Love this hotel is wonderful and its amazing view, it brings back nice memories and I will always be back.

There are better hotels from the service I do not want to speak.

All recommended. Of course, it has its price, but it's also worth it.

Lovely modern hotel on the river Rhine. Wonderful river views out of floor to ceiling windows. A good 30/40 minute walk into old town but on the plus side this is along the river. Nice rooms. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso machine.

Top service, super friendly and attentive staff. Room a bit small, but elegant and stylish. Restaurant DOX perfect. Unqualifiedly recommended.

The hotel should adhere to agreements made by telephone in advance and not suddenly know anything about it on the day of arrival. Totally rude and unfriendly staff. Don't go like that!

We had to wait for an hour for our drinks and even the menu.
Thinks got worse after the food was not warm.
People around us were complaining and left.

The location is excellent, staff very friendly. The Spa area has a great ambience. The room had a perfect view! Breakfast was very extensive and tasty! Drinks at the Bar in the evening peak!

The Regency Club : Not much variety of choices for breakfast, dining. Very Disappointed ☹️First time I see something like this by Hyatt. But the service is fine.

Stylish hotel located near the harbor. Easy access to great parks around and very close to the Rhein. Prices are reasonable. Although we arrived at the hotel at 18:30, our room was still not ready. We had to wait 20 extra minutes. Breakfast buffet could have been better with more selection. Higher floor rooms have spectacular views. Nespresso machine in suites. Clean rooms. Underground garage available (23€/24hrs) although hard to find a parking spot during conference/events. Cosy restaurant with good dinner menu selection and well presented tasty food (although a careless Italian waiter spoiled two of our dinners by forgetting half of our orders on both days! ). Room service and housekeeping needs improvement. We had to call both departments 3 times to ask for missing coffee mugs, waited an hour and a half, at the end went down to the restaurant to grab the mugs ourselves. Great bar lounge for lunch and drinks, wide lunch menu and cocktails selection. Friendly service. In summary, nice cosy hotel but needs improvements in certain areas.

Very nice bar with lots of drinks to chose from (alcoholic and non alcoholic), though not cheap. The hotel is in a lovely modern area with a spectacular view from the outside part of the bar on the 'Medianhafen'. A must see when you're visiting Düsseldorf.

Solid 5, the Hotel is in a prime Location. When you get there, you almost feel at Home. Even the Concierge is already coming to meet you and recognizes the Regulars again. That's how you feel right at home. Unfortunately, the Rooms are already a bit used to. The Breakfast Buffet leaves nothing to Be desired. The Staff are friendly. Despite the small Shortcoming, we will certainly stay there again.

Two super beautiful days and an absolutely recommended hotel. Worth every star — there you can experience something … In every way. I'm going to come back.

Tuesday afetrwork parties at the Terrace, nice music, nice people, not too expensive given it's Hyatt. Amazing view, don't miss it if it's nice weather!

I've been a guest irregularly over years and have to say their quality stayed very stable and postive all the time. The rooms are very nice. Every single one with a nice view independent of the side. The restaurant is excellent. Probably at the level of a one star michelin restaurant. The only point where I'm not completely happy is the breakfast at the lounge. Compared to the Hyatt Rgency Cologne it's somehow less choice. The size seems to be the same. The quality is still good. I would however recommend the globalitsts to take theit breakfast in the restaurant. Even if the lounge is very nice and pleasantly not overcrowded.

Really one of the top Hyatt Regency In Europe! Wonderful decorated room. Perfect bathroom. We enjoyed one of their suites which made the experience even better. Very close to a Park. Crew is really caring. Restaurant is really excellent and it serves one of the best beef tartar that I know. When in Duesseldorf area this is where we always stay. Bed is a little hard for my taste (my favorite is Westin). Amenities are of highest quality.

I was here at an event. The food looked like counted. The buffet always had to be replenished and always went fast. The portions were accordingly small. High quality.

