Bed sheets were not clean. After all, they were changed. Bath was not clean, shower head defective. Breakfast was underground. I can't recommend it any way.

Andreas and Marcel from Unna we thought the Hotel was great and come back. Everything great. We do not understand The Bad Thing. Pentecost 2ü18 super. The Location great. The Boss was super friendly. Pitch In front of the Hotel. Breakfast was sufficient. Everything was ok. Otherwise we always drive in 4 Star Hotels. As in The Summer after Lanzarote. We are already driving Christmas to the Baltic Sea. Otherwise I would have booked this Hotel. Nothing to complain about. Our Room 1 was clean and healing.

It was the worse experience of my life, enterence smell was so bad the stairs dusty, bathroom soooo disgusting dirty, smell of the room bad, we couldnt sleep all night because of the pillow. Smells bad. The big shock was we parked our car infront of a renovating church, suppose early morning we leave early, we went and couldnt see our car coz it was taken. We paid 190€ to take the car back. So we do not recomand anyone to go to this hotel.

Basic room but adequate. Cleanliness could be better. Breakfast goes like this, not necessarily suitable for vegans, unless you dispense with much.

For the price totally okay. Breakfast buffet is sufficient with eggs, cornflakes, coffee as well as fruit and Aufbackbrötchen. Rooms are clean and simple but brightly decorated. It only pulls through the windows in strong winds. The staff speaks broken German but is very friendly. The location is a short walk to the cathedral, very quiet and (paying) parking right outside the door. All in all it is recommended for a short stay.

For the price you can not expect more, but a bit more cleanliness would have been nice.

In the bathroom there were still Duschutensillien from the predecessor. When you shower pulls beautiful Kanalluft up, through the floor inlet in front of the shower. Mhhhhh. Yummy.

Disaster. With a word "Ekeleregend". Finger thick dust, unhygienic, disgusting. I didn't spend 10 minutes in the room. The money already paid was with no matter, I'm out and where else. Nice owner. The breakfast is very clear and not really good. Therefore a star deduction. Unfortunately.

Location is the only good thing here. The, so called, hotel should be closed, cleaned first, and the personel trained in basics. It is a shame for Cologne.

If you expect absolutely nothing for 55. — €/night, here is the right gold!

Evil: Parking 9. — € On fire-fighting area, furniture apparently from the bulky waste, the staff (Asia) understands except "cash or card" no German, no lift, video surveillance also in the breakfast room, in the bathroom the heater could not be used in the absence of a thermostat be switched on. The breakfast is a impudence (nothing is replenished, by whom too? ) Half baked buns of the cheapest kind, no egg, lukewarm water for tea making etc…
We preferred to have breakfast in the city on the 2nd day.
Good: Wi-Fi in the room, walking about 15 min to the city or Lanxess Arena conclusion: The staff hardly speaks German, if you leave the car park, which is probably forbidden, it will be rented to the next guest also uninhibited. Better find another accommodation. The porter just smiles at all the unpleasant questions. The rooms were not cleaned the next day, the beds were not made, only the trash could be emptied. Very expensive hotel for what you pay should be much better.

Very good, 10 minutes walk to LANXASS ARENA, 5 mins to bars and restaurants. Be warned, if you have a single room it's in the attic space, 8 flights of stairs, 76 steps, and no lift or free oxygen!

Breakfast included. No. Guy just say I'm starting renovation tomorrow. You'll not have breakfast at all. Tip: Take a breakfast at train station close by. Always call before as they close reception at 18-19. If you have late arrivals by plain from airport etc. They won't read e-mails at all. Anyway. Cologne is getting crazy within trade show calendar. 500 EURO for regular double / three nights. Location good.

The hotel is easily accessible from the Köln — Messe/Deutz station. It takes about 7 min. On foot.
Friendly atmosphere and the rooms are quiet. From my room (No. 10) You noticed a nice view. Good breakfast but a little poor.

Scarce breakfast. Close to none toiletries. It was the cheapest choose so close to the middle of the city so I guess it was worth it. But they could try more.

Very basic hotel. The location is great, close to everything. Shops are 2 minutes away. Breakfast included, very basic but it is better thank nothing. It was also cheaper than a hostel. And that is it, there were no double bed in the room, it was impossible to communicate with the receptionist and everything seemed so old.

Just look how many people have posted only one star. I paid and then stayed only 2 minutes in the room before trying to get my money back. The two personal (who couldn't speak German or English) though trying to be pleasant have a terrible attitude. The hotel is dirty all the way through with trash in the halls and torn bedding, thick dusty netting and smelly curtains. I lost 50 euros and booked somewhere else. Believe me, it was worth loosing 50 euros for me not to stay in this hotel, my health is too important to me. I will never make the same mistake again. 1 star is more than I would like to give in this review. I would like to write more but unfortunately there are rules as to what kind of things we can post in reviews.

A hotel of shit schifozzzo china or gooddddsssss.

Better then expected. Nice owner, speaks enough english, the rooms are clean and the price is great. The walls are a bit to thin.

Hotel Hempelhof would fit better! Feathers look from mattresses, etc. The purest Sperrmuell Hotel.

Luckily we were only one Night there. Biggest drawback: mold in the bathroom. The Breakfast was mediocre, the bread is not fresh. Complaints could be the contact suddenly no German.
