Nice hotel, friendly staff. I had a big tidy room with coffee maker, which I just found very relaxing on the day of departure after 5 hours drive. I was able to sleep very well in the bed. In addition, I not only had the counted 2 towels as usual, especially for women with laid hair very good. The breakfast was also top. Happy to return!

I had a 16 m2 room and it was perfect for 1-2 persons. The hotel was clean, the furniture and infrastructure were practical and functional, the personnel was helpful.

Good quality hotel in a surprising place, a suburb of Bonn on the right hand side of the Rhine. Very convenient for Bonn.

The breakfast is delicious and extensive, but the price of an overnight stay is not in proportion to the hotel equipment. This is relatively old. Recommended for business trips.

Getting a room under the roof at 30 degrees is really ruthless. Then you have to tow your suitcase to the second floor, as there is no elevator. The décor of the room was felt 100 years old and horrible. The bed can be offered in a school country home. In the bathroom, the socket was loose. Only the public programmes on television have worked. Breakfast was below average. Absolutely no four stars! I certainly won't be coming.

Super Hotel not far from Rhine. Good Access to Cologne. Very nice, friendly Chef and hired, rich Breakfast Buffet and beautiful Rooms.

Anl. A round birthday in the circle of friends we were invited to the Hotel Zur Post. The design of the celebration as well as the rooms was pleasant and beautiful, so fully satisfactory. We stayed overnight in the guest house of the hotel — a few meters up the street. That, too, was, as was breakfast in the morning, i. O. All in all: A good goal for such celebrations.

Properly. We had a 3 bed room with huge bathroom room with tub. Breakfast was complete with everything there is for breakfast. Real supi. Until next time.

Old fashioned, authentic hotel. It was quite ok, without Wi-Fi. Ingress portal in place.

I stayed there for 2 nights. I would like to say that the breakfast is included and is also in buffet form. It was interesting when paying, I knew what I had to pay but found interesting that two other guests who were there with me at the same time paid a very different price. Here the difference was about €65. I personally find that strange that we paid the same performance of one almost 170 and the other only 102. This is also not simply out of the air or through narratives, because I have personally heard this.

I was visitng this hotel for more than 5 years already. It is not standard hotel build type, but several houses rebuild to hotel. Each room is little bit different: some are big, some have nice view, some are not so nice e. G. In the basement… as a result the type/size/location of your room is always little bit of gamble :-) Hotel is located in quiet part of Boon so you can hear the birds in the morning, however some rooms are oriented to the street and even despite outside blinds you can hear the noise from the street. You can get to city centre by few minutes walk to the tram which takes you to centre in cca 20 min. If you walk little bit more (cca 10 min) you will get to the river having nice green park on both sides. The hotel location is best suited for business travellers having offices in walking distance, or people seeking accomodation outside the main/busy city parts. For all the years I had mostly positive experience, but there have been also negative experiences that I believe could be resolved more promptly or even prior to complaining. Because of this I'm giving 4 stars overall.

Hotel rooms and service top class. Breakfast buffet also very nice — good selection. Lunch menu rather satisfying. Menus on the map not all in stock. Selection okay.

Totally nice hotel in a quiet location with great rooms. The breakfast was great! Large selection: Tea, coffee, juices, fruits, cereal, eggs and bacon and all possible evidence for bread and rolls! By train you will be in the city in about 15 minutes.

All right. Shopping (Aldi etc. ) nearby only the woman from the front desk in the morning was not so service-oriented.

The restaurant is an absolute recommendation. Great food, tastefully tuned. Prices normal. Hotel, however, leaves some points to be desired. Heating in the room makes gluckernde noises, in addition there are traffic noises from the street and from the neighboring room, faucets in the bathroom a disaster, hygiene also not standard, if already Seifespender should these also be filled etc… Obviously, you still live from an award from 2006 and then you fall to a standstill.

Like for that price it is bad. Rooms are big but no well furnished. Breakfast average. Bathroom terrible. Toilet is so close to sink and towel holders so you can be stabbed by them if you want to seat. Plus housekeeping counted that I used mini bar and I did not.

Very friendly and attentive staff. All very spacious and well maintained! Recommended at all odds!

Good place to stay very good!

Rooms looks nicer than corridors, so on the end you'll be positively surprised. Breakfast okay. In general good mark worth recommendation, I will try to back there one day in business trip.

Thanks for this nice stay. I was professionally in the hotel, which was booked by my company. I've been greeted very nicely. Unfortunately, the room in the other building was not very pleasant to me. It was very musty and old fashioned in the style of the 90s. But this is a matter of taste and in Bonn it was also a state of emergency because of the climate conference — so completely okay.
The parking situation is a disaster, but not otherwise controllable for the hotel. So also ok for me.
As a Telekomkunde I had free internet. If you are not a Telekomkunde, you should set yourself up for the Telekom hotspot to pay money, as no free house Internet is available in the room.
The breakfast was awesome! Super extensive, tasty and in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Cosy, family-run hotel/restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good. My single room even had a kl. Coffee maker. I felt very comfortable.

Some rooms are very small and old. Generally the cleaning was not very good. Also some rooms are in different building blocks. The breakfast was average.

A great place just outside of Bonn city. Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast. I would come back and stay at any time.

Nice room, good food and perfect service.

Very nice staff! An old house with beautiful, lovingly rustic rural furnished large rooms. Alone in my bathroom with a bath, shower, Seating area (! ) and large vanity is larger than some modern hotel room somewhere else. The Breakfast is simple but varied, absolutely fresh and very tasty.

The Hotel is located in a very noisy environment (located on a main road and railway line in the vicinity). Even if the room is not on the road you will be in the morning from the noise aroused. Cleanliness and Breakfast were okay.

Stayed during World Cup 2006. Found rooms to be average but cleanly and comfortable. Staff was incredibly helpful, in fact probably the best service I have ever received. The game of England vs Sweden playing in Cologne the next day made rooms hard to come by. We arrived late at night and the staff made accommodation for us though fully booked. We wished to stay a second night but they were booked. The manager spent 20 minutes phoning every hotel in Bonn to find us another room for that night. Meals were of good value at their restaurant.