We were here today for the third time. We didn't really want to go any more, but friends of ours told us that things were getting better. And unfortunately we were again really disappointed today. 4 weeks ago we had reserved a certain table, unfortunately it was already occupied. So we got another table. We waited a little bit until a member of staff came with the card. He wanted to take up the order immediately. Apparently the table was planned again. However, we actually wanted to have a nice and quiet evening, but this was not possible, as he was back 2 minutes later to finally accept the order. Bread (one slice for each; at the neighboring table there were 2 slices per person) was served. At the sushi appetizer you were unfortunately not allowed to choose which Makis and Nigiri you want (although all cost the same amount). Sushi came, although we haven't even ordered an aperitif yet. We then pointed out the missing soy sauce several times, until a member of staff managed to bring it and distribute it on the table and ceiling. The main course was the aperitif and a main course with cold potatoes and cold, woody asparagus. Further drinks and a complaint were unfortunately not possible, as the staff were probably very stressed, although the restaurant was not fully booked. Twenty minutes later, the plates were cleared without asking if it tasted good. We then spared ourselves the dessert and the espresso.

Look luxurious and professional. Parking in the car park more than enough available. Special praise to the employee who is responsible for the customer vehicles. Very nice and friendly. PS: Were there for a wedding. Happy to be back!

At a hotel of this class the standard should be correspondingly high… unfortunately this was not the case in all matters. We had to change rooms twice as it was unbearable in the first room and the air conditioning was not working properly and in the second room the bedding was dirty. The complaints were only partially professionally treated and only after Mrs. W. Had turned on did the procedure correspond to the standard of a luxury hotel. Just as friendly and professional was the staff at the Regency Lounge. In the private surroundings rich breakfast, with a fantastic view of Düsseldorf. The rooms are nice and modern furnished and have a nice bathroom. Conclusion: Location top, breakfast very good, housekeeping can be significantly improved.

The service was for the most part very good except for two things: 1. The male service force in the restaurant was quite grantig, which I think is not at all, and certainly not in such a hotel category!
2. A real insolence was the following: I forgot 3 of my shirts in the wardrobe of the hotel room booked. When I discovered this the next morning that I was hanging my shirts in the closet, I called directly. Then I was put off for three days! Finally they told me that they could not be found. There are two ways it has expired: 1. The cleaning staff did not work thoroughly and the shirts were not discovered in the cupboard and thus the next person who booked the room may have served on the shirts or 2. They were found but were rather used for private purposes.
Fact is: The shirts were 100% in this wardrobe and a 5 star hotel does not get to give me this back!
The food was not overwhelming in value for money. The surrounding restaurants were much cheaper and much better!

Just seen the meeting rooms. They were good and the service offered as well. Good location in the media port, somewhat decentralized.

Keeps what it promises. Only drawback. No swimming pool. This should be expected in the price category.

Great Hotel, Hyatt in its repertoire. However, as always, small jambs of personnel and on a check-ine. And so the place is just super, in the morning to look at the Rhine.

Now I'm on the occasion of a Congress here again. Attentive staff, very good catering, clean rooms and good technology. Definitely recommended for events!

This morning I wanted to have breakfast there. At 10:10 a friendly employee told me that breakfast was unfortunately already over. (The room was full, the buffet looked fully stocked)
When I said that it would also be ok to order something from the card — on it the employee, this too is not possible again until 12 o'clock! I pointed out that there was a closed company in the bar and where he could now offer me an alternative? He only became more unfriendly.
An absolute testament to poverty for such a house!
In the Martiott (not to mention only 4 stars! ) right next to it, the breakfast is officially over at 10 — but the employee was very hard to offer me an alternative immediately at my request. I then had a very good omelet and a freshly squeezed juice.
This service behavior could cut the Hyatt slice of!

Nice hotel located in the Medienhafen of Düsseldorf, near the centre.

Spectacular view from the halls. What you expect in a 5 star.

