Cleanliness top. Parsonal super nice and despite main street (window closed) very quiet. Air conditioning is available and also breakfast is very rich. From me there are 5 stars for it.

Good business hotel and close to Köln Messe.

Staff very accommodating, rooms very clean and adequate from the equipment. Unfortunately, our room smelled as if it had been a smoking room. Parking at the hotel is free of charge. The subway station is not far away.

Zimmer wie immer Standard B&B Hotel modern gestaltet auch hier in Köln waren die Zimmer ordentlich sauber konnte man nichts dran aussetzen. Lage wie immer auch top 10 min Fußweg von der nächsten S-Bahn Station entfernt Bushaltestelle 2 min Fußweg entfernt. Einkaufszentrum ist auch in der Nähe. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit immer ein hoffen Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche.

Breakfast is good. Neat room. Family room.

Clean and well-groomed, unfortunately a bit of a light polite. At breakfast there was a good selection and the reception was always friendly and competent.

Modern, friendly and very helpful reception. Parking is available at the hotel. Excellent value for money. Practically furnished room with electronic lock. Window can be opened for ventilation.

B & Bs Hotel are value but still good and on top of that there is SKYHD for free.
It was very clean and the staff friendly. At breakfast, it was replenished quickly when something was missing. In addition to delicious fresh rolls, there are boiled eggs and coffee full. The rooms have air conditioning and 2 outlets in the living area and one in the bathroom, means organization at the battery shop.

Friendly service 24/7. Highly frequented hotel. Unfortunately, the number of parking spaces available, is not corresponding to the number of rooms available. Transport hubs for bus, S-Bahn are a long distance away.

Cheap accommodation, nice staff. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. If you have the room to the street you almost can't sleep with the window tilted, because the traffic is very noisy. Breakfast is adequate, but it doesn't have many choices.

Stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights. Check In was very short and without any info. The location of the Hotel was pretty good. Next tram is close, parking was available. Breakfast was delicious but often very croweded and only one coffee maker was available. Room was not cleaned during the stay and not 100% clean when we arrived. To explore Cologne it is a cheap and well located venue and it's okay for a short trip.

Dust. Close to the room. And Battle of the breakfast buffet. But it's a good price, which is worth two stars.

The location makes it. The proximity to the Cologne Arena is terrific. The B&B itself is uncomplicated, basically clean and offers what you need for one night. No more.

Totally OK of the size for one night. Nice staff at reception. Good price.

Zimmer wasn't really clean. Parking was not free. Next parking 300m further in the car park (day ticket €2, €50)
Don't keep what they promise online.

The hotel is close to the fair and the Lanxess Arena. The S-Bahn (city rail) station is also 5 minutes away. Therefore, a central hotel at acceptable prices, unless you book at certain event dates.
The rooms are really very small, but at least when I visit clean. Simply set up, but there is nothing substantial missing. Only breakfast can be saved. Very simple and loveless. Overall, everything is rather average and fine for a night or two.

Rooms are small but ok for 1-2 nights if you put on cleanliness not worth as much! (Little things)! Breakfast can be saved!

We stayed for a concert in Cologne and have therefore descended to this hotel. It was just a 5 minute walk from the arena and the room rate was OK. There are own parking spaces, but only limited and those who come too late have bad luck… The room was not exactly clean. The rug could take a vacuum cleaner… As far as breakfast was concerned, it was sufficient, but it was done very unlovingly. The sausage was thrown on a plate to a pile… For a good night but not recommended for a longer stay…

The place is clean and relatively close to the expo center, breakfast is simple but sufficient. I'd say you get what you pay for. One important thing — don't expect to get an iron (at all).

Went there for gamescom, it is a decent place for the price you pay. Staff was nice, breakfast acceptable but to be improved, street facing room could hear some traffic but I dont really care. Would come back.

Very very basic; I wouldn't recommend it for a business traveller. The room is clean and fresh but basic, TV only in German, I only got one Wi-Fi code for one machine. You can get an iron at reception (you do need to leave 20€ guaranty), but there are no iron boards, there are no restaurants around for dinner …

We found it SUPER, all those who complain here should not forget that it is "only" as the abbreviation says, a bed and breakfast hotel and not a chi chi hotel (some of them also have a miserable rating, for times loosely the 3 times money). We were satisfied from A like arrival (very friendly) to Z like room.
We were also very satisfied with the breakfast. We highly recommend it.

Good value for price ratio. Clean, modern hotel, great for short trips. The only disadvantage — no eating places in the area. But 15 minutes to the centre/Dom by public transport.

Rooms are simple but excellent. There are little maintenance issues. Like the faucet in the toilet is not connected properly and my heat came on by itself in the middle of the night. I have stayed at several B&B hotels. They are clean But I find it not convenient. The nearest public transport is 700 plus meters away. The Koelenmesse is 2.5km away. But nice are quiet at night and free parking makes up for a great deal. The afternoon staff are great the morning staff can not be bothered. This is the most expensive one I have stayed,. I do not think it is worth the price.

