty shower was not repaired. Toilet brush was left stuck in the loo after cleaning. Soap sauna area empty, water not replenished. Service not courteous at breakfast. Price performance is deficient.

I always stay here when I'm in Dusseldorf. The location is perfect, close to the old town, not too noisy, beautiful view to the courtyard garden, well-groomed and very friendly staff.

I went to a seminar here. The rooms are top, the service also. Also the buffet lunch was good. Completely satisfied.

Easy to find and park in underground car park. Nice rooms but mattresses a little hard for my preference. Great burger in the restaurant. Breakfast ok but not told where anything was when I arrived and not offered coffee until I had finished. Check out quick and easy.

The reception staff are clueless, we asked about parking on the street outside, and was told that on street parking was payable all day, so I got change to feed the meter, FROM RECPTION… went to pay for all day and the most you could buy was 2 hours meaning you would have to return every two hours! Asked again at reception and was shown an are outside the hotel for free parking, limited spaces, one became free so put the car there! When we returned the police had put a ticket on my car saying it was illegally parked! It was exactly where we had been shown, when the reception staff were challenged about it they denied it saying I was told it was a two minute wait only! Not true, why would I put a car in a two minute wait zone for all day! They knew what I wanted to do! Not only are the staff on reception clueless, they also tell lies to cover up each other's incorrect advice. Oh… and the Wi-Fi is crap too! … Avoid this place … 28 Euro breakfast and 25 euro car park! … rip off! Disgusted and still got a fine to pay as a result of their incompetence!

Clean, comfortable and efficient hotel. Easy access to and from the airport with a tram and underground stations right outside. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

The hotel is great, a few minutes from the Centre walking through a park. I commend The breakfast which is very rich but it costs 28 euros that's an exaggeration.

The location is fantastic with very nice views and rooms something stylish and well decorated with touches of wood and aluminum. We had a small problem with the room and in less than 5 minutes they gave us another with better views. Maybe would be room to improve the process of checkin for large groups, but all services very nice and functional.

Rooms are clean and the staff have been very friendly. They gave us first time guests in their city great information about where to explore downtown. Breakfast at the hotel is fresh and the coffee is something that I will remember for a long time. So far I have yet to find anything negative about the place other than they are booked for the rest of the week.

I think this is one of the worst business hotels in Germany. The are clueless about anything to do with food and beverage, the rooms focus on the wrong things, like giving the guests a big bath towel not something that resembles a serviette. There is no TV guide and I couldn't find the English news channels and it's impossible to log on to the Internet from the 4 browsers I tried. Breakfast is over priced and I have had cheaper and better at the Savoy in London, even asking the waitress to add the two breakfasts on one bill was a drama? It's funny as her name was frau stropp!. When I told the front desk they seamed like they couldn't bring themselves to give a dam…

Muybuena choice just 15 minutes walk from the centre. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Great service.

A very, very nice hotel, super friendly staff, super breakfast buffet, super clean rooms and the city is easily reachable by the courtyard garden (public green park) … Just super and recommended …

Really loved our stay at this hotel! The location is great and right next to a popular park. The staff is very friendly, helpful and also pays special attention to the younger guests. Liked the breakfast and the atmosphere in the restaurant.

The brunch was included so far ok, unfortunately only coffee, but no tea in the price!

Last night, I stayed here for 1 night only. It is a luxury hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. It is located at the top of the park, which is nice, quiet, and peaceful. It is just a 5 minutes walk, through the park, to the beginning of the old center. Perfect location! Rooms are clean and luxury, and free Wi-Fi is available. All in all, a great hotel, as expected for this price.

I guess I expected too much… now I Have already some Hotels visited… Hotels in a similar category, such as Lindner, Courtyard Marriott, etc had for me simply more to offer. I am, in principle, less Demanding, nevertheless, the really comforting feeling. The room was large enough, disappointed, however, in point of cleanliness much! Many imprints of parked jars, pieces of paper on the carpet, dirty Duschtrennwand, untidy Toilettenbrille, Badezimmerfugen uncomfortable (worn out floor, discoloration, completely Ripped), hair dryer, … The other houses in this category, just much better! The Minibarpreise in my opinion, are 30% above Standard. The reception was friendly, but it seemed to me impersonal. Also I have been much better experienced. All in all you can here for a good stay in the Preiskasse however, I would not again come here. What a bummer!

Nothing functions 1. Took 1 hour to get a cold beef in the restaurant 2. Didn't dare to order a dessert an wait another hour — took instad a chocklate from the minibar — it was warm and melting 3. The internet didn't function Best regards John.

Great hotel. I spent a night here with my partner is December and the rooms were lovely. They were clean, modern and great value for money, I would definitely recommend.

I spent one night here for work and thought it was amazing. My room was very spacious, had everything it needed including a Nespresso machine (they also provide a nice selection of quality tea). I ordered some room service which came promptly and was fresh and tasty. The selection TV channels is a bit sparse for English speakers but this seems to be a constant in German hotels I have visited. (Only news channels in English — no BBC) The do offer pay per view though. Mu only negative was that (as is common in hotels) there is a plastic materess cover under he sheet which does not allow the bed to breath at night, so it can get quite hot and unpleasant overnight. The bed however was very comfortable and the pillow menu is a nice touch. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast! The selection is huge and diverse and I kept going back from more! Well worth it.

Great Service, beautifully decorated rooms and excellent location right on the Park. Who is the Trouble of Düsseldorf, want to escape is right here. If one still wants to shop, it takes 5-10 minutes walk to the Einkaufsstaße or the old town.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, the young staff were friendly and multi-lingual (very impressive) and the facilities were excellent, especially the bar.

A very good Hotel in Dusseldorf, which is just to recommend. The rooms are very nicely decorated and bright with a beautiful view over the city. Also the Service is attentive and helps out where it goes. Priced in the upscale Beteich for Düsseldorf but fitting.