Pleasantly open, but still quiet restaurant. An open kitchen offers unrestricted insight into the preparation of the dishes. The staff is highly professional, with just the right mix between professional behavior and pleasant communication. Attentive, thought-out but not intrusive. Food was excellent, drinks were recommended exactly. In spite of a large room it was a romantic meal for two, everything is right here. Prices are reasonable for the services, absolutely recommended!

Why only a star? There was nothing consistent. It was the 25th 12th. A holiday. We waited a long time for our meal and 45 minutes on the bill. The prices were very high at small portions. At the high prices I expect perfection. But everything was very far away from perfection. You cannot demand high prices and then deliver mediocrity. I was very disappointed.
Another addition: the 25th 12. Is a high holiday. Guests in the restaurant with short trousers and open sneakers are an insult and inexcusable. That was totally beside the good taste.

Fantastic venue for a fantastic event, high class staff and high class kitchen as to be expected, but expectations totally fulfilled. The x-mas dinner was made and served to perfection and the service staff as well as the kitchen went the extra mile to make all of really happy campers. Next year we will return!

The hotel is centrally located, the reception is friendly, the rooms in a modern newly renovated condition, the breakfast buffet is grandiose, excellent selection of everything your heart desires. Service members are friendly and plentiful. Highly recommended.

Nice place to be. The bar is well located, easy to reach, and the bartender knows his job very well. However, the price is on the higher end of the upper site and therefore they loose one star. I, unfortunately, can't says anything about the rooms yet.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf. The staff are very attentive and professional. The rooms clean and the food a dream. I'm very fond of here.

1. Not much variety of choices for breakfast, especially when you're staying for five straight days in a roll. Omg.
2. Smallest Gym facility I've ever been in all the Hyatts around the world. Ouch! Not even a abdominal workout station. Everything else was pretty expected from a Five Star hotel "ordinary". For a frequent traveler like me this won't be the Hyatt Regency I signed up for.

Unique environment and if you then have the room with a view of the Rhine, unique show.

Excellent and trendy hotel. Hyatt never disappoints really. Nothing to complaint except that the location is 15-20 min away from the “city centre” But the trade off is you get nice river view. Will come again.

Nice hotel in the media harbour. Landtag, Old Town within walking distance.

The Sunday brunch in Düsseldorf is simply top class. The choice of quality is reasonable, the freshness is right, the service is top. The location is, of course, excellently rated at the Düsseldorf media port. In addition there is the perfect view, especially in good weather. The atmosphere is relaxed, even if it is a 5-star hotel.

Excellent five stars hotel with a relatively low cost parking. Nicelly desined rooms. Superbe bath room. Short on usb power plugs.

Top class Hyatt Regency. Very nice rooms and great service. Good breakfast however the breakfast in the lounge could be slightly better. The location is beautiful and relatively central.

It is modern, clean, upbeat hotel located conveniently in the center of Dusseldorf. Besides that hotel is beautiful, service is top notch. Staff is always eager to help and truly cares about your stay. If you are looking for hotel in/around Dusseldorf area this hotel is a must.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the redevelopment of this area is very cool. Sadly, half the rooms face directly across a narrow breezeway directly into the side of an office building where you can see office workers' facial expressions from your bed. The architect also put the blinds between two layers of window. They are pretty much impossible to clean and so you have layers of dust and cobwebs to look through to see any view you might have. I can't fault the hotel staff at all — — the architect did them a disservice.

I was only here as a videographer, but I can say that the place justifies its status. Stunning views, on the upper floors, a large hall of celebrations, there are parking lots and of course a wonderful area of Medienhafen which is famous for its architecture.

Modern architecture, small room with Windows in the ceiling. Nice view over the city. Short distances over a bridge to all attractions. Restaurant team nice! Small pool!

We are regular visitors to the Hyatt Cologne which the Hyatt Düsseldorf now a direct comparison had to be. The service is absolutely equal as in IMHO of all Hyatt regencies absolute top class. Polite, attentive and safety with extremely much attention to detail to the guest stay perfectly to make. We have resided in the 18th floor with views towards INNSIDE. Nice view especially at night and in the early morning hours although the Outlook towards the radio tower and promenade would be sure much better. The decor is modern and for our terms very tastefully attributable to what also the young age of just 6 of the hotel. The room service was always close to perfect and only in detail about whining at a high level a bug to find. In conclusion: at any time and any to share!

