Even my in-laws liked to eat there and also celebrated big. The food is super tasty! The idea with the Christmas boxes we thought great and it was very plentiful and delicious! As soon as you are allowed to go out to eat again, we will come :) All around a feel-good place!

Wonderful grater cakes on the grater cake day — eaten for the first time with braised and forest mushrooms! Highly recommended!

In principle, we recommend the Restaurant. The food is very good. Unfortunately, the staff could be more friendly. Today, lunch at 12, 30 PM you have sent to us, you have no place {to 2 people), even though 2 tables were free. They offered us no later date. Very disappointing, as we have now for the first time, the nose full.

Food was great, but the operation still needs to learn a lot of things. Perhaps to be a little friendly…

We were there today for a gold wedding for dinner. The first impression was quite good. That ambience was nice. The food was super tasty BUT the service was more than bad. The waitress was unfriendly hardly came to the table and did not give the impression that she likes to work there.

I had 3 nights at the Hotel Stremme and was more than satisfied. Breakfast: absolutely sufficient, fresh and something for every taste. Rooms: very spacious, bright and above all very clean. Dinner: the menu is very varied and there is still a menu with recommendations. The food was really excellent every time, and the price-performance ratio is right. Staff: very friendly, helpful and competent. You really notice that they want to satisfy the guest. Conclusion: I can only recommend it and, if I am close again, I will certainly book a room there again. It is also very central. Thank you for the hospitality. FrankieB.

The Restaurant is very good.

We had an excellent hiking weekend in this hotel: great room, large, cozy and with balcony and delicious food. Have received much more for our flat rate than we expected. Thank you very much to the very nice team!

Family business with very good bourgeois cuisine, friendly Bedienumg, well-kept drinks, in short, highly recommended. Also the hotel rooms are clean and friendly.

The food is fine there. I myself, however, would not say better than the average. From the feeling, you try to present yourself here as an upscale restaurant. You get, for example, mayonnaise from the bag served. The restaurant is furnished from the outside as well as interior modern and contemporary. The prices are, in my opinion, a bit too high in relation to the offer.

This lunchtime, 26 November 2017, I ordered a goose leg for 23, 20 euros at the Hotel Stremme. Even at the first bite I noticed that the meat was chewy and not edible. Despite intense chewing and good teeth, I failed to shred it. It felt like chewing gum. I had no choice but to dispose of it in the handkerchief and return half with a corresponding comment to the service. I was offered a cup of coffee to which I refused as a redress. On the bill was then full amount reported goodness and customer loyalty looks different.

Food was delicious. You had to wait a long time for drinks.

The people at the Hotel Stemme made me feel at home at every opportunity! Ute & Eric are the best of hosts. The dinner's are some of the best I've had in Germany. I will stay here every time I visit my company Headquarters at MTM-MTO. Die Leute im Hotel Stemme haben mich bei jeder Gelegenheit zu Hause gefühlt! Ute & Eric sind die besten Gastgeber. Das Abendessen ist eines der besten, die ich in Deutschland hatte. Ich bleibe hier jedes Mal, wenn ich meine Firma Headquarters bei MTM-MTO besuche.

I found their "wanderwochenende" (2 nights) to be excellent value for money.

Very decent and inexpensive Hotel. Very large rooms. Beautiful 70s-oak style. The Restaurant is also good.
