My family and I came for breakfast and was very well served by Ms. Paic. She was incredible and very attentive, always made sure we have what we need. She is a Gem to Pullman Cologne!

A good location, sub parking, friendly service, classy en large bedrooms, a nice bathroom and delicious grilled steaks in the restaurant, what more can I say?

The Service was very very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed is just a dream! The location to downtown is just Perfect! my first stay was there, and it will also be my last stay. Thank you to Pullman for the unforgettable weekend and see you soon!

Good location, good value and friendly staff.

Good place for fun after 11pm. They use drink cards, so don't loose them. And leave your wallet when you get the card. Darkroom makes it easy for thief's!

Central and convenient location to get to the beautiful Cologne Cathedral (10 minutes walk). Spacious and elegantly furnished rooms, equipped with every comfort. Breakfast buffet full of all well of God:-)

The hotel is very good. I liked the service in the restaurant for breakfast! Very very nice and super attentive! The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Would love to come back.

The meeting rooms were nice, especially appreciated the lounge. Dinner in the restaurant was terrific.

Nice, chic hotel. With bar and restaurant. Bar also on the 12th floor with super view over Cologne, including Dom. For breakfast there is a great and tasty choice.

A hotel of the upper class, centrally located in Cologne. Also useful for conferences. The men's toilet on the top floor with a wonderful Domblick from the urinal is the hit!

Cool lounge and bar with great views of the Duomo. Central location. Good value for money. Extensive breakfast buffet.

The hotel is great. I personally did not really like the attending Ladies ' meeting.

Good location, close to Metro station. All shopping streets are 10 min walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. Service and service in the rooms corresponding to the status of the hotel and price per room above average.

We only went to the bar there, Lab12. The service was very friendly, but extremely slow. The drinks got mixed up and food did not get to us at all. The drinks itself were very good though and the view is amazing! It's a little pricy, but that was to expect.

Solid hotel but not great. Rooms are small and the blinds between bathroom and bedroom are see-through. Thought this certain design is for leisure motels.

We were visiting for celebrating my friend's birthday, the reception gave us a room with nice view and we love the sauna just a pity has no jacuzzi otherwise would be perfect. (please consider to add the jacuzzi we plan to stay regularly in the future) After 5 days staying, during check out time the reception mention she took initiatives to give us a small cakes in the room for a surprise regarding the birthday but unfortunately we never received it must be some miscommunication between them. In general good hotel and good service.

Nice reception. Rooms are well equipped. At breakfast there is a rich selection.
Bar on the 12th floor unfortunately lacks a personal touch, apart from the great view of the Cologne Cathedral.

Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast great, everything your heart desires, fresh waffles, fresh egg dishes, fruit, cakes, fish, cheese and much more. On the 11th floor it was very quiet to hear no noise from the bottom. (Carnival Party)

Best bed in Cologne. The bed at the Pullman is the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. So comfortable, had a perfect night sleep.

Classy 5 hotel with view of the Dom. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet location (we were able to sleep with the windows open, as we do at home). Very close to the city centre and shopping streets. This will become our annual stop for visiting the Christmas markets. A+

The Veranstaltunsräume were well-sounded. Also from the rear rows you could understand the speakers well and follow the ideal of the presentation.

Super Friendly team, a great view from the room on the 11th floor to the Duomo, enough space and for the work a fast internet connection! Class!

Absolute top Hotel 5 minutes walk from the centre and 15 minutes to the DOM Super Bar on the 12 floor of course you don't have to do without a fitness room. Gastronomy of course also top class The name makes all the honor.

The Savior in distress, when we were not given a room in a Cologne Nobel hotel at the station despite reservation, we got a room immediately in the middle of the night through the AccorHotels group. Very friendly, clean and well maintained. View with foresight.

The bathroom is dirty. Mirror at full height on the toilet door at night is clearly not the best option… The bar on the 12th floor has a beautiful panorama, delicious cocktails and a barista is just a wonderful person to come back to. Tip — use a panoramic elevator:) P. S. Room price per night 550 euros.

Great rooms (I particularly like the "naughty" windows from the bedroom looking into the bathroom) with great practical yet comfortable design. I loved the duvet and pillows, fluffy just as I like them.   Thank you to the kind lady at reception when we arrived, thank you to Elisabeth, the cleaning lady for doing our room late in the afternoon, thank you to Ms. Cavaleri for her absolute kindness and generosity! Thank you to the Morrocan gentleman who took cars of your luggage, thank you to the barmaid lady that took care of us (we had a great non-alcoholic cocktail! ). In short, we had a great stay, staff was great, rooms where great, breakfast was fantastic! Close and easy access to the train station and to great parts of town.   Highly recommended!

A great hotel choice in Köln. A very warm welcome and excellent check in procedure. We received Le Club Accor benefits without having to mention our status. The suite was practical and had 2 toilets, separate shower and bath. The room had glimpses of the top of the Dom in the distance. The breakfast buffet was great. Plenty to choose from and local specialties… even sparkling wine. The location was near food street and a short walk to major sights in town. We will definitely consider staying here again when we next visit.

Had a great stay. All the staff were warm and friendly and the food in the bar is excellent. The room was very comfortable and well equipped and had great views of the city. I would recommend The Pullman Cologne to everyone.

I've stayed at the Pullman many times and it's always a pleasure. Good location, close to the centre, but not too close! Rooms are nicely decorated and of good size; same goes for the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent, and offers a buffet along with a proper fry up. The tram station is a short walk away, and there's a taxi rank outside as well.

What a nice hotel! Rooms are modern are well equipped. Bed is great with many cushion options. Amenities of high quality. Reception is very friendly and efficient. The Bar Lab12 is a must do, with fantastic cocktails and an amazing view towards the cathedral. Especially at night. Located only 10 walking minutes from the center, it is ideal for business or for week end breaks. Definitely to be recommended!

Very close to the Cologne Cathedral but in a quiet location.

We stayed 2 nights at the pullman in cologne. The location is great and we had a lovely view from our Window of the top of the cathedral. We found the bed to be quite comfortable but the room was too hot and we had to sleep with the windows open. Which even being on the 10th floor was quite noisy. We were shocked that the windows fully open up even on the 10th floor which could be dangerous but we were happy for the fresh air.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we found it a bit too expensive. But there are plenty of places to eat close by.
House keeping woke us up at 8am when checkout wasn't until 12 noon which was disappointing. Plus they didn't empty tea cups when cleaning the room.
We found the staff all very helpful and friendly during our stay. But especially helpful when we found out the day after we had left that we left our passports and mobile phone in the safe. They organised for them to be posted express post to our future accommodation. Just hope that the postal service doesn't let us down.

A wonderful hotel! The room and especially the bathroom are beautiful, the staff very accommodating, which makes breakfast not desired (as a vegetarian or even vegan not). And it is located near City & Cathedral, ideal walking distance.

Quality breakfast not so good was pleasant ambience, beautifully designed rooms, dinner. Some of the "real kölscher" service.

Your room was clean, unfortunately the air cooler didn't work. We didn't mention it because we only stayed one night, but the staff was very friendly and I guess they'd helped us pretty fast. The location is great. Lots and lots and even more shops. 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Restaurant: everything you need. Drinks: check.

One of the best four star hotels throughout Germany. Class rooms, perfect service and a very good breakfast! Good location, 10 min walk to the Cathedral and train station.

Helpful front desk staff who can speak English. 24 hour reception. I stayed in one of the more expensive rooms, which was well appointed, had a table, and a small balcony with a view of the cathedral. A wide range of options in the breakfast buffet.