All in all a perfect place to stay. Perfect service. Always friendly. A perfect location with a stunning view over the city. And the breakfast is amazing!

Real 5* Standard, TOP Service! Great atmosphere & nice view — easy to Düsseldorf!

The Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf convinced from the outside, with an impressive architecture and is on the Inside, down to the smallest Detail extremely stylish and modern. How to get there from the Hyatt in principle, is also in the Düsseldorf house of the greatest value on excellent Service and the compliance with the high Standards placed. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and have made us a perfect stay helped. The view from our room in the 5. Stick to the trendy media harbour was fantastic and especially at night is a Highlight. The rooms were spacious, very clean and apart from the very comfortable bed equipped with all the frills, one from a renowned 5 star Hotel expect can. Very recommendable is also the Hotel's DOX Restaurant both at dinner as well as Breakfast along the line convinced. A Highlight is the own Sushi Bar. I particularly liked the modern design of the Spa area, where you can relax and/or book a Massage. In this Hotel there is absolutely nothing to complain about, it is a price well worth it and offers all the comforts of travelling in the rule is necessary. We come very gladly again!

The Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf does what it promises and is all the expectations of a 5-star hotel, fair! Centrally located in the media harbour Düsseldorf is located, has a great view on your Rheinturm. Our room was super clean and super modern. An example of this would be the AirPlay/Bluetooth support of the TV to your own music wirelessly to be able to play. The beds were really comfortable, not too hard & not too soft. Our room was in the 5. Floor and offered thanks to the generous glass — a very far-reaching view over the city. Our room stayed really no Wishes open. Also the Breakfast buffet offers little opportunity for criticism. The selection was like Hyatt knows — outstanding and also taste very convincing. But not only Breakfast, but also dinner in the hotel's Restaurant DOX, we were very committed! Here we recommend as Vorspiese the Sushi to tesen :) Finally, kudos to the attentive Service Team, which is really not a Wish to open to read. Very happy again!

The location is excellent, it provides a great spot to launch your day from, with transportation easily accessible and walking to most main attractions or landmarks within the city are only 20-40 minutes away, Konnigsallee for example is only about a thirty minute walk, and it's a nice enjoyable one! The rooms are modern and technologically up to date, the HVAC system knows when you've opened the window/door for example. I can't think of anything bad to say about this property. It's pretty, it's well run and it's unique without being over the top. If you're visiting Dusseldorf you must stay here, you won't regret it.

Not only the Service and the staff is impressed with his friendliness but also the architecture as one of the first photo-Locations addresses in Dusseldorf.

Clearly the best and beautiful house in Düsseldorf! Real 5* Standard with a Top Service in all respects as that of a First Class Hotel! Super nice rooms with first-class comfort and facilities. Also the Restaurant (my Tip: Sushi) is just to recommend. So Hotel must be.

Great service and nice atmosphere in the middle of the media Harbour. Top chill bar Pebble's, together with the own highball creation G-PEB only to recommend.

Modern design hotel. Very friendly, flexible and efficient staff. I was there with my little daughter and little extras I asked for where quickly fixed. The bar is nice for afternoon tea, late lunch as well as evening drinks. Great (though very pricey) sushi. I liked the breakfast buffet: instead of offering millions of different options, it focuses on fewer really delicious ones, e. G. Excellent bread, freshly prepared eggs and delicious cheeses and German sausages. Disadvantage: the hotel is located in the Media Harbour, which is a car ride and not walking distance from the city center.

I had a great room with a view over the river. Very modern and spacious. Interesting layout for a bathroom, you have to walk through the shower first to get to the bath tub. But because of the layout, wherever you stand in the room, even from the shower, you have a view over the river.