Great service and kind people's. There was a need to proof that breakfasts was included in my reservation. I have to search and download invoice till breakfast time ended…

For the 5 stars, I would have liked a other information, to the no longer existing combo box Parking lot. Maybe the lyrics in the hotel description change … there is "sufficient" and not "… to availability". To take up a place with a company car. Otherwise, tip-top …

It's very easy to book online on the website of B&B hotels. Price — quality is top. Internet is running very well and the breakfast is correct. About the room. A very clean bathroom + a cozy bed. I can recommend this hotel for sure.

The room was said, simply, dirty. In the carpeted corners, no vacuum cleaner had been around for a long time. On the bedside table, thick dust lag. When we complained there was no response from the hotel management. The room was in spite of the not-too-hießer weather stuffy. Service was otherwise o. K.

The Hotel is good, close to the trade fair. Close to the arcades with few options for eating. Unfortunately, I was booked accidentally in a Smoking room. That was not the fault of the hotel. The room was because of the stench, an abomination. The Breakfast was ok.

I was 2x before and had good experiences. This Time, I have to say, there are complaints. First of all, the carpet was not vacuumed along the edges longer stained, the walls stained, the air conditioning heated, so I had to at night to freeze, and when showering the water was up to the top of the Cup is high, because the drain was probably clogged. As I told in the morning, the Receptionist of the heating and shower Cup, she said only succinctly, that you it forward. Not a word of apology, nothing. The room number confused you also. Super Hotel, great Service especially from the hotel Manager Mr Paulo (very friendly, accommodating and helpful! )! Breakfast was also class. Can only recommend the Hotel. Of all my previous B&B stays, this is the best.

The Check-in was super easy, thanks to online check-in. The room was clean and sufficiently large. The staff at the Reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. In the selection of the Breakfast offer/variety, however, can be put on a little weight. The coffee was ok, the cleanliness of the tables in the Restaurant worthy but improving (possibly even after the other guests at the same table.

I was in the context of a training in February for a night in this B&B Hotel.
That book/online to check etc. Went perfectly smoothly, the staff at the reception was wirklcih nice and always to have a joke.
The breakfast was very good, ausreichendAuswahl of drinks, coverings and Müsli.
The room was small, but clean and despite facing the street I slept well. The mattress was comfortable and enough blankets were available to good to snuggle up. Conclusion: Again and again!

The hotel's class, price, clean and you can online check-in.
The shortcoming is that the parking is in front of the hotel were full. A soft look PP there besides of also quite cheap. If one leaves the car, a man collected there and if there is, it should consider a ticket at the parking meters, otherwise you will be towed faster than a love!

We were to the Didacta from Monday to Saturday at their hotel and felt very comfortable. The staff was always very nice. The room had everything we needed, the beds were good. The whole hotel shone from cleanliness. We will stay at your place again.

Have the B&B booked because it was the nearest hotel to the LANXESS arena. No check-in very necessary, because you can check-in online before. Rooms are small, but have everything you need — clean, tidy, bus stop practically in front of the House. Super.

Very nice B&B near Köln Messe an the Lanxess Arena. Functional rooms which are big enough to stay a night. Because it's a complete new building also the bathroom was good. Only minus is the really standard breakfast. The the price you could expect a bit more.

The room was very clean. The bed was good. Breakfast was ok, but the choise of different food was a bit small to my liking.

I "get" regularly at the Hotel BB Cologne trade fair; over Q3 and Q4 of 2015 has almost a weekly basis for 2 Nights — in case of unavailability, mostly in the Hotel BB Bonn. The price-performance ratio, I feel as well — not very well, because also the Hotel BB to fair prices a factor of 2 and more depending on the mass — mind. The rooms are, both in the Bonn branch office, as well as in the Hotel Köln-Messe is well equipped, sufficient large and also the beds will provide enough comfort. The hotel is ideal for a city trip. The S-Bahn is the room walking 5 minutes away, neat and clean. For a longer stay, the room is almost too small, though not available mini-bar in the room can be in the entrance area at any time to have a drink or a snack. Cheap toilet paper and breakfast is very expensive for 7.50 euros.
Super modern also processing via Smartphone not a problem for young people.

Beware! Doesn't matter what room you book, you get what they have at this hotel! I reserved 3 months in advance a room with 2 single beds (two males! ). Upon arrival I got a room with a double bed and one round of sheets. The next day I was told I have to deal with this situation as this "2 singles" bed option they offer while booking si just a "wish". Since the hotel was fully booked they coulnd't care less. Paid the overprice of 530 euro and for 4 nights I had to deal with this unconfortable situation.
