Nice location with a nice service and good food.

On our Elbe bike ride it was the best decision to stay at the castle hotel. Sleep like emperor, relax in the spa, delicious food in the restaurant, a very rich breakfast buffet, relaxing on the Elbe terrace. It exceeded all our expectations. The staff from the reception to the waiter in the restaurant very friendly, helpful and nice. All wishes come true. The personal closeness to the guest surprised us very positively. We will be happy to come back again.

A Castle Hotel with a great Service. During the Preparations for our Friends ' Wedding, the Staff were available to us 24/7 with great Help and always a Smile. That was really Fun. The Rooms in the Garden Houses are also impeccable. For this we were somewhat disappointed by the Furnishings in the Branch (about 150m from the Main House), as it is a bit old-fashioned For the rather upscale price. Nevertheless, I would recommend the Hotel at any time.

Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr schöner Ausstattung und tollem Personal, sehr schön gelegen in einer sehr schönen Altstadt. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, alle Annehmlichkeiten auszukosten.

It is a beautiful Hotel, furnished with a lot of Love! We were kindly received and courteously served. Food and Breakfast were very good, it just voiced everything! Thank you to the Workforce, we will recommend them!

Nice that is available In several Places drinking Water (with Lemon or Herbs). It May be Possible to replace the plastic Cups with Glasses even in The Sauna Area.

A beautiful Hotel with a historical Backdrop that leaves nothing to be desired. We immediately noticed how friendly the Staff are. The Kitchen is very good and in good Weather you can overlook the Castle wall Elbe and Elbe meadows in The outdoor Area.
In the associated Imperial Thermal Baths right next to the Garden Houses there is a beautiful spacious Sauna area with swimming Pool and a Sports Room with some Equipment and Yoga Mats.
In the Evening you can sit together in the Club Room beyond the Terrace. Only a Hotel bar for the Evening hours would still be nice.

We were very well fed and sat on the terrace. The food is very good, until the end is hot. The staff is very polite and accommodating. A visit is always worthwhile.

Very pleasant atmosphere in a historic building complex. Courteous and extremely friendly staff who do a lot more than a professional job. In the tastefully furnished large rooms (I slept in one of the garden houses) is guaranteed to feel comfortable. Very nice Kaiser spa, swimming pool, saunas, steam bath and relaxation room. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. Mrs. Busse, the hotel's boss gives every guest not only the feeling of being there for him, she is also and caresses her guests really affectionately.

I was on the restaurant terrace and drank a coffee and ate a piece of cake.
I liked both of them. The service was very friendly. However, you should bring time here.

A wonderful place to switch off for a few days. From the garden rooms, it's just a few steps to the well-kept little spa. And if you don't want it so quiet, you can explore the beautiful historic city centre with some quaint restaurants.

It's just all great. You arrive and you immediately feel comfortable. Everyone is very nice … The surrounding area, the interesting little town, just beautiful … The massages are great and are carried out "lovingly … " If you may not like something about the menu, you can easily choose an alternative … We're back here next year (girl group)

Exceptional venue, "genuinely" friendly service willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The view from the rooms over the river is spectacular and the hotel grounds beautifully laid out… worth a visit.

Staff: it was overstaffed because all were very friendly very committed, have all guests in a short time served, professional but not boring. Even the boss has helped.
Location: has been praised by all guests in the highest notes and we were more than excited. Stylish, elegant with beautiful views.
Food: tasty, great done, cooked to the point, has been populated on each presenter. The food and even the cake was really fresh and tasty.
Thanks to the entire team, it doesn't get any better.

We went to the restaurant add part of our family gathering and enjoyed a very nice lunch. The food had an overall high quality and was appropriately priced.

We had to feed the pleasure on the terrace over the river Elbe. Good selection of food and beverages at reasonable prices. Wonderful views of the Elbe River. To recommend.

Just perfect! Here, the guest hosted Royal. Ambience and facilities meet the highest demands. The services of the kitchen are wonderful and make us smile in the face repeatedly. The beautiful view on the river Elbe.

FIRST of all: the rating of only one star from me (Birger Bender), I've "accidentally" on our Tablet "written"! And it is until now not succeeded, this accidental rating to clear! Now for the proper review: My wife and I have 6 nights in the Hotel Schloss Tangermünde spent and were completely satisfied! The main building and the Annex (with gazebo, Kaisertherme, garden) are very stylish and perfectly maintained. The view from the terrace of the Elblandschaft is sublime. Our room in the garden house was a pleasant, large (approx 30m2). The Breakfast buffet left no wishes open. We have four Times in the Hotel to evening ate (two evenings in the restaurants in the village, however, were of the mark) and were each Time very satisfied with the quality and preparation of the food. The prices of the food and drinks are fair and "without Luxusaufschlag". In the selection of foods, wines, Beers and liquor we have always found the Right one. The employees (and the Boss), no matter whether at Breakfast, on the terrace, the dinner, the reception, in the thermal area or the room service were always polite, courteous and attentive, there were often a nice word/conversation. This has a very Feel-good contributed. Great Class! The Kaisertherme, we have a day for Swimming (pool 13 x 6 m! ) and often to the saunas (up to 5 saunas) : generous, stylish, high quality furnishings (eg couch).

Really a Location full points earned. The atmosphere is super class and after a few hours, a clearly noticeable relaxation. Wine is clearly improving. Does not fit such a atmosphere. Service reception, kitchen, large praise. Happy again.

We were at a birthday party in the old firm are invited to attend. From dinner at the Celebration, about the room we had and the Service to the lush buffet Breakfast, everything perfect.

Unfortunately, the Cocktails far too lax! + very nice view on the river Elbe — bad Mobilfunkemfang (Telekom) 19.07.2013 — very nice relaxation room in the Kaisertherme but very loud sounds of the Wasserpumpstation + the grounds of the Kaisertherme is pleasant and invites you to linger.
