Very bad and worse hotel experience in The girl which received us with check in, was very stressed an agitated and very brutal and disrespectful to me and my wife. Several questions we asked her she didn't even answer or respond. She was talking very fast that is was hard to understand her, When I asked her to talk slow to us and normal. Her respond was that we should have understanding for her because she worked six hours without a break and even she could not drink any water. Then we had to pay a deposit to my surprise. I said I only pay a deposit if you give me a proper invoice of payment of the deposit. After paying she didn't gave us a invoice and also no invoice of the payment of the rooms. When I asked her again to her and her college that I have the lawful right with payment to a proper invoice, they refused. When I asked to call the manager or give me his telephone number, the refused. Instead they cancelled our rooms and reservation. I was shocked about this way of receiving and treatment. Our experience is that Germans are very educated en friendly. But this girl and her college was the extreme opposite. Very unprofessional with streetwise mentality When we arrived there was no parking in the hotel available. But the website of the hotel advertising with parking. The girl tells us to go to neighborhood garages, but they were all full. So we had to drive a lot of time circles in the neighborhood.
